Max and the team were able to support us moving house at a moments notice and provided outstanding service from start to finish at great value. Our original moving company pulled out 3 minutes before their expected arrival time and I found this company on google. Max was immediately reassuring and was flexible and empathetic to our situation. We contacted Max at Luckes a week before our move after another firm were unable to move us. Max completed a virtual tour of our house and very quickly returned a quote to us. John and Mark arrived the day before our move to pack the house, they were absolutely fantastic! They went above and beyond to help us with the move. On the moving day itself the team were prompt in arriving and very quickly cleared the house. They really helped us out as due to Covid restrictions we were having to move with no help from family with a 8 week old baby and a 4 year old. The team were especially lovely to our daughter. Once we were at our new home, once again John and Mark went above and beyond to ensure we were settled before they left. All in all a fantastic team who we would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to move.

This was our first time using a removal company rather than moving ourselves, thinking of it as another expense. However after being recommended to us by several people, I have to say Luckes were worth every (very reasonably priced! penny). We were blown away with how professional, friendly and extremely helpful John and Mark were. Nothing was too much trouble and they found time to be cheerful and chat with us on what would otherwise have been a really stressful day, especially without having friends or family to help us due to lockdown. They are even helping with some furniture that just wouldn’t fit into our new house. Thank you both.

I used this firm because they incredibly kindly moved a piano for me, that I and four others had been unable to get through a doorway. They did this for me for free, because I told them they could have the piano for charity -everyone's a winner! Because of this kindness I decided to use them for my house move from Wilts to Devon. They are a great business with kind, human, professional staff and I thoroughly recommend them. We're still unpacking, and we have, thus far, not found a single item damaged!!! Use these guys.
