We used Fox to move house, from the moment I contacted Katherine the customer service was amazing, always happy to help accommodate the short notice changes due to dates changing. When it came to the actual moving date Anthony and Craig were amazing, they moved everything in such a short time, we were packed and ready to go by 12:00, we had the keys by 13:00 and they were ready at the new property to unload. All I had to do was point them in the right direction and make tea and coffee. Thanks Guys you made our moving day stress free. I would and have already recommended your services to others xxx

We are very pleased to recommend Fox Group Moving and Storage. Planning was efficient and liaison with the shipping company alleviated a good deal of stress. All proceeded very smoothly on Thursday when our container arrived at Safestore in Southampton. Your team of movers was there before the container arrived and when it did at precisely the appointed time, they unpacked the 40 ’container and helped pack our van and storage locker in just a couple hours. We were very pleased with the professionalism of your team, nice guys too. Highly recommended

The team at Fox are just brilliant and well beyond 5 STAR! I would never expect people to work miracles but these guys really did. Our moving date changed numerous times during the insanely busy September 2021 stamp duty rush, then the purchase fell through (due to the vendor). A new house was found with a move scheduled for mid-January 2022, which was delayed (twice). Katherine really is a miracle worker and was an absolute joy during an extremely stressful time. Anthony and his colleagues were FANTASTIC on the move day. If I were to move again, I would most definitely want Fox to be moving me.

In a chaotic sale and purchase in the lead up to the June stamp duty deadline, Fox Group were the one (and only) good experience. Bent over backwards to accommodate the frequent changes of plans and were extremely helpful and professional. Also very competitively priced. Withe the exception of the fact that they broke my TV, I can't recommend them highly enough!

Good teamwork from start to finish with our removal, which also involved a month of storage in their warehouse. Packing was very carefully done and the redelivery (on a very hot day) was very well done. They also collected the packing boxes and wrapping paper a week later. Would recommend.

I used Fox removals for the first time and found I was justified in choosing them as it turned out to be a great experience from start to finish. I had originally made contact a few months prior to move and felt very comfortable straight away with the way the staff at the office handled my enquiry and the information and advice i was given. They were nicely spoken, very calm polite which put my mind at rest straight away, there was no pressure to make a booking, and were very patient when I had to call them to make numerous changes of dates etc and above all the day of the move went really smoothly. The loading guys, were quiet (no loud mouth banter) just a good natured crew and made it just a well organised efficient loading and unloading procedure throughout and nothing was too much trouble if asked. They were extremely careful with all the boxes and items I had marked fragile, they didn't even huff, moan or complain when a not so thoughtful neighbour asked if they could move the lorry when they were part way through loading etc, they were absolutely brilliant. I had one other quote that from memory may have been a few hundred pounds cheaper, but in all honesty, for the stress free and hassle free experience that I had, I felt so happy in that everything was taken care of , without the stress of a man and van job or self hire multiple trips and all the potentially back breaking heavy lifting etc. I felt reassured 100 times over in choosing Fox's, and felt by getting the professionals in, where everything was taken care of and fully insured, with an expert crew doing all the hard work and lifting and loading etc, I would do the same again every time and was well worth the extra expense just to have a pain free move. Highly recommended. These guys turned up early/promptly and worked exceedingly hard to load and unload 20 years of stuff 15miles away. Nothing was broken, care was taken with everything, they were very courteous and professional, and I had to FORCE them to stop for a cuppa!

Admin side of things left something to be desired, but the teams that did our actual move were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they all had a good sense of humour. They didn’t complain once and loading/unloading was done much faster than I expected!!

They gave us a good supply of used boxes (if they have them they will give them to you, if not you can buy new) and plenty of advice. Not great, damage done to quite a few of our items including our sofa and dining room table. The packing of fragile and breakable items was passable, but some friction when asked to wrap antique furniture. The unloading was done by two people who clearly wanted to get it done as soon as possible and leave. Very little care and attention given.

Their estimator didn't bombard us with why we should pick them and got on with estimating. I could always get hold of them on the phone or by e-mail. The gang who carried out the move were polite, friendly and professional.

Superbly shipped our container door to door from Totton to South America. First class service and help at every step. They use good customs agents on the other side so you know exactly where you stand, great if you're planning to move abroad.
