Been in storage now since December 2016. Great facility. Lovely helpful staff. If you need long term storage I'd recommend having a chat with these guys and sorting out a flat rate. If your in short term there are some great units for half price for the first three months. Brilliant facilities. Clean and tidy. Ian the manager will always make you smile and giggle. Patient, Empathetic and Part Of The Family. I have been with store it for over the 4 years of my university time away home (since around 2015). And they have a great great in allowing and ensuring quality storage conditions, distribution of my belongings at the end of my academic years and at times providing payment plans which enabled my time with them to go smoothly and as stress-free as possible ... especially for an ex student. There was a time when I ran out of money and so couldn't pay for a period of time, yet Store It Swansea were very accommodating and came up with a solution to help solve my problem. Store it Swansea were like part of my university student extended family and it was emotional and sad to say goodbye and take all my belongings back at the end of 4 plus years, but I did, and my storage has moved on to its next location in the next chapter of my life. Thanks to the team and those who's names I do not know (Emma, Ian, Allan etc) and sorry I didn't get a huge enough gift to convey my and my mother's thank yous.
