Our moving day was so smooth and efficient as a result of Ben, Dan and Jason! Whilst we had packed ourselves, there is always the last bits and pieces to sort and they did it all with a smile. They have excellent sense of humours and that definitely helped us get through the stress of the day! Even when we changed our minds about where furniture should go, or got in their way, they were so amenable! Thank you so so much! Highly recommend!

What can I say about Ben, Grant and Max. They were amazing. Professional, friendly and calm which made the very stressful experience of moving bearable. Nothing phased them, even having to wait 3 hours outside our new flat waiting for the lawyers to have lunch!! Great choice of music too! We would definitely recommend them.

We'd like to say thanks to Ben and Graham for doing such a great job with our house move across country at short notice, and from a difficult main road location. Ben was first class in his appraisal, quote and planning role - relieving our concerns with calm, pragmatic advice and assistance (i.e. getting packing materials ordered, collected and delivered to us within 48 hours). On the day of moving, they were on time, professional, friendly, courteous and extremely efficient. It went far smoother than I could've hoped for at either end. I would gladly hire Ben again and have no hesitation in recommending him and Graham to others.

Just moved house yesterday with Ben and his team and would highly recommend. Affordable to start with but made the process so easy. Super friendly team… nice and chatty but so professional and got the job done so quickly. As a first time buyer they took the stress out of it all which I can’t thank them enough for! Had a fun moving day too which am not sure usually go together in same sentence but that was because i was relaxed and trusted the boys totally.

Highly recommend! Ben and his team were great and super helpful. The team were quick and got stuck in with no task too much, asking plenty of questions to ensure everything went where we needed. Dismantling and making up the bed was a godsend after a long day! Lastly the team were mindful and protected doors, carpets etc to ensure nothing was damaged. Ben and team were fantastic! And I mean seriously fantastic. Moved from a flat on the second floor with not one ounce of a moan. They were on time, efficient and happy throughout. They relieved so much stress from our move, knowing that everything was packed perfectly in the van and the care they took in our new house when unloading was great. If you are looking for a removal company to help you move home don’t look any further than L&P Removals!!! We were moving from a 3 bed semi in Hemel to a 3 bed detached house in Croxley green and were let down a week before we were due to move by another removal company. I therefore asked for recommendations on local Facebook groups and L&P Removals were recommended by quite a few people. So we messaged them on a Friday evening and received an almost immediate response and Ben said he could come around on Saturday (the next day) to provide us with a quote. We had contacted other removal companies at the same time and they didn’t come back to us until the following week. We received the quote within a day and confirmed our booking. Another company tried to rip us off due to the last minute nature of our request, not Ben though. He provided a fair price (the same price as our original removal company had quoted). On the day of removal the team arrived on time at 8am and got straight to work. The team (Gareth, Dan and Ben) were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We have moved a few times before and removal men have refused to do particular bits as “they weren’t paid for” NOT with L&P! Ben even offered to take one of our beds that we no longer needed to my parents house without any mention of extra cost and purely just as Ben is passionate about delivering a service beyond expectations. We had agreed to move over a couple of days as we had quite a bit of stuff and Ben had initially said that he would sort the garden and out buildings first. On the day my wife decided she wanted to move the house first and Ben didn’t bat an eyelid and was happy to accommodate our last minute request even when he had planned for the original plan. The guys worked till 7pm the first day to ensure that we were moved in and therefore only bits and bibs needed to be dealt with on day 2. By lunch time day 2 we were all moved in and the team were just as helpful at the new house. I really can’t recommend these guys enough and Ben’s attitude towards business is refreshing and I wouldn’t use anyone else for any removals or clearance that I may need in the future. 10/10 guys thanks for everything and making moving the least stressful move to date!
