I have had a long term rental with the Swansea branch for afew years now, had one or two problems which have been sorted very quickly, this is why i am staying with this branch, before coming here i had been swapping storage places quite often. Also their opening times are very usefull unlike many others in the area, I have mainly had dealings with Dean and he is always very helpfull and very respectfull. He is another reason why i have stayed so long.

I mean let's be honest this got to be the best thing after sliced bread, having quite big trucks and trailers finding overnight parking spaces is not easy. So one day I delivered a vehicle to storage giant seen the set up they got and was a customer 30min later. Atleast I know my trucks and trailer are safe at night and the sign up process was straight forward. The service is awsome it's always staff running around saying good morning good evening can I open the gate for you?... You know it's the little things that do count especially if you don't expect it. And you know if they run around all day your items are safe. Getting in and out is also no drama you get your own access code so you don't have to speak to anyone or wait handy if your not a morning person. The gentleman in the office Mr Reynolds? Is on the ball with names too better than me, but that shows he links names to faces to vehicles so no one can just drive off with your trailer,caravan etc claiming to be you. Wich is a very important part as the last storage place I used they had security but aslong as you had the code anyone could go in and out without question asked. So yea so far so good, prices are good too service awsome 5 stars

I have only got praise for Dean Secker at Storage Giant Swansea. He went the extra mile to help us in our situation. He patiently explained how the system worked and he helped me through the paperwork. We have recently returned from Portugal and our shipment of belongings was due to arrive before we could get to the facility. Really needed a storage unit last minute. Unfortunately, when I went there, they were full. A polite person named Dean took my details and said they would ring if anything became available. A couple of days went past and Monday morning I got a call from Dean to say one had become available. I took it. Dean asked when I would be coming in to complete the paper work and I said Wednesday afternoon. When I arrived there Dean had everything ready for me and offered to show me the unit to make sure it was suitable for my needs. Dean explained everything and made sure I understood everything. 5/5 customer service from Dean. Made something very stressful, hassle free. Can’t fault the storage units size, price and customer service. Highly recommend this place if you ever need storage.

Very friendly professional staff who are very accommodating with any problems. Easy to use entry and lock systems. A variety of unit sizes which are transferrable at no cost. Highly recommended. Only one slight issue, there are no customer restrooms available on site, but I doubt that is a requirement due to the nature of the business. Just a suggestion for the future. Overall, a very positive experience.

Checked into my storage unit the week beginning 16/03/20. Had a very smooth experience in completing all necessary documents taking merely 10 minutes. All in all my check in process was greatly handled with Marc being happy to provide any answers where he could, alongside receiving a complete copy of all documents kept. I later arrived to load my unit, arriving quite late to the closing hour (my apologies). Despite this, I was kindly greeted by Dean (I believe?) who without asking, immediately came to assist me in loading and storing my items on deck. Very appreciative of his willingness and honest nature, stayed open a bit longer just so I could make sure it was all secure, escorting me safely to my transit destination. I am very happy to have stumbled across this storage service in Swansea, these gentlemen are very kind and efficient with the service they provide at a very affordable rate. We hired a storage unit to empty our loft room which used to be a bedroom but ended up as a dumping ground. Store giant is ideal, not too far away, lovely and clean and luke and Mark we're very helpful and pleasant. Back in October 2019 my husband and I needed to get somewhere where we could store our things whilst looking for a new home, due to problems with his ex wife. I googled storage spaces in Swansea, only had a look on their website and looked for a price, and a few minutes later had a phone call from Marc asking if he could help. Such a friendly guy, I was sold. We went down and had a look, and Marc was so friendly and chatty. He showed us the storage container, and it was clean and tidy and we went for it. We only thought we would be there a month or two! But we now have somewhere and left storage a few days ago. I have had a storage unit here for several years. I have always found the staff approachable and very, very helpful. I billeted my car with them for three months whilst I was abroad, the outside perimeter has cctv and security lights surround the building. I had such a nice and easy experience at storage giant today. I was helped by such a nice man who I believe was named Alex ( forgive me if I’m wrong ). He was so nice and helped me move things from my car onto carts to take up to the unit. Couldn’t fault him in the slightest and made my experience so easy and pleasant. So glad I chose Storage Giant Swansea. I spoke to Georgia initially and then Marc who I don’t think I would have survived my first storage trips without! Initially I did have a challenge understanding the pricing and offers, and had to wait a while for someone to get back to me which I was assured was not their normal standard... and this turned out to be the case. After an initial hiccup the service has been faultless. Friendly and helpful team, clean secure and easy to use facilities. They even discounted me for the challenges at the start. Without this it would have been slightly more expensive than an outdoor container unit but ultimately I’m so glad I went for a proper indoor storage facility and would go for Storage Giant over other storage options every time, especially now I realise how challenging shifting loads of stuff can be!!! Again, I can’t praise Marc enough for his patience and support, and wouldn’t even think of using anywhere else for storage in the future.
