Had a very stressful couple of days trying to empty our storage unit and then drive through the night to the Outer Hebrides. Never again, but Michelle and Emily were both extremely ready to help and encourage us which made the days get by a little faster. Very good and personable customer service, highly recommend. Cannot recommend Safestore Warrington highly enough! If you are looking for a seamless experience, clean and secure facility then this is the place for you. We were looking for storage in-between a house move. Jonathan the store manager was extremly helpful in recommending the right unit for us based on our requirements and allowed us to view the various spaces available. The facility is clearly kept to high standards thanks to Jonathan who you'll often see about the facility ensuring things are in order and greeting you with a friendly welcome, nothing is too much to ask! Everything is made clear and easy upon arrival, and we would not hesitate to use the facility again in future.

Ideal for what I needed, really helpful and friendly staff. Can’t remember the name of the lady who helped me in the Warrington store (used to work at Debenhams?) but she was really nice and made it easy and clear. Never used storage places before but would use them again, for sure.

The process was very simple and straightforward. I had a call from the Warrington depot within minutes of making an online enquiry. The details including online contract-signing were easy to complete and a couple of hours later our goods were duly in storage. Having recently moved from our narrow boat after 7 years afloat, we needed secure storage for our possessions before moving back to our house. The telephone staff at head office directed me to the Winwick Quay depot that's strategically placed within easy reach of Junction 9 on the M62 and once there, Jonathan explained the storage facilities with a friendly and welcoming manner. Thank you so much Michelle for helping me with my storage situation i had an emergency and needed to get my stuff out fast i called every storage unit in Warrington for quotes was passed from piller to post and spoke to like dirt then i called safe store spoke to Michelle who was so friendly and understanding of my situation she helped me from start to finish got me the right space i needed and quote was well better than what any one else was quoting me (some were just outrageous), Thank you so much Michelle for all your help and to all the Safestore team couldn't of asked for a better bunch to deal with!!! I can't fault the Safestore team in any way. I moved my household goods into a storage unit at Warrington location in May 2012 with no idea how long it would be there for. I relocated to the USA and the staff at Safestore made the move as easy it could possibly be. Very courteous and helpful, whether paying the monthly invoice from the US or visiting to pick up small items when visiting the UK. I finally had my belongings collected for shipping and just want to say a huge thank you to everyone there - in particular to Colin and Jonathan who could not be more professional and are a credit to the company!
