F.From the first communication with Marshall and Macintosh and throughout the whole transaction, until I finally moved into my new house, I have nothing but praise for the whole experience given by this firm and its caring, professional and capable staff, which made an extremely stressful situation very much more bearable. The lovely Charlotte in the office was with me every step of the way, especially supportive when solicitors held things up, and deadlines approached and passed, with calm and helpful suggestions. Likewise, the initial consultation was very reassuring - as I did have a lot of 'stuff' and a few challenges, but all handled with knowledge and reassurance, which was carried through by the removal men. Danny and Ryan came on day one and two and James joined them on day three. And they were amazing. Again very professional, very caring, and nothing was too much trouble. The last day again was very stressful for me with again hold ups by solicitors and computer systems, but they were very reassuring - it happens all the time they said, and true to their word I was safely moved into my new home by the end of the day. My move and relocation was a mammoth task, and you came through admirably. Thank-you all so much. I was recommended to use your firm by family whom you have moved twice, and a neighbour of theirs who you have also moved, all with the same high approval, so I am also very happy to add my voice to theirs and give you a five star rating and will certainly make sure family and friends will also use your services.
L. T.What a fantastic company, from start to finish we were not disappointed with this removal service, their team are friendly and approachable, just the way customer service should be! Their help before the move was brilliant, offering advice and coping well with our constant moving of the Big Day! They remained calm even when we were not and they were able to do everything in a professional manner, everything packed carefully with boxes and extra packing materials available when we needed it. With a young family as well to cope with they really did take the stress out of our move and I would more than happily recommend them to family and friends! So much so we passed on their details to our Solicitor and Estate Agent for anyone else who was in need of professionalism at affordable prices! Thanks Nick & Amanda & Team!
