It's been a pleasurable experience from start to finish! Everything was so easy, from arranging the booking at the start to closing the booking at the end. The prices were great and it worked out half the price of other storage companies that had similar offers on, in fact we even decided to opt for an even larger unit when we were shown round! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the units were immaculate and I would definitely go straight back here again if I need storage in future! Matt even went above and beyond to assist us when we had a problem with a hire vehicle we had. I couldn't recommend lok'n'store any more!

Absolutely stellar service from Luke who has been incredible from start to finish! From the minute I enquired about storage with Lok'nStore I received endless information, help and guidance. I had sent a provisional query during a turbulent house move and we were potentially going to need to use the services. Ultimately I haven't needed to but I will absolutely be recommending them to all and using them in future should the need arise. I have no doubt that we would have been well looked after if we'd have used them and I'm so grateful to Luke for having incredible customer service skills and making one thing about this house move feel remotely simple and doable. Would 10000% recommend!

I can't rate this business highly enough. From my initial discussion about my needs with Luke to the moment we handed the unit back, we have had complete peace of mind with our possessions at Lok 'n Store. Luke, in particular, has been excellent; his warm and affable manner made the whole process reassuring and when you're moving, you need that. Equally reassuring is knowing that your stuff is safely locked up all night in a state-of-the-art facility. Easy access and late night Thursday was a big help. Top, top place with top people 5*

Excellent customer service, Hollie really took the time to look after me and make sure I was choosing the right storage option rather than pushing me towards a more expensive option like a lot of other businesses would. As well as Hollie, everyone else at Lok n Store that I’ve dealt with has been a delight. Friendly service, reasonable prices and the team will always do what they can to help you. Highly recommended!

Absolutely outstanding service. Friendly and professional staff and nothing is to much trouble for them. I would definitely recommend 1000%. Searched the internet & Lok’nStore seemed competitive compared to other local sites. Popped in to look at units. Facility is new and units are clean, secure, dry etc with good access. Liaised with Luke over quote, contract etc, who couldn’t have been more helpful. Moved items into storage and again simple process with lots of help/guidance offered, trolleys to help move larger items. Found obtaining my own insurance was better than going with Lok’nStores own. On the whole an excellent experience so far.

Now almost 2 months later we were ready to take the plunge and today we were again helped by Chris. His knowledge around the process of signing us up to a unit was exemplary. He talked us through everything that would be needed from us and explained things that would make our journey easier.
