F. R.I absolutely love this place!! The staff are happy, friendly and very helpful. Moving house can be so stressful but they made everything so easy. It's very rare to find service this good these days, from the moment you step through the doors Patrick is warm, very welcoming and always smiling. Everything is well explained and the storage is exactly as described. It was easy to gain access when needed and the whole process was a breeze. He went over and beyond to accommodate my needs and I'm going to miss coming in and receiving such good service. No one could say a bad word about this place, it's more than you could ask for from a storage facility. I would highly recommend!!
L.Love this place! Really helped me out after horrific experience with big yellow storage. Such a warm and welcoming staff. Patrick especially just made me feel so at home there it makes it a treat to go to a storage locker. The staff is clearly treated very well my the owners- a rare find these days. We need more small & medium sized business' like this and less of the oversized could care less about their customers and staff companies. Will definitely go back to them whenever we need extra storage.

B.After walking into this place with trepidation - expecting a rough and ready warehouse environment - I was very pleased to be greeted in a very pleasant reception area, offered a seat and a friendly chat with the manager. Patrick was an absolute gentleman and looked after me throughout, assisting in any way he could, including a tour of the units to work out which was most suitable and tailoring the service to my needs. It really did help take some of the stress out of our house move.
There is a variety of size units available so there should be something to suit most needs, and a large loading bay you can pull your car up to for easy access. Reception stocks a number of packing supplies and boxes for purchase. Some units are upstairs however so loading the lift can be quite time consuming. Also, the access hours can be quite restrictive and particularly so at the weekend so be sure to make a note of these.
