All the team at Warrens made our move from Stafford to Worcester so much more stress free with their professionalism and friendliness. From Luke coming to the house to quote and making us feel confident that they could deliver a stress free experience with all the work like dismantling/ re-assembly/ disconnection of washing machine and re-connecting the other end done for us. To our phone contact with Esther who was always so friendly and efficient throughout the booking process. Then on the day a team of 4 , with 3 vans arrived at the time stated and couldn't have put us at ease any more than they did. Chris , Dan, Tom and Luke were absolutely fantastic lads who told us to just relax while they got on with the loading. All furniture and doors protected whilst they loaded up. We had a settee which was a very tight squeeze to get though the front door, but they persevered with no panic and got it out by taking all the cushions off and re-zipping back on in the new house. Then on arrival at our new house , all furniture positioned where we wanted it , washing machine plumbed in and they made sure we were fully happy with where everything was before departing. We are so pleased we went with Warrens for our move. Would definitely use Warrens for any future moves , and highly recommend! Just completed a move with Warren’s they were excellent from start to finish. From Esther at the quote and booking stage through to Chris and the team on the packing and removal days. My husband Chris & I cannot recommend Warren’s removals highly enough. From the first phone call with Esther to the final goodbye’s with the fabulous chaps who moved us up to Scotland we knew we had picked a brilliant company. George & Warren both came round to the house we were moving from to assess & answer any queries we may have had. This was great as in the past all we had from other companies was a video assessment over the phone. On the day of moving the chaps were prompt & worked so hard they had packed up the house by lunchtime & then they began the journey up to Scotland. The following morning they arrived bright & breezy & once again worked so hard unpacking & assembling beds etc. Nothing was damaged or broken… a miracle in itself considering the items we had!! Over the two days Chris , Dan , Luke , Lewis & George were fantastic. What a great bunch they were & what a credit they are to the company. Nothing was too much trouble. Anyone considering choosing a removal company would be hard pushed to better Warren’s professionalism & customer service.

We was probably one of the most difficult customers Warrens has ever had, we had a nightmare with booking, cancelling and rescheduling due to the painful process of moving house. This was never a problem for this amazing removal company who never let us down once and agreed to move us with 2 days notice ! When the team arrived (on time) they were polite, professional and went above and beyond to make our move stress free. The removals team waited 3 hrs outside our new home for the keys to be available, which made it a very long working day. They never rushed and still took full care with all of our belongings and late into the evening they still wanted to make sure every last box was where we wanted it to be, unbelievable! We had a difficult move to make over a long distance but with their help it all went like clockwork. Esther was very understanding and helpful in providing advice and making the arrangement. She kept us fully informed and replied promptly to our messages. On the first morning Chris and his team worked tirelessly to load the lorry, protecting each item as necessary. Nothing was too much trouble for them. From the start they were friendly and reassuring. They worked non-stop until all was safely packed and then Chris provided his mobile number so we could be in contact the following morning. They arrived promptly, after the long journey, and having surveyed the new property commenced to unload and placed all items where requested. They were very fast but also careful only pausing for a brief rest and drink. Chris asked us to check that everything was present and placed where required, which it was. They then departed. It was all very efficient and greatly reduced the stress of the move. We are most grateful to all involved at Warren’s.

After doing home moves myself it was hard to trust someone else to do it to my standard, Warren's was recommended by a trusted friend in the estate agency business. To say professional and curtious would be an understatement, they couldn't do enough for us, from packing up our personal family belongings to delivering them to our new home with the same care and attention one would expect of the best. The price was also a consideration, but to be honest, they were not the cheapest, as you do get what you pay for, but they were not expensive as others were. You honestly won’t find a better removal company! Warren and his whole team are just fabulous! You’d expect after reading all these rave reviews that the price would reflect it, but you get a 5 star service from a team of big strong lads who are always smiling, move the heaviest and most awkward pieces with ease, they’re incredibly careful and use thick protective bags for all delicate bits of furniture, they’re conscientious, professional, plumb in washing machines and tumble dryers, move huge garden statues and are delicate wrapping up your best China and cut glasses ..they really are just about the nicest bunch of lads you’ll meet …all this and you’ll be hard pushed to find another company who offer you such a competitive price! Warrens have moved us twice, my mom and dad and my friends … and I’ve got to say it’s tempting to move again just so we can get them back!

