I really can’t fault SureStore at Burton. I popped in to enquire about a storage unit and received nothing but excellent service from James and Maddi; who worked seamlessly as a great team to provide a great service at an affordable price. Neither James nor Maddi could have done anything more to make the process any easier. Excellent service. As for the unit itself, what can I say? It’s a storage unit; but it’s a storage unit within a safe and secure environment. I highly recommend this place; and, if you’re fortunate enough to be greeted by James and Maddi, you’ll be recommending them too.

After searching high and low for affordable storage I visited sure store today to enquire. Upon arrival, I was greeted and welcomed by James who has an obvious passion for his role and the company. His knowledge was outstanding and very competent. A great asset to your company. The reception area was clean, tidy and inviting with a wide selection of good quality storage boxes, bubble wrap and accessories. (Thanks for the 5 boxes James) Prices for storage and accessories are reasonable and have everything you need. Welcoming staff, clean and tidy environment and reasonably priced storage and accessories. Would definitely recommend

I have recently taken out a storage unit here. James Kennan showed me a number of units available and the sizes before I made my choice. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble for him. The units are all very clean and look brand new. I would highly recommend James and his team at Surestore in Burton.

I’ve just moved out of store for the second time in 18 months. The guys at Surestore were very helpful and informative. Especially James Keenan the Sales Manager. I wasn’t sure how long I needed but he explained how it was charged and ensured I got the right space for what I needed. I hope not to go back into store for a long time, however if I did need to I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

This place has been fantastic from start to finish. We got a phone call from the area manager when we initially enquired and he invited us in to take a look at the two sizes we were torn between hiring out. On arrival we discussed everything with James who was there from Lichfield covering the site for the day. He was so lovely and such a pleasure to discuss everything with! He showed us the different sizes there and then and sorted us out the half price offer they had on for us until the date were due to move house. He also sorted out 24/7 access for us when we discussed this and nothing was a bother for him. Honestly, it’s the first time in a long time we came away from a business feeling as if they genuinely wanted our custom and cared for us and the service they provided. We will be recommending you to all of our family and friends - you’ve got a superstar employee in James from Lichfield! What a guy!!

SureStore it's in a good location, near Morissons, Burton-on-Trent. The building is new and very clean. The staff ( Luke ) it was very nice, flexible and helpful trying to find and offer me the best option for my needs regarding the self storage service . The building have elevator so you can carry your belongings with a big trolley . You must have a look .👌😊 I recommend it.
