We were recommended UK Storage by a friend and were really impressed. We needed somewhere to store our sons belonging over the summer while he was home between university housing, and it was perfect. The units are immaculate, well lit and sign posted throughout. Flatbed trolleys are available so need to carry anything. The units are available in different sizes so you'll never have to pay more than the size you need. The customer service both over the phone and via email was instant, helpful, friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much bother. Its a weight of our minds knowing we already have next years storage sorted, we wouldn't use anywhere else.

Excellent friendly service, units are very clean and tidy, easy drive-up access to the front doors with trolleys/lifts available to move items easily and smoothly. Fully secure. First time I've ever needed to use a Storage facility and can highly recommend.

Nice and clean place, although I was surprised there is no lift for people to get upstairs, the only lift in the building is not for people. I am disabled and can't always manage stairs this limits my access to our storage unit. As this is a new building I am sure there is a legal requirement for access for disabled people.

Got the job done, seems secure, but the corridors are too narrow, only one trolley can fit through at a time, so there is some waiting for people so you can get passed, or them waiting for you so they can get passed.

From the very first contact, the team were thorough and explained the whole process and the fees. The fees were the best I'd been quoted, but to be honest it was the no hard sell that made me choose them. The other companies that I had contacted prior to UK Storage kept bombarding me with phone calls which I didn't like. I felt really safe inside the storage as well as their security is excellent. When we needed to add extras onto the account, this was also hassle free. At the end of use, I contacted their office. Again no hard sell begging me to stay, they explained the notice period and what I had to do and that was that. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family and would 100% use them again.

When I required storage for a few months while moving house and my new property not been ready i had no idea who to use. I had asked various companies for quotes but felt they were all too expensive then unexpectedly I had a call from Uk Storage. The gentleman on the phone was so polite and friendly i excepted his offer of a quote. Included in this quote was an offer of 3 months half price storage which in all honesty swayed my decision to use them. Although the area they were based in isn’t an area I would usually choose to store my belongings i asked many questions and was happy that there would be 24 hour camera surveillance and someone to answer the phone 24 hours a day and several doors which needed a passcode number to enter before you where even able to enter the units. On viewing the storage facilities I was genuinely surprised at how clean and welcoming it was as well as been on a busy retail park. The storage units themselves were extremely clean and secure and although i was placed on the first floor there was a lift to transport my items. The payment is taken by direct debt every 28 days and if you have paid for your final month but only require it for less days they will refund the days not used that month. Above all the most important factor I experienced was every member of the team I spoke to at any time of day or evening were extremely polite, helpful and a credit to there company.

What a fantastic company, even though there are several storage companies in my area these guys win hands down. The whole facility is located conveniently on a new small industrial estate,the carpark is immediately outside of the doors with plenty of spaces. Inside the building is light, clean,dry and very well maintained, nothing is too much trouble a quick call and someone can be with you within minutes, everything is explained in plain English, so that you don't have a shock when you start to pay , as I said there are several other companies in the area but I can't recommend these guys enough , 5* service for 3* money ......
