Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Formal quotation and deposit system very easy to use. Provided me with a good quality boxes prior to the move. They have storage space and assured me that everything will be okay on the day even if the conveyancing goes pear shaped. On the moving day they turned up on time, worked super hard, and all the lads you could tell they were smiling under the masks. There were few banters to keep us going, but remained courteous and professional throughout the day. Big thank you to Jay and his team for a super efficient service and the great value for the money.

We used Jays Removals in August 2020 to move us into our new home. The date was moved 2-3 times and Jay was always very accommodating, polite and professional. We had the full packing service which was excellent and great value for money. His entire team were excellent too, very friendly, helpful and everyone went the extra mile to ensure all of our belongings were safely packed and labelled. Once packed and into our new home, Jay's team reassembled our beds, wardrobes and even my daughters trampoline, making our first night in our new home very comfortable. We can't thank Jay and his team enough for making our house move calm and stress free. I would definitely recommend Jays Removals.

First time using Jays Removals and their team for a domestic pack and move from a 4 bed house. I was initially sceptical about the firm as they were considerably cheaper than other local companies however this was proven to be unfounded. The team were really excellent, quick, efficient and effective. The whole move went without hitch. The significant positives for us were: 1. Existing damage to furniture / items was pointed out to us prior to packing (and I presume photographed by their team) 2. All boxes were labelled and well packed removing the 'where did I put that' moment post move 3. Care and attention to protect carpets and doors as we were moving into a brand new house 4. Work ethic of the team - they worked like machines all day and maintained their banter and humour despite a tough day. 5. Price - the service was excellent which is why we were happy to pay extra as a bonus We would use them again without hesitation and I believe some of the other local 'movers' who I have used need to be concerned that they are so much more expensive. We can't dispute the negative comments written here but what we can say is that none of what is mentioned in other negative reviews was behaviour seen during our move. Well done Jay and team - you have a great business and we wish you all the best.

Great Company and a lovely bunch of lads, nothing was to much trouble and they were respectful and polite at all times. Jay seemed a great boss who organised the men well but also got stuck in himself. We did our own packing but Jay provided good quality tape and boxes and dropped off at the door as soon as we requested more I would defiantly recommend this company for your removals 5* service guys keep up the good work Mr & Mrs Hunt

Would recommend Jays in a heartbeat. We moved today and they were all loaded and unloaded by noon. Nothing was to much trouble and all of the crew were extremely helpful and professional. We moved with Pickfords nearly 5 years ago and thought they were good but have to say both my wife and I said Jays were far better and surpassed them. Moving into a quirky 170 year old mill cottage with an unaccommodating staircase made the job a little tricky, but the boys were well up to the job, dismantling and reassembling furniture to make it happen. We had the lads do our house move yesterday and they were fantastic! Turned up first thing and had the van loaded in an hour and a half for a 3 bed house. They made the whole experience really relaxed and had a laugh and joke with us. 100% would use them again. Really fab and great price too

Jay and his team of 4 moved us from Shropshire to Bristol and I can't fault them. Packed up our 4 bed house with ease into their luton vans and patiently waited for us to get keys having travelled over 100miles. Fantastic service. The team at Jay's Removals were professional, helpful, friendly and funny. Their quote was very competitive and undercut some of the more well known local companies by a considerable amount. They definitely made one of the most stressful days of our lives bareable! Make sure you keep plenty of tea bags to hand and top up your sugar bowl, as these guys run their well oiled machine on tea and banter ;)

We employ Jays Removals to get our gear into and out of the Theatre on the Steps in Bridgnorth, when we play there each year. If you know the theatre you'll know what a challenge it will be to move heavy sound equipment, lighting, drums, etc. down the stone steps. The work is always carried out quickly, but carefully, to ensure that nothing gets damaged. The service provided is excellent and we couldn't put on our shows at the theatre without Jay and the lads.
