I did a Google search to find a removal company to move me from Kent to Hertfordshire and About This Van was one of the results that popped up. I emailed other removal companies as well but with About This Van I got a prompt response whether through email or phone call. What was great about this move was George. Moving is such a stressful process and George was so calm; nothing was an obstacle to move it was a possibility. I selected the option to hire someone for 8 hours and as well as unloading everything from the van, George ably assisted in moving bits and bobs to various rooms in the house and always asked if I needed help with anything else. If anyone asks me if I can recommend a removal company to them, without hesitation I shall recommend About This Van. Fantastic 5 star service!

I would like to say a big thank you to the two big strong boys from the Dream Team. They arrived on time and even though I only had one room (which was quite full) and a few other bits to move, they managed to move all my things in half an hour. They were very polite, respectful and helpful. They reached my destination before me and nearly all my things were already unpacked when I got there, I would highly recommended them, and am using them again next week. Keep up the good work and thank you again.

I've always opted for moving myself (usually in the middle of the night due to organisational skills) so using About This Van was new experience - one I should have sampled years ago. On this occasion About This Van were moving my folks from south Essex to the otherside of Suffolk. George and Drey were punctual, reliable, hard working and conscientious - they made the job so much easier and willingly went the extra mile by packing stuff up, dismantling furniture and generally just taking care of business. The only break they had was on the drive to the new place. The quote was accurate and cheap, even compared to hiring a van and doing it yourself. Highly recommended.

I recently used your service in West Kensington and I felt compelled to email you with some feedback. A really lovely gentleman called Pablo attended this job and he could not have been more helpful. Not only that but nothing was too much trouble for him and he completed the job (not easy, many stairs, hot day) with such a lovely helpful disposition. Even if I shopped around and found a cheaper price, nothing is worth more than helpful service and with such a pleasant, helpful chap. I will definitely use you again. Generally very good though one of the guys could have been a little stronger and taken the initiative more. Both were good humoured despite the pressure and tried their best to be helpful, including removing a sash window. I would recommend though it could have been a little faster - some more training might help. A previous occasion was much faster (though they didn't have to remove the window) as they guys seemed better trained. These guys were willing though and good workers.
