We had a great experience with Red Lion Logistics for our house move. Our conveyancing process had been extremely stressful and we had ended up in a position where we were two weeks away from a hard deadline for completion but without having exchanged. Our moving date had changed multiple times. Amy was so incredibly kind and accomodating, and held our pencilled booking for far longer than I'd have expected her to without further confirmation from us. She is an absolute superstar - always coming up with solutions and was great at calming me down when I was panicking. When we finally moved, we used the full packing service and went into storage for two nights. Everything was done with the utmost professionalism and went without a hitch. The team were all lovely and took great care of our stuff. Tony even offered to water our plants for us while they were in storage. Since moving, we needed to move some furniture, and have been happy to use Red Lion Logistics again. I highly recommend them. Thanks for everything!

When moving my parents from Surrey to Shropshire Red Lion Logistics we’re recommended. I don’t often take to the internet to post reviews but they have been an exceptional, first star, stress relieving team. They provided a fast and professional quotation when we came to move day mum and dad moved out and they picked up everything- I mean everything. From the move to cleaning items as packed, to dealing with late returns to social services and finally cleaning the house prior to hand over. All this with a smile and a level of service that was exceptional. I can’t recommend them highly enough words don’t do them justice. Thank you to Tony and Amy and your team I wish you all well as your business grows please keep your customer service ethos it is second to none and has made a challenging move possible. I can't say enough good things about this team. We were recommended to use them by our estate agent and I can absolutely see why. Amy was incredibly helpful and responsive on email on the run up to moving day - when you are incredibly stressed with all things moving related, having someone so friendly and efficient makes a huge difference. Tony and his fantastic team of ladies and gents worked so incredibly hard, and packed SO carefully and quickly we were instantly impressed. But more than that, the whole team were a pleasure to have around on the day. They were truly instrumental in making our move a happy experience. An absolutely brilliant company! I really do not know where to begin with singing their praises. They were recommended to my by a friend and were very responsive when I asked for a quote which wasn't unreasonable at all. Amy whom provided the quote was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I tentatively booked a move date for September 30th even though I had not exchanged by then and wanted to get in before the STLD tax break ended. A week or two before then everyone in my chain was working towards September 27th. As soon as I found out I let Red Lion know and they were able to change it no problem at all (but I would imagine this not always being possible). On move day itself, they turned up exactly on time and proceeded to load their vans extremely quickly even with my labrador whom was trying her best to distract them for a play session. A few hours (max) to load all the boxes and furniture, some of which needed dismantling to get into their van. At the other end, which we needed to wait to get into as my sellers were still moving out, they were once again, quick, friendly, and methodical. I really cannot fault any of them. My sellers unfortunately had an experience at the opposite end of the spectrum with a complete bunch of clowns which made the people from Red Lion look like bigger rock stars than they already were. All the boxes brought in. The items they dismantled were reassembled. Plumbed in my washing machine! Moving day is stressful enough, but I promise you, if you go with Red Lion, they will take a load off your shoulders figuratively and literally. I've since recommended them to a couple of friends whom are now either moving or know someone that is moving. Thank you Amy, Tony and the other two guys who's names escape me. You were absolutely brilliant.

I dont really know where to start. From the first call to the last minute as they drove off , they were professional, , caring , fun (that really helps ).and so efficient..they totally went above and beyond and made sure that I was happy , before and during the move. We have moved 13 times in 30 years using some of the biggest movers around. These guys rank as our number one. They are polite, punctual and very good value. Nothing was too much for them. We had a team of four move us - three guys and one gal and they were all brilliant. Two items would not fit in the new house but they persevered and found a plan B that worked.
