I've been renting a unit at the ready steady store at Hanley since October last year for my eBay business and it's the best move I've done. The service you get for the price is amazing! You can access your unit 24 hours a day and you can have orders collected and dropped off for you if you have the business pack. Which I find really beneficial. And the lads can't do enough for you and are always polite. Highly recommended this place.

Exemplary service. We have just removed our belongings after a few months as we no longer require storage. I did have an issue which I was not happy with but Mark worked with me to come to a solution which was much more than acceptable. I really hope this guy is valued by the company. Everyone that I have spoken to has been super helpful, they made sure everything was ready for my move in and kept in contact before to make sure and even phoned me the day after to make sure my storage was what I needed. The move out was also just as smooth. Honestly can not recommend them enough.

Easy online check in, brilliant support on site, I needed a bigger unit than I first through and it was sorted out quickly and stress free for me even though I had the removal men right outside! 10/10 wouldn’t use anyone else in stoke now. Also 24hr access makes nipping to and from the unit a dream.

Great storage place. Friendly staff. Would have been 5 stars but I was told I had 24 hours access when I first took out the unit. When I tried to get in after closing time I was told I didn't have 24 hour access and that you have to pay more for it

been very helpful both at the beginning when u get a main national number and i didnt know how t do much on the website so they helpd me even more,then when i was given my specific store at hanley there has been a very friendly helpful man on the phne there too.its reasonably priced more so than other places id tried and a lot more accomodating and helpful.i really sincerely reccommend them.thankyou ready steady store and mark at customer services and the other mark at hanley.

I had a storage unit at Ready Stead Store Hanley for a couple of months. I think the pricing isn't very clear and I had to take out £12 per month insurance for very invaluable amounts of storage, I also kept getting charged £4.16 a month for a 'Standard move in pack' which I wasn't sure why. I was given a unit that had to have a ladder that you had to ask for a staff member to move which meant that I couldn't get to the unit after 5.30pm weekdays and I couldn't get to it on a Sunday! I haven't tried any others so I don't have any to compare it to but I didn't feel like I got any value for money and the access was poor. I no longer store here.

We stored most of the contents of my son's student accommodation over the summer. It was a very late booking as I thought it would all fit in the car! Everyone here was incredibly helpful and all Covid safe. We ended up changing the exit date and they were flexible again. The site was clean and professionally run. Out of hours access is simple and secure. I would definitely recommend them if you need storage in the area.

There is not enough stars for my RSS experience 😉 from putting down my deposit to secure my unit to handing in my notice the service I recieved was excellent. I had no idea what sort of size of a unit I'd need and the knowledgeable and friendly staff helped me decide what would be best for me. All of the staff Jayne in particular was a super star I had to move my move in date 3 times!! They reassured me and again was very helpful and supportive during the already stressful times of moving. I also took advantage of the discounted van hire that came with renting a unit with them it saved me a fortune. THANK YOU ALL, if I ever need to rent a storage unit again you guys are firmly on the top of my list.

Excellent service. I was shown various sizes of storage unit and chose one suitable for my needs. I initially expected to need it for a month or two while I moved house but used it for over a year, giving me time - and space - to get my new house sorted. It was secure, clean, and dry, with my furniture, electrical items and important books all as good as the day I put them in there. Thank you Sharon, and to all the other helpful staff there. I am a student and found this place to leave my things in over the summer, and it was perfect. They offer so many deals to make is as affordable as possible for a student. And it was very simple to get my paperwork done making moving my things in and out so effortless. Also the staff are very helpful and friendly. Would definitely use again. Oh also lockers are very good storage size, was worried at first that all my things wouldn't fit it but they all did...with space for more. 10/10

I am new to the world of “self storage” so did not have a clue about sizes, costs, or how things work. The Hanley store was recommended to me and also that a staff member Sharon was very helpful and worth chatting to, this I did, and she answered all the questions I had. On visiting the store I was assisted by Sharon who reassured me about the process and took payment. My items are currently stored in their modern safe secure premises although I will be moving them fairly soon. I would certainly recommend this facility and the determination of staff to assist.

I used Jumbo storage for 6 months in between house moves. I cannot praise the staff enough. Every time I had any dealings with them they were incredibly helpful. In fact, when setting up my account they advised the cheapest way to do it and then - upon closing my account - swiftly returned the money they owed me. So impressed. I'd highly recommend.
