Definitely a great experience! Responses to my queries arrived quickly whether via the chat function, by email or phone. The facility was extremely clean and easy to access. All team members were extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was easily completed from a dashboard on my online account. The slightly frustrating thing was 1 lift servicing the whole place, but it wasn't that much of a drama.

Very efficient process to book and check in. Customer service was excellent. The unit is new so it's very clean, tidy and well lit. The lift worked and there are several trolleys available at the entrance for moving stuff around. It's not particularly busy but there has always been someone around when I've visited.

I needed flexible storage for my stuff while I was abroad. I'd gotten a couple of quotes from the big name brands but a friend recommended UK storage for me as their Worcester facility was nearby. Their prices are much cheaper than the bigger companies so as a student it was a no-brainer. The instructions were clear and the facility was very easy to use. The building is well kept with 24 hr security so I felt very comfortable leaving all my stuff there. You get 3 keys and a lock which you keep afterward to prevent key copying. The space was as expected and the dimensions as described. I phoned the helpline a couple of times for different reasons and each time the phone was answered quickly and my issue was resolved in a quick and friendly manner. In the chaos of moving I'd lost all the information about leaving the facility when finished, but I phoned the helpline and they were super helpful and tied up all the lose ends for me quickly and easily. The cleaning fee was about £8 which I thought was reasonable. I was told you're supposed to give 14 days notice to leave the facility, however as I had set up a monthly direct debit and paid to the month it was fine for me to just up and leave. I had working hours access, I think it was 9-5ish but can't remember. In hindsight I should have paid the extra for 24 hour access, which I think was only a couple of pounds. You never know when you'll need access to your stuff in a pinch! There are trolleys to move your things to the lift, the lift for your stuff is huge. There is no lift for people (the building cannot accommodate this) but there are not too many stairs. There is a toilet which is useful too. The facility is also next to a service station for food/petrol. Plenty of parking outside. Overall I will definitely use UK Storage again, will recommend them, and think they offer fab value for money.

The team at UK storage Worcester were really easy to deal with when I first looked at using the facilities. Although it's not staffed by anyone physically, communication is great via phone or emails. I looked over a variety of available units simply by following the instructions given over the phone. Security is excellent with 24/7 video and regular physical checkups by a security company. Access is available 24 hours a day.... although I've yet to use the facilities past 9:30 pm Overall, highly recommended..

Really easy to use. I phoned up and had access sorted within an hour. The storage is easy to access and nice and clean. The trolleys made moving stuff nice and easy. I would definitely recommend and use again.

The manual gates to get on site are a pain in the evenings. Getting into the building is a lot easier. The whole establishment is tidy and clean, looks well looked after. Storage units are dark or at least those I have used so far had no lights at all, which makes things a tad difficultsometimes. The lift is a decent sized one. The fact that you must purchase their chosen locks are inconvenient (£15 if remember correctly). Otherwise it does what it says on the tin.

Easily accessible storage unit which was always kept clean. Reasonably priced and the staff are really helpful should you need any help. Hand sanitation stands were also installed, so it was nice to see the effort put in to keep the users of the unit safe.

We used UK storage for a short time and found it very easy to use. Admin are very quick to answer any queries. The unit itself is clean and straightforward to use. Only downside is - it can become very expensive if needed for long term storage.

Faced with a problematical house move I needed a short term storage solutions. UK Storage were so helpful and I was up and running with a 1000cu ft unit within minutes of enquiring. When I needed a bit more space that was quickly arranged to. I only needed the larger unit for a matter of days and was relieved at the cost. All with 24 hour access, spotlessly clean, indoors. All in all a great service and highly recommended.

I rented storage for a few months while I was in between houses. It was all so easy. Everything online. I could sign up and then start and end whenever I wanted to and I only got charged for when I actually started and stopped using the facility. It was clean and well organised. I would definitely use it again.

Easy access location but corridors very small. Difficult to get trolleys around or into your lockup. If you using a pallet and pump truck its not useable as you wont get your standard size pallet into your lock up. Doors automatically shut far too quickly too which gets really annoying. No lighting in your lock up either. I use Safestore and Big Yellow in other parts of the country but this one in Worcester is the right location for me but fiddly to use I guess.

Switched from Storage King as great Location, always clean, tidy and very well illuminated, especially through the winter months. External vehicle access gate can be closed and secured behind you, should you be alone out of hours. Service Team always contactable by phone if you have queries. Really Happy!
