This is probably the third time I’ve used Storage King for a house move and once again, the service has been excellent. I had a great deal and Jett ensured the whole process was stress free and straight forward from start to finish. It definitely takes away one of the stresses of moving house. I’m sure we will back again when we require the service next!

Very clean and tidy, well maintained with good location and parking access. Use to have some issues with them collecting payments on a random dates instead of as per agreed direct debit, which caused me some sort headache and some of the staff make the situation even more confusing, but ever since talked to the Store Manager Nick everything has been resolved in a best possible way. Overall great service! Staff is friendly and very helpful. The access to the site is easy and trouble free. Gaining access to the building you use your given access code twice (2 doors). Trolleys are fine, but not full platform, which sometimes does not prove to be the best idea. The building inside well lit and there are speakers through out the place with a radio station on. So you can humm away whilst moving your belongings. My unit had above head lights and power sockets, which makes things extremely convenient.

I've had a fantastic experience with Storage King Worcester from start to finish! Initially I spoke with Andy who was so polite and informative. I had absolutely no idea what size unit I would need and could only describe items I needed to store and from that he found me the perfect unit and with a discount deal on as well! Fast forward a couple of weeks and its turned out I didn't actually need the unit in the end so phoned back up and spoke with the manager Jett who gave me a full refund of my £20 deposit and again was very friendly and helpful herself even bettering the offer I initially had if I were to return to them in the future; which I absolutely will! Cannot praise the staff enough; they are friendly & always obligingly helpful. We needed to store half of our household belongings due to a house move, having sold our old house & the new one still being built, we had to rent a property which was far smaller and part furnished. All I can say is that Storage King Worcester made this less stressful, we were able to make as many trips to & from the storage locker, at our own convenience. The facility is available 24/7, is very secure, reasonably priced, easy to use and is always clean & bright. We would be pleased to recommend this to anyone who needs storage.

I have had a storage unit of one size or another with Storage King Worcester for several years and have up-sized and down-sized a couple of times to suit needs at the time. From the very first contact all the way through to me vacating yesterday, the facility, the team, the access and the efficiency has been first class. At no point during daily or night-time visits did I or any of my family (who shared access) have any issues, feel nervous or unsafe or anything else. I would strongly recommend these guys to anyone who has a need - you may be able to find cheaper elsewhere (although I am not even sure of that) - but believe me, you get what you pay for - these guys are excellent.

Quite a pushy company when trying to get your business. Jett is a nightmare ... tried to visit my storage unit when she was not on shift as she would jump on us and interfere and be nosey!! Nothing was ever her fault, she blamed everything on the new member of staff when we knew it was Jett and her errors.
