We had a nightmare experience moving house and decided to use storage for some of our items. This was a great place to use. We had an inside unit and it was safe. secure, extremely clean and tidy. 24 hour access was perfect and the rates were good too. If we ever needed storage again, we would definitely use the Marchwood facility again. Friendly. helpful staff too

I turned up this morning to enquire about storage (without prior appointment) and left about an hour later a very satisfied new customer. The lady who dealt with me initially was friendly and efficient. I then helped myself to a cup of coffee before being greeted by the owner of the business who was extremely professional. He personally showed me some vacant spaces and then how the entry systems and doors worked. He was clear with his explanations. This is obviously a decent and competent business who I can be comfortable entrusting my possessions to.

Several sizes of storage lockers friendly staff. Access all hours. Two floors with goods lift. Office hours staff have storage boxes, locks, wraps and a smile. After nearly 5 years renting have nothing but praise. Weekends can be busy though at peak.

We have used Strongroom at their Marchwood location for over two years and hand on heart, it has been the best arrangement for our situation: House needed to be emptied to rent out. Access at any time was a breeze and we came and went without any issue, every time. Rarely did we clash with other visitors to the facility and if we did, it was never an issue. Anytime we needed to make a query or a request, the staff dealt with us professionally, politely and with such friendly expertise, it was always a pleasure. When we down-sized to a smaller unit, the transaction and subsequent financial adjustment went seamlessly. The unit has always been dry, clean, lit and even smelling fresh upon each visit. The value for money has been immeasurable and we have no hesitation in recommending Strongroom to anyone for all their storage requirements.

Nice, secure storage facility. It's no-frills, but you can access your stuff any time you want. The storage boxes are shipping containers but they are clean and easy to use. It gets hot inside in the summer but what else would you expect? Easy parking too.

I can recommend this storage place because it has 24hrs access and very helpful staff. I keep my caravan here and any problem I just pop into the office and it is sorted. They also sell propane and calor gas which saves driving into Southampton. Overall I am very pleased with the sevice I get.

Excellent, safe and secure facilities. Containers are dry, clean and in a very good condition. Prices are quite reasonable, but also being rewieved each year ;)
