New to Stoke-on-Trent and my house was not ready I did not know anyone or any storage. Of all the storages I called this one was the best in professionalism and price. I have been with them since 8 March to 20August 2021, not one day did they change their attitude. I did not know what capacity I would need, they guided me to the right size and were clear on terms. Very professional on the phone, emails and in person no matter who you speak to. I would use them over and over again. It is good to know there are companies that deliver their promised service. THANK YOU!!!!!

Good facilities, great staff and very competitive rates. Super service from all the people on site. We had a problem with a guttering leak in one of the units but the issue was sorted without any fuss or argument. Would use Super Storage again!

I definitely recommend this company for personal storage with helpful and kind staff in reception. I had a meeting and was unable to meet the transport lorry with my families goods, however, they sorted everything out when the driver arrived on our behalf. Thank you very much 👍

Very friendly and efficient service. Also Tay was very flexible/relaxed about how long my household belongings could be stored for. This took a lot of potential stress out of the whole process. Also good parking available in bays near the units. The only thing that could have been better for me would be some lighting inside the unit. There's lighting outside in the corridor which helps but inside the unit would have been better. However I took a lantern torch every time i visited and that was fine. Recommended.

I have used Super Storeage for over a year now, they are in my opinion an excellent choice. The guys who run the place are always polite and always willing to help you no matter what when moving in or out of the units. They even helped me sell my sofa which I no longer required! thanks again Tay your help in that matter was greatly appreciated. My unit is an inside unit and is excellent value for money, it’s always stayed dry and clear from pests! Which is very important when storing furniture and other valuable items. Super Storage are in my option the best in the area and I highly recommend them.

Really friendly staff who will go out of their way to help anybody, the unit allocated to my needs was very clean and secure. I shopped around to find the cheapest price and this was by far the best. The man in a van is a great idea as it helped me to move my belongings in a short space of time. Highly recommended!

These guys were amazing and took some of the stress away feom moving 180 miles across the country from London to Stafforshire. Tay and his two sons arrived when they said, loaded the van with our household items with the utmost care and were very polite and extremely helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better service and they thoroughly deserve five stars. They stored our furniture for two weeks sending us pictures of all the items in storage. Then when we were ready they moved our stuff from the storage to our new home. This was done efficiently with no fuss and all our items arrived in the condition they left our old home. I cannot say thank you enough and would recommend them to everyone who needs to move. The cost came in significantly lower than other removal companies, making it more beneficial than doing the move ourselves. Super storage guys moved me into Middlesbrough from Stoke on Trent beautifully and effortlessly. Stored my stuff at the Cheapest rates going (nearly 40% cheaper) than anyone else in the area and made me an offer I couldn't refuse when transporting my household items 180 miles away! You won't go far wrong with a unit here. I've recently emptied out my second unit at Super Storage having held units with them for around 2yrs. The staff are excellent, very professional and very very helpful and the storage costs are reasonable with payments easy to do, I did mine month by month either over the phone or calling in to pay and have a friendly bit of banter with the guys, as daft as it sounds I'm going miss having my unit here and if I ever need one in the future Super Storage will be my first contact. Had an issue with my stuff getting covered in black bits from some overhead roof work they carried out they decided to covered my mesh roof with plastic AFTER the muck had fell through and my stuff had been covered in black bits ! other than that they offer excellent secure storage at great weekly rates.......... highly recommended.

Using Super Storage in Cobridge Stoke.on.Trent, has been a fantastic experience. On first contact over the telephone Tay was extremely informative and answered every question and concern we had, which made it very easy to make the decision to use them. On the day we arrived to the unit, we were shown how the units worked and we were very impressed with the cleanliness and ease of access not to mention the helpfulness from the staff. Tay explained that they were there to help us with anything we needed and indeed have done just that. I cannot recommend this storage unit enough and we have complete peace of mind knowing our belongings are in safe hands.
