U Store U Lock is probably the best storage for my money compared to many other storage companies in town. I admire the customer service which is brilliant and professional in every means of communication, email, mail, phone or verbal you will always get a response as expected. The compound is well protected with CCTV covers the interior and exterior of the entire complex controlled and manned by the security in the reception office. I would highly recommend U Store U Lock to anyone looking for storage particularly in this inflation season. Thanks.

Can't speak highly enough of the Manager and the staff of U store U lock storage were we store are caravan. This was my first time using a storage space and everyone here made my stressful situation easy and manageable. Not just from being open 24/7 but accommodating my needs and making my move in simple and straightforward.

Used their containers for storing house items while we moved which turned into several months. Staff were friendly, security cameras were on site and the site was well maintained with extra lighting being added during our tenure. Containers were in excellent condition and waterproof. We turned up regularly with gates often locked after 6pm at the weekend - security guards were on hand though and only a couple of times did we struggle to gain access despite the vehicles being pre-registered. This was never a concern though as it demonstrated their diligence to security and after 5 minutes of checking we were able to gain access. During the day checks varied - sometimes the guards came to see who we were and other times not - though the visibility and use of the site would make it difficult for anything untoward to happen without it being noticed. Would happily use again!

All of the containers are clean and in excellent air tight condition, You can always access your container & they advise you if and when they will be closed for holiday etc.. We have used this site to store our house furniture in for the last 7 months, from day one until us leaving, the management have been fantastic , CCTV is setup to monitor the containers, and also a security guard backing it up made us feel our goods were safe and secure, the container was new , so nice and clean inside, and well insulated, we have had no issues with our furniture after removing it from the container . Value wise we found to be fantastic and competitive, staff always available on site to help if you need it, if we need use storage again we will definitely go back to this site, I cannot thank them enough for storing our home their when we needed it, a easy full 5 stars from us .... 😄 Our advice is dont look elsewhere, you cant go wrong with this site ..at Etruria, Stoke-On-Trent

Our house move was already stressful and when the chain collapsed we had a short space of time to arrange storage.
