Wrekin Removals did a first class job in relocating my parents from Shropshire to the Westcountry. From first speaking to Jim in the office, Terry doing the site visit and Rob and the lads doing the packing / delivering and unloading into storage, the whole team were courteous and professional throughout. Fantastic removal and storage service received from Wrekin Removals. Moving house can be extremely stressful but the experience was made so much easier for us using this company. We cannot thank the staff enough for the friendly, efficient and extremely helpful service they provided. From providing boxes and packing tape, and taking such care with our belongings during the move, and whilst in storage nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend them to anyone moving home or in need of storage.

This is a site containing various storage lockers. I rent one and was visiting to store some more boxes. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, and use their machinery to move loads to where customers can easily reach them. It is airy, spacious and tidy. The company also arranges house moves and has a fleet of lorries in varying sizes.

My grateful thanks to Wrekin Removals for taking the stress out of my move and for going over and above the call of duty. The staff demonstrated complete professionalism from the very first phone call I made enquiring about their services to when the removal team completed the job. I was pleasantly surprised by their quote particularly as it included a full pack. The team were very respectful towards my personal effects and furniture ensuring everything was packed securely and covered the carpets at both my old and new houses with floor protection. When I changed my mind about where I wanted some furniture at my new house they assured me that it was no trouble to move it. We had to move from a large house, very quickly AND just four weeks before Xmas. Wrekin estimated it would take 2 days - and they ensured it was done in this timescale by working overtime, every single one of them - many companies would have said "we'll be back tomorrow!"And there was no extra charge - We would have paid the extra because their service was immaculate, professional AND so careful.Years of valued possessions,artefacts and even a new Grand Piano, as you can imagine my wife was understandably concerned that everything would be handled carefully - she had no reason for any concern because everything was handled, wrapped and taken care of as if it were there own property. I needed to store a flatful of stuff from overseas to an uncertain delivery date for an uncertain period of time. The folk at Wrekin were fantastic. Always friendly and helpful and they knew what they were talking about, advised me on the size of storage I'd need, and were flexible about delivery times. You know how sometimes you groan at the thought of phoning your bank, or a car rental company? Never had that with Wrekin. It was always a pleasure. And at a very reasonable price. Thanks folks!

I've used Wrekin Removals twice over the past 3 years to move us and they've done a great job on both occasions. The staff were friendly and helpful and all our possessions arrived safely and in one piece (including my prized juke box!). There was one issue where we lost our TV remote control but it turned out to be in my wife's handbag all along! The staff couldn't have been more helpful and I would recommend using them again..

Great service. Very approachable team. Couldn't help enough. Provided boxes, tape and paper free and didn't need them back, but would do so if you wanted to. 3 lads pitched up early, and completed the move very early in the day. Any little extra bits, they went out of their way to help. Jim in the main office, was modest about his abilities. Joking aside, he was very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble. Terry came and gave us a quote at short notice at some inconvenience to him. The lads turned up on time and were in control, giving us advice and doing whatever they could to ensure my mothers move went smoothly. Mattresses wrapped in plastic bags, clothes straight onto hangers in the van, dissassembling and reassembling a wardrobe. What could have been a very stressful day turned out to be nothing of the kind. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving home.

Ive had a lot of bad experiences with removal companies but can honestly say i couldnt be happier with the service i recieved from wrekin removals i have a lot of antique and vintage furniture and it was all perfectly safe and wrapped to make sure no damage happened to my goods even my really awkward chandelier was perfectly protected, the lads were great, very polite and helpful would fully recommend to anyone! Many thanks see you in 6 months guys :)

A tale of two removals: First ... We initially moved out and put our belongings into storage. The two men who did the job could not have been better. They were helpful, communicative and without being asked they assisted us with dissembling and packing large items. They consistently went the extra mile. Honestly they could not have been better. Next ... after several weeks we moved into our new house. What a contrast! Three men arrived, and their priority seemed to be to get the job done as quickly as possible. In particular, the younger member of the team was not well supervised and seemed happy to dump anything anywhere. They made little effort to help with unpacking or re-assembly of large furniture items. If I had physical difficulties this would have posed a serious problem. One concern was they only placed a covering on the first few steps of the stairs (our brand new carpet!). Inevitably, one of them (the young one) eventually came in with mud on his shoes and left marks on the carpet. I took this up with the supervisor who was defensive, saying the mud would brush off, and anyway that's why they put covers down. I pointed out they had in fact not put covers down(!) to which he answered "i'm not going to argue with you". I refrained from pointing out that it was he that was doing the arguing. Finally, an example of the contrast with the first move ... Among the numerous empty boxes to take away were a couple of small delivery boxes from Amazon. The Supervisory made a point of saying they were unable to take these as it was against company policy. I can understand why this would be the case but would it really have hurt?? This was most definitely NOT going the extra mile. So regrettably I have to assess Wrekin Removals performance as disappointing. (PS, I'm writing this two weeks after our move and so far no one from Wrekin Removals has been in touch to check for our feedback). UPDATE (Oct 17): following my post Wrekin Removals contacted me to discuss my feedback. They were apologetic and promised to review their procedures. I believe they are genuine and hopefully my experience was a one-off. I have upgraded my rating from two to 3 stars.

Great service. Flexible, great value and great sense of humour all round despite being stranded in the snow on a Friday! The guys worked very hard and were very polite despite having to unexpectedly work on the Saturday morning too. Thanks so much you all - highly recommended.

Couldn't recommend them more highly. Wrekin brought down some fragile furniture from Shropshire to London for us - great communication, very reliable, really nice delivery crew.
