I found Andrew and the guys at LSR in Swindon and they asked to see pics of my items before quoting which was a pleasant surprise and they were much cheaper than the bigger companies. Due to constant delays with my sale and purchase LSR booked me in at 3 days short notice which was a great relief. They turned up on the day and were fantastic, all my stuff was treated well, double mattress was covered and it all arrived at the other end in prefect order. They moved my extremely heavy boxes full of clothes without any complaint at all. They moved my items from a 1st floor flat and even though I offered that me and my mum would move the stuff to the foyer for them, they insisted it was no problem to move them down the stairs. I can't recommend these guys enough, they were great, professional, fairly priced and really friendly. It really was less stress for me so huge thanks to Andrew and the guys today as I know you were super busy doing 2 jobs at once.

Fantastic service from Andrew and the team from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble. The guys dismantled and reassembled some of the larger pieces of furniture for us as agreed beforehand. I used LSR for a move only a few miles away but they made the process so simple. From the quote to the arranging to the actual move, they were great. Communication was excellent at all times. On the day of the move there was the need to move my sofas through a Juliette balcony on the first floor. Also a bed, cot and wardrobes needed to be dismantled and reassembled at my new home. All was done to a great standard and in a very quick time. The guys were genuinely nice and friendly and couldn't do enough to help me. The price was very reasonable and remained true to the quote. I definitely would use Less Stress Removals again.

Cannot recommend these guys enough - they certainly lived up to their name. The office staff were helpful and reassuring and From beginning to end, the removal team were professional and efficient, but also cheerful and friendly, which made a stressful day so much easier. Mine was a particularly difficult move, with a long, sloping garden and a lot of stuff, but they completed it in great time. They even dismantled and reassembled furniture. The move was competitively priced and arranged at the last minute, as my organised moving company let me down with 10 days to go. I'm glad they did, because these guys were great. Can't fault them! Lucy is an absolute gem when it comes to the admin side and she knows her stuff! Andy and the team were incredibly hard-working when it came to the day of packing up and moving. The weather could not have been worse but they just got on with the job. I loved that they re-assembled our wardrobes and even removed an unwanted shelf from a bedroom to make way for our furniture. We had the pleasure of using LESS Stress removals for a relocation from Swindon to South Wales. I can't praise the team highly enough. We went for a full packing service and even had some furniture dismantled and reassembled in the new home. Everything was packed with care and extremely well protected. On moving day the team worked relentlessly for hours and couldn't have been more helpful. We had an issue with the key collection being late and there wasn't any issues or negativity from anyone. The price was also extremely competitive. I'm hoping I don't have to move again in a long time. But if I do, I'm only calling LESS Stress to handle it all.

What an exceptional service ! Less Stress came at short notice to give a quote for our removal from Wiltshire to Lincolnshire, they were very friendly and professional. The price quoted was unbeatable and within a week there was an army of efficient and courteous men (exactly on time)very carefully moving our belongings onto their trucks and away we went. Not a hiccup or excuse for anything in sight. Would thoroughly recommend this team if you want a great price and Less Stress !

Fantastic service all the way through, from the people answering the phone to the lady who came out and gave us a quote and the professional and courteous men who moved us. Having managed to fit us in at short notice just before Christmas they once again came to our rescue a fortnight later - again at very short notice - to get our new sofa into a first floor living room. Their staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this company.

Amazingly competitive price. I was skeptical but these guys made it extremely easy from start to finish. From the first conversation they were professional and friendly to the move day when 5 men turned up bang on time in 3 vehicles exactly as described. What a great team, I can't speak highly enough of Andrew and the rest of the guys. We moved within North Wiltshire in November and from first contact to last they worked really hard and were unfailingly polite and professional. I should start by saying that, I think because of all of the stress leading up to the move and dates changing, I hadn't realised that these chaps had not been out to look at my property to give me a quote before hand! Considering the move dates changed a few times, they were ALWAYS more than happy to accommodate me when they could. The day of the move came (moving 5 miles away) and two vans turned up - not sign-written vans and a little old so I have to say I was initially a little worried. However, I needn't have been for one moment - the team couldn't have been nicer, politer and more hard working. Michael, Michael, Michael and Stan (plus one other chap - apologies, I don't recall his name) were brilliant - I had asked for the full packing and move service which was very reasonably priced. They took a lot of care packing all breakables separately (although I think they may have gone a little over the top wrapping non-breakables individually too which meant a lot of unpacking at the other end but I'd rather that than not enough care taken). They provide professional covers for furniture and valuables (pictures, TVs, etc...). I had, as you'll see above, a team of 5 turn up in the morning and I was only moving from a small one bed flat to a second floor 2 bed flat - 2 of them went on to a different job in the afternoon. Overall, an exemplary service from 5 thoroughly nice, non-stop hard working chaps that never complained (apart from the amount of stairs at the new property - sorry!). I would highly recommend them - they really did take the stress out of the move, thanks chaps :-)

I haven't used this company, however on Wednesday 31/5/17 I, a female driver was driving back to Essex from a business trip from Somerset when I suddenly realised I had a flat tyre and pulled up onto the hard shoulder. I was really surprised when a gentleman from Less Stress Removal (Andrew Goncharov) pulled up and helped me, he changed my tyre for me, told me to drive carefully with the temporary tyre and not to drive more than 50 miles an hour and to take my car straight to the nearest garage. I was so pleased with how this gentleman helped me, kind, professional, concerned, helpful etc - it made me think that there are still good people around that you can trust - You will definitely be able to trust Less Stress Removals for their professionalism, kindness and friendliness. Thank you Andrew, I was so surprised that I didn't even give you anything to thank you especially when I could have been waiting a lot longer if I had rang my breakdown cover, I felt safe and secure and will be posting you a little something to thank you and for getting me back home safely to my children and husband, who are very thankful.
