I used Jo's service for a recent move and also had their packing service too. Her team were really efficient and swift at packing; they took good care of my belongings. The move itself went smoothly and the van was unloaded speedily but carefully. Excellent service and really competitive prices too.

A vehicle was sent that wasn't big enough to move all our belongings in one go but was quickly rectified by sending an additional vehicle and crew. Not the cheapest but a good service.

We used Jo Upton removals to move my daughter back home after university, the whole operation was as easy as you could wish for and the removal team were superb, nothing was a problem and completed in a jiffy. The quantity of collected belongings was far too much for our home so we used the storage option to hold their belongings. The rate we had to pay for storing 2 containers I consider to be one of the best in Shropshire, your belongings are completely safe and humidity controlled in their storage facility. After 3 years storage we are moving the wanted items home and Upton's donate unwanted items to local housing groups. Be assured if you think you have used the best you have not, Upton's beats the lot. Trust in their services you will be impressed.

Used Jo Upton's recently for a complete house move after being referred by a colleague and was not disappointed. Had been let down at the last minute and they accommodated me with just 3 days notice and were fabulous value for money. On the day, Shaun, Carl and Connel turned up and could not have been more helpful, they cleared everything for me and took great care with all of my furniture and belongings. They were so friendly and made what should have been an incredibly stressful day an actual pleasure. Even after being kept waiting due to carpet fitting at the new house, they were brilliant whilst unloading everything into the house. I would 100% recommend Jo Upton's to anyone looking to move house. Hopefully this will be the last time I move, but if not I will definitely be using them again!!!

The day ran really smoothly from start to finish thanks to the professional removal guys who were really friendly. Despite not getting our keys until 4.30pm on a Friday, the vans were unloaded by 5.10 and we were able to settle in. Jo and her team were amazing! The skill in packing so much stuff into the vans was incredible. To speed the move up as other crews finished their moves they joined our job and helped which was above an beyond! The guys were great and were really polite and helpful, putting thing where we wanted them, and moving furniture that I disagreed with my husband where they should go! Lol Not one item was damaged and I had a picture I was really precious about and the care they took over it was great. Little things like each member of the crews came shook our hands and wished us luck with our new home which was great/ I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with a move. Only thing I’d change is I would use their packing service rather than do it ourselves next time - didn’t even consider it this time but never again! Couldn't of gone better if anyone tried - My parents recently moved properties within the Telford area.We contacted several removal companies to come and give us a quote and offer their services. However only 2 people got back to us and Jo's being one of them. This is our first experience of using a removals company and we are so glad we went with Jo Uptons. Hard working group of lads smashed through the removal and even took the time to re arrange a few things once unloaded. 3 Removal guys arrived on time with sparkling clean modern vans.. All guys worked hard alongside a polite friendly attitude..nothing was to much trouble for these removal guys..so very helpful..all done and dusted within several hours.. would definitely use them again for our next move planned for 2023…also found Phil who gave us the initial removal quote very professional informative…finally Jo Upton herself takes pride in her business…when speaking to her I found it quite endearing as she appears to vocally appreciates her staff team and promotes this…on summing up well done Jo Upton removals its a 10/10 from us 👍

Unsure of who to use at first but decided to go with Jo Upton Removals. Phil who completed the home visit to provide the quote was very pleasant and friendly. The actual quote offered was extremely reasonable however I did have my reservations as you hear of some horrendous stories. I was however extremely pleased with how friendly all the staff were and how hard they worked on the actual day. They made what could have been a long and stressful day a much easier one. I would recommend them to anyone else who is planning to move and they will be my first choice should I move in the future.

Jo Upton Removals have relocated our business to new premises today. We have moved previously a couple of times as the business has grown and this has always proved to be quite a difficult task. I have say the chaps that arrived from Jo Upton Removals to carry out our relocation were absolutely brilliant and worked constantly despite the 28-degree weather and made a difficult task look simple. We have some quite complex and heavy mechanical kit which is difficult to move due to the care that must be provided however they completed this task with ease. We do not normally subscribe to the leaving of public comments however I cannot thank you enough. To all these local businesses that may be thinking of moving premises, I whole heartedly recommend Jo Upton Removals, they make commercial moving look simple. I had one day to vacate one pole studio and move to another pole studio. These guys were pretty good. They moved my 10 very large mirrors and 14 poles, Large TV, two couches, a fridge and my sound system is one piece. I was freaking out about my mirrors but there was not a scratch and they placed them in the very spot that they were going to be fixed to the wall. Very careful and considerate. Thank guys ....Considering they knew nothing about pole installation, they gave one a shot (next time guys) Thanks again!! Lauren
