Customer service to the next level - super friendly and helpful staff. Offers good rates and corporate discounts. Clean and airy storage spaces with good parking spaces outside. Good range of storage units to suit all your needs with packing material sold on site. Check in process is fast and efficient with safe and secure protocols that are easy to follow. Note - storage unit is powdered by solar panels on the roof top.

My first visit today, and was so impressed! Really friendly and helpful staff - the young guy who loaded my van was brilliant and made my visit very easy and effortless. They price match storage insurance which I didn't know, so that was very good and the staff sorted it on the day for me, very efficient, luckily, I was able to cancel the one I purchased already. Security seems good as you have to type in your security code everytime you get into the lift and when you leave the building. Trolleys available to use to move heavy items which are handy. The only thing missing is facility to park your bikes, I appreciate that not many people cycle to their storage but would be good to have even a couple of the bike stands/rack outside.

This review is mostly based on the quality of the products they sell. I have not used them as a storage company so I cannot comment. Firstly the staff (both on the phone and in person) were friendly and helpful, it was highly convenient I was able to order online and collect in store (with no upfront payment) especially after having been scuppered by a different box supply company, however while I was able to buy boxes, packing tape, tape gun and bubble wrap, I was let down and disappointed by the quality of the boxes they sell for the price. The boxes did not feel of good quality and when loaded with itemes felt flimsy, we had to reinforce the boxes with lots of packing tape and even then had to load them with light items, the extra large boxes felt even less sturdy and ended up being used for bedding (which actually worked out well) It is very handy and helpful if in a pinch you need some storage boxes but if you have time and can order online I recommend sourcing boxes from a different company e.g. packingboxes.co.uk these boxes felt stonger and took more weight despite also needing to be reinforced with extra tape.

Renting some storage space here was a good experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable; I was served by Victoria Parker but everyone I saw was helpful. Victoria also showed me the unit to make sure it was what I needed before completing the contract. The units themselves are clean and well maintained. Definitely recommended.

We were also fortunate to have a discount provided for the first 8 weeks, which has been an added bonus. Careful when you sign up. The staff reduced the offering a couple of months after I had moved my stuff in and then doubles the rent. Good location and storage, just get your stuff out as quickly as you can to avoid the price gouging. Staff friendly and efficient.

Great Staff, great service ! I had my belongings moved from another storage to Big Yellow Watford yesterday and both Akos and Kyle delivered outstanding service. I was away whilst the truck delivered my cases and couldn't be reached at that moment, but Akos received the items on my behalf and I came back to Big Yellow to find out they had neatly stored everything in my room. I've been using Big Yellow in Watford for over 2 years now. Generally very friendly, efficient, safe and clean. The only down side is limitation of access outside of office hours and also limited access over the weekends. Having longer access hours would earn them the extra star
