Booked into Armadillo through Jenna Rawley by phone and then personally on arrival. She was very efficient through the whole process but also very pleasant and good humoured in her manner throughout. Definitely an asset to the organisation.

Absolute quality. I was charged with moving all of the company stock out of a unit a few miles down the road, and this place seemed like a sensible option. I'll be honest - we had three delivery runs on an 18 tonne HGV, and it took the best part of a day to get it all moved in. The toughest part of the whole process was getting our company to move as quickly as I'd have liked with the paperwork. Jenna (site manager) took all this in her stride, and still remained jovial - lord knows were it me, I'd be praying for root canal work as an alternative. The on-site team are legends. Honest, down to earth, no BS, and willing to go the extra mile to get stuff done. I cannot commend the team enough. Hat's off to Jenna, Jake and Kerrie at Armadillo Warrington - you made a tough job easy.

I have been running my Internet Retail Business from a Unit within Big Storage for 18 months now. After my initial inquiry, where the Manager, Andy Logan was more than happy to show me several different rooms and discuss the different options, I was moved in and ready to start trading a few days later. Big Storage's prices are very competitive. With the bonus of having an all-inclusive rent that includes electricity and no business rates, it keeps things flexible and simple as well as very economical. What sets Big Storage apart from their competitors is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. There is always someone available in reception to answer any queries. No longer do I have to wait in for my deliveries. The staff at Big Storage are always on hand to sign for any parcels I get delivered. If I’m not in my unit, they just text me to let me know I've had a delivery and lock it away in the secure holding unit until I’m next in. If I get a delivery on pallets... No problem for these guy’s, as all the staff at Big Storage are forklift trained! The facilities here are great as well...Nice clean toilets and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave kettle and toaster. There is always ample free parking in the car park outside and access to the loading bays is hassle free. Security here is great too and the added bonus of having 24 hour access should I need it makes life easy if I ever need to work late. I would recommend Big Storage to anybody that is looking for somewhere to run their business from and likewise to anyone that just needs domestic storage.

Did a reservation online, call back from Jenna straight away. Spoke to Kerrie after that who talked me through everything in detail. Did online check-in which quickens things up when you get to site. Kerrie checked me in, took me on a tour and showed me my unit, really helpful and pleasant, Jenna as well, also the two Van drivers that can do pick ups and drop offs for you . Really friendly and comfortable atmosphere, highly recommended.

I decided to use Armadillo storage when i wanted to relocate my business from my home, Alan at Armadillo was extremely helpful in detailing the several storage options available to my business and went to great lengths to meet my criteria. It has been the best thing we have done for the business as the unit is open 7 days a week and the staff are also available in signing for any materials that are delivered to the premises. After several months of using Armadillo Storage, it was apparent that the business was outgrowing the storage floor space that I had originally thought was sufficient. Again after speaking to Alan for his advice, he very kindly work with us to show us several options available to us and we simply relocated with no hassle or fuss to a new larger unit. I would certainly recommend Armadillo Storage and look forward to working with them in the future.
