Anchor storage looked after my belongings for 15 years while I was living overseas, in fact I was their first ever customer back then when they had just opened. They have been really amazing over the years, always supportive and helpful with whatever request I have had. Knowing that my things have been so safe while so far away was very comforting. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Have a 12 month contract, staff friendly great value on storage however don't think the outside of the storage units gets cleaned, the floor is sticky and covered in rubbish and this hasn't changed in 6 months

Really excellent storage facility. It has 24 hour security on site, so you can access your storage at any time of day safely. The service and front desk are second to none. Joe made it completely stress-free at a time when I was extremely anxious about moving etc. Also very reasonably priced. Really cannot recommend enough!

Joe at Anchor not only provided the storage I needed with no hard sell, he even changed the size for me on the day I was moving in as the original room was slightly too small. Staff were friendly and helpful. Carefully guided through paperwork by staff and then able to look at the lock up space and fill it up as required. Security is good. Staff always on hand to help.

This is a great company to deal with. The range of store sizes meet all the needs of anyone. The prices are much more competitive than the multiples that you all know about. The location of the Swindon branch is just off Jct 16 off the M4 and so is more convenient to miss all the traffic of having to drive though the town. The staff are always helpful and on hand for advice. They sell additional items if you need them like boxes, bubble wrap etc. If you are looking for a safe reliable storage, that is in a convenient location, then look no further. I would recommend them to anyone.

I used this Storage Facility after ringing around all of the others in Swindon. 100% the best for value and the customer service was exceptional, and nothing was a problem. Ian was helpful, polite and accomadating in his service. The facility is well run, organised with 24 hour security CCTV cameras and the 50 foot space was perfect for what I required. I would strongly recommend this storage facility over any other purely for the customer service alone.

Definitely the best storage I've experienced .... good access (though reversing a box trailer up a steep ramp is not for the faint hearted) good units and clean loos ..... and good trolleys/pallet lifters etc
