Easy access, reasonable pricing and fantastic service. I am renting a storage unit for my business and it is the best experience with storage I have ever had. It is clean, dry and very secure. Opening times are also very convenient and there is plenty of parking space available. The office space that I use for my business is just perfect for me and I especially love the great quality of service that I receive. The staff is extremely helpful and always very nice and professional. It is a pleasure to come here. Thank you!

I have had a storage unit here for several years now and the service is fantastic. Parking is easy, the opening times give good access, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. An essential part of my business involves having stock delivered on pallets. I am able to have them delivered to Lok'nStore and the staff then notify me that the delivery has arrived, so that I can come and put it away. Without this I would have to wait around all day for deliveries which would cost me in lost time. I cannot recommend this facility enough, it is simply excellent in every way.

Having used Lok N Store now for almost 2 years I can really recommend. Staff are always really friendly. It's a great alternative to renting business premises - we have all our stock stored there. Always parking available and convenient opening times. Everything is also very safe and secure.

This is a decent lock-up facility. Friendly staff and it's never usually busy, which means plenty of trolleys to go round. My only issue would be the opening times. It'd be great to have some flexibility on being able to go in after 6pm or even better 24/7 access!

I had my belongings in storage here for 1 year. Never any issues here and people always are happy to help. My belongings were kept perfectly safe and they were still in perfect condition when I moved out. The units are clean, and didn't leave stuff smelling like it had been in storage! Would Recommend. We have recently moved into a office and a storage unit and it's been nothing but a fantastic experience. Even before we moved in Wendy and Debbie was helping us with everything!! Now we are settled I enjoy going into the main office for a chat with them and it don't even have to be about work 😂 The best thing we could have done for Vaper Bay was move here and Lok n Store Hedge End has made it a breeze. Fantastic customer service at the highest standard and if your thinking of renting a office or storage then do it as you will not be disappointed. Be quick for a office though as one left and there is a reason it's full as explained above. Really good location (for us), reasonable pricing and the service from the staff was excellent. We used them for our house move for about 6 weeks - there were plenty of different size units available which meant we could find one that was right for us. No issues with access, and they have the usual boxes/bubblewrap/locks to purchase if you need them. I found it especially useful that they were open later on a Thursday. Highly recommended!

This is the second time I've used the Hedge End store and for good reason, the service is friendly, efficient and very helpful. Access is easy, equipment to move things in and out of store is always available and the facilities are kept very clean at all times. The storage site was in a great location for me when i had the my flat renovated ! I got a great price especially at half price and access in and out of the unit was great ! I found the staff very helpful and friendly, and they were flexible with our check-in and -out dates. In collaboration with their sister removals company they were able to offer us a good deal on moving our stuff into storage, something that would have otherwise taken us a day or two to do. It would be great if they could offer a way to access your storage room on Sundays.

I have mixed feelings about this place...on the plus side all nice modern purpose built boxes of various sizes but on the negative side you get a feeling of a family run business for their own convenience...I say this because the access hours are ridiculous only open to 5 Mon-Fr 4 Sat and completely closed Sunday (what's that about?) There is also only one large trolley so if it's in use you have to make do with smaller trolleys making more trips backwards and forwards which can be annoying and frustrating...they also allowed a corporate client to tie up the one large trolley for a long period of time with carpet examples telling me they were around unloading (I don't think that was true as it was still in same position some time later)...I also asked for a certain trolley which I had seen and was told it was just for their use and was quoted health and safety nonsense which I was also sceptical about...I have reported all of this to them so time will tell whether they make improvements...so if you don't mind the silly hours and lack of adequate trolleys then fine...I'm signed up 8 weeks on half price but wouldn't pay full price otherwise as you can do better...I mainly chose it for it's location.
