Absolutely brilliant. Fair pricing, clean units and a wide variety of storage options. Easy to find and access. Best of all - the staff, who are all very helpful and friendly. We mostly spoke with Ed, and he is extremely knowledgeable, polite, and really goes the extra mile. If more people in customer facing roles were as lovely and helpful as Ed, the world would be better for it. I'd give them 6 out of 5 if I could.

This was my first time using a storage facility and to be honest, I didn't expect much from it as you wouldn't. However because of how the staff were, I can honestly say, I came away thinking, what great service I got there, especially from Helen. Using storage was a key part of moving house which was a very stressful experience. All I can say is that Helen was very patient when I wasn't understanding how the payments worked. She was also extremely helpful and very kind. And most importantly she was a true professional. I have to say, it is the best service that I have had in Telford (I am not from Telford originally) Hannah was also very kind and helpful and had a gentle demeanor, so all in all, I cannot praise the service I received enough. Fantastic service from Hannah and Ed. I was initially contacted and quoted by Ed, who was very helpful and took into consideration my circumstances offering great deal and suitable options. I was then emailed by Hannah, followed by viewing of the lockup next day. Hannah was very professional and supportive. Easy to get stuff in and got it all out in one trip at the end. This was 2 years ago and the service is still excellent as always. I hjave now just left them and the process was so easy and simple. Very pleased with how Hannah & Dan assisted. Hannah was prompt and very informative to reply to my email queries and managed to get me sorted very quickly and get a unit reserved over the phone. Hi, I had the pleasure of meeting Helen and Ed on Saturday when we attended our initial appointment at the Telford branch of Storage Giant. I had already been impressed by the response to my initial query that was followed up with an email and phone call with potential solutions at very short notice (1 day). Arranging for 09:30 Saturday morning, Helen was there to meet us and was very pleasant and professional in spite of the fact all of the branch IT systems were down, leaving Helen unable to process our request. Rather than keeping us waiting, Helen took us on a tour of the facility showing us sample storage units and helped us make a choice that fitted our needs, offering a number of flexible options as we weren't sure of how much we needed - promoting a mix of smaller sizes rather than going for a unit that would be far too big. With the choice made, rather than send us away or keep us waiting pending restoral of the IT system, Helen took our ID etc and allowed us to unload our van and set off to refill again. While filling the second van load, the IT system did come back to life and Helen immediately contacted us by phone and email to confirm. On our return, we went to reception (where we met the equally pleasant Ed) and they allowed us to empty the van and come back to complete our registration. Through the registration process, both Helen and Ed were very personable while efficiently registering us on the system, chatting generally about the area (we are new to it) and then also clearly explaining the T's & C's so that before we knew it we were able to go on our way again. The failed IT system threatened to seriously undermine our plans for the weekend and I wanted to extend my thanks to Helen and Ed for turning this around to a very enjoyable and pleasant experience. In the process of selling my house and needed to investigate using long-term storage for the first time. Hannah - spoke to her twice and she was helpful and informative. Actually it was great to have someone actually answer the 'phone, no push button malarkey to contend with! I couldn't make my viewing appointment - it was easy to change it on the phone. Although it is slightly more expensive than I first anticipated, I have found that the service and security and insurance makeup for it. And that you cant put a price on. Was great until it was taken over by Storage Giant Cardiff. Then their attitude changed, as they were no longer customer orientated they were only interested in getting money. A testament to this was all the original staff left due to the problems they caused. They forced payment changes of dates and amounts on customers and despite disagreeing and having proof of due dates etc they then padlocked all the units to prevent people accessing them until they paid. We left and found a far better "human" storage company
