We chose to use Pecks again for our move after a great experience with them 10 years ago. Again we were more than happy with the service they provided. Their communication throughout was fantastic and they helped make a stressful prolonged sale easier. On the day the whole team were bright and enthusiastic arriving in two smaller lorries to ensure ease of access at our new house and loaded them in a really quick time. They took all the stress away from moving day and were so pleasant to work with. Despite the rain they kept smiling all day and unloaded our belongings and distributed them around our new home again really quickly. We will definitely use them again if we need anything big moving. A lovely family to work with.

We had excellent service from Sarah, Brad and their team. The use of several smaller vehicles allowed front door to front door service meaning our belongings were not exposed to the wet weather and the loading/unloading was very efficient. The team were very accommodating of our delay with keys on the move day. The price was competitive but most importantly Sarah was around on the move day to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. A piano was successfully moved along with several items of furniture that were very heavy and cumbersome. We had no damage or breakages to any of our belongings. Amazing professional service from this business, I had to change my moving date 3 times, we moved from Bristol to Middlewich. They turned up on time and expertly packed and loaded our entire contents over 2 days, unloading on the 3rd day. We can’t thank Sarah and Brad enough for getting us moved into our new house in March . Having lived in our previous house for 19years we had quite a lot of boxes and also a lot of worries with this being our first proper move. We wanted a set fee for the day which Pecks offers. As we didn’t like the idea of the price going up once you get over 3-4 hrs of other removals firms offer. To be honest the fact they arrived and immediately brought a huge sense of calm and can do positively with them on the day, kept us so much relaxed about the whole completion chain process etc. They were a team of 4 and worked like absolute trojans ! Really friendly group of people and I would definitely recommend them both for a great service , nothing was broken and to calm your nerves.

I’m so glad I chose Pecks again this year. They moved me 10 years ago and in that time my health and ability have declined quite a lot. This company work really hard to try and meet your needs. I needed help with packing, storage and a two stage move from a large property to a much smaller one. The movers work very much as a team and they work like Trojans - they keep the momentum going and get you sorted. Cannot fault Sarah Peck. Prompt and helpful responses and communication at any time of the day - a greatly appreciated level of customer service in these days. We had only a week's notice for moving daughter to Yorkshire from Stoke, but the van turned up bang on time. No issues, and because we'd got everything packed ready, the transfer was done and dusted within less than 4 hours (and that included pick ups from 2 addresses!!) - we're very impressed. We would definitely use Pecks again, without a second thought, and we would strongly recommend them for their friendly family approach, which is very important at stressful relocation times. I used Pecks in early April 2021 for my move from Staffordshire to Lincolnshire. Sarah, was in touch straight away with a preliminary quote as soon as I had sent the move details through via a comparison site that pushed details to 5 local firms. This quote was then readily tailored to me once I did a short video of the furniture that needed moving. On the day itself, I was thanking my lucky stars that I had used this firm as what would have taken me a friend maybe two days and many hours to move, these guys were lifting heavy furniture and moving it around expertly as though they didn't weight very much. All done efficiently and they even found some specialist screws for me that had fallen out of my professional tv unit into their van and posted them over to me. Thanks guys!

Amazing service, last minute help as my original movers cancelled the day before our house move!! We have 3 kids under 6 so you can imagine how stressful that was. Sarah and her team were great from start to finish. We had to go into storage for 3 weeks and Sarah and her team took care of everything. There were no damages and everything in order. We have recently moved house and it was very stressful, the date kept changing and then it became last minute chaos. Throughout, Sarah and her team were brilliant. Sarah was calm and patient and when it all become last minute chaos, she and her team worked over the weekend in order to accommodate us and her other customers. Kyle and Rob were brilliant, efficient and hardworking and always pleasant and friendly - nothing was too much trouble, even though they had had to give up most of their weekend, and they were very careful with everything. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I book a removal for my daughter from Chester to Stoke on Trent a few weeks ago. After calling several Chester based companies I decided to try a couple of Stoke based ones to compare prices and service offered. After a short time speaking to one of the ladies in the office I felt more comfortable dealing with them than any of the more local based people I had spoken to, and the price was not to bad in comparison either. My choice turned out to be the best one as my daughter left the removal men, who were all polite, well dressed and careful, to move her stuff out of her old house and then later that day she arrived at her new home in Stoke to find all had been moved in and was ready to unpack. Even going out of their way to help the outgoing folks to load their car. Talk about above and beyond. Our move did not go smoothly but we hardly knew it thanks to these guys. Wonderful service, worth every penny (competitively priced) made moving less stressful for sure! Staffordshire to Liverpool in a morning not bad going at all! Would use them again in a heartbeat. Very professional, clearly knew what they were doing (takes a Tetris master to load how they did), utilised vehicle space so much better than we have in the past when we've moved ourselves in a hired van more locally.

I have always found Pecks Removals to be concientious about their dealings with their customers. They are very aware that they need to get things right first time & rely on their experience & customer first approach to make sure they get it right. They do their best to give a fair valuation over the phone & even when customers forget to include things that should be priced up, they take it in their stride. They are very safety & security conscious & pride themselves that they move peoples homes with the minimum of fuss & disruption taking as much care over emotional keepsakes as they do of high value items. They believe if a job is worth doing, it's worth doing right. I would recommend you give them the chance to quote for your house move. You can trust them!