From the very first phone call, the service was excellent. The office staff were very helpful and re-assuring. Warren himself came to quote and was very professional. We opted for the full packing service and the lovely, friendly lads disassembled our furniture and packed our whole life into boxes in less than 4 hours. They weren't concerned about having to move us from a second floor apartment with no lift (probably cheered by the knowledge that there was a lift in the apartment block we were moving to} Everything was unloaded from the van, furniture was re-assembled and everything was in the correct room within 4 hours. There was only one piece of damage where the frame of a mirror came apart. Two days later I had a brand new replacement mirror. They even returned to pick up the used boxes, wrapping paper and bubble wrap as the company is heavily into recycling. Basically a professional and caring service provided by a really lovely group of people. Would definitely use them again and can recommend them without hesitation.

We had had a bad experience with the company we used the year before so I was a bit nervous but I got a good feeling about Warren’s from the first communications we had prior to the move. On the days of the actual move they turned up bang on time and the whole team were super friendly and full of energy. The move went so smoothly, all the guys worked together so well and so carefully I couldn’t believe how quickly and easily it all happened. It wasn’t an easy move, we even had a piano which needed to get up two steps and round a corner into a small room but it was done before I even realised. From the first moment of contact, Esther was efficient, informative and reassuring about all details of the move. When I needed more advice about.a particular matter, she did not glibly try to pretend all would be well, but asked the senior manager to contact me. Warren was helpful, and his team supportive, careful yet speedy. The cost was reasonable given the number of men in the team - and 'team' it was: they work well together and clearly trust one another as colleagues - which means that there were no misunderstandings leading to damage or breakages. Training is obviously carried out effectively. I would whole-heartedly recommend Warrens. I had three quotations locally. Warrens were not the cheapest, but were the quickest to respond, the clearest in their quotation and the most comprehensive in their terms and conditions, giving a sense that there would be no niggling should I need to claim for anything. Moving is a stressful time, but Warrens are happy to take full responsibility for the move, and one's presence is hardly required on the day. They deserve to succeed with such a positive attitude, and an efficient and competent service.

On moving day I opened the door to 6 wonderful guys! They looked after me from start to finish. I'd been up all night packing but wasn't quite finished. No problem! They just got some boxes and finished off the last bits. The house I moved into was a lot smaller than the one I was leaving. Started to feel nervous I wouldn't get all my stuff in but they weren't! My mother was ill so wasn't able to be there on the moving day . I was very stressed .Luke and Max were brilliant very patient nothing was too much trouble ,they took all the stress out of moving .we had to wait a few hours to get the keys I texted them when we had the keys. They say moving house is one of the most stressful experiences. Add in a disabled child and a teenager doing exams and all I can say is Chris and his amazing team are welcome to dinner at our new home anytime. Yes they are hugely professional. They arrived on time and let us know the plan each day. They are excellent packers and fantastic at labelling in a way all of us can understand. They set my son’s room up in record time so it was familiar for him. Here’s the extra:- They are excellent at communicating, hardworking, trustworthy with fabulous organisation skills and common sense. I’d like to add that they made the whole process fun. They made it an enjoyable experience (something I’d never have thought possible). Nothing was too much trouble for them. Their multi van packing system was flawless. Everything was in the right rooms and phased in seamlessly. And we have a lot of stuff. From the moment you pick up the phone to discuss your requirement, followed by a home visit to view the job first hand, the service from Warrens is first class. A couple of days before the move, Chris, Luke and Darren were on hand to pack everything up and what a great bunch of lads they were. Nothing was too difficult and the sense of humor and professionalism, made the whole experience stress free. On the day of the move, we were joined by Adam, which made a strong four man team to get all the big stuff out (Sofas, Washing machine, beds etc). We even had a piano to move, which was no trouble. At the new house, we were all unpacked within a few hours and settling into our new abode. Luke even made up the beds to save us the trouble. Now that's service! We went for the standard package (dismantle/reassemble everything, sort washing machine out at both sides...all we had to do was pack boxes). We had a bit of a nightmare in the run up to our move. Despite being forced to cancel our original moving date and then asking for a new move date with only two day’s notice, Warrens were super understanding and did everything they could to make sure we didn’t have to go back to our chain with a ‘no’. Esther, in particular, was a delight to communicate with. We had never used a moving company before and for us, it was a big expenditure. However, as we currently have a 6 week old baby and an excitable toddler to contend with it was worth every penny! The team arrived bright and early and got stuck in. Our belongings were handled professionally with care and the van was loaded with impressive speed. They packed the last few items we had not got around to packing and the use of protective covers and mats for the carpet ensured our home and belongings were well looked after. We did have a small hiccup when we noticed the cat box had disappeared… of course, it had accidentally been packed into the van. We were all set to phone a friend for a back up box when James appeared having rescued it from the depths of the van- and all with a big grin on his face. No challenge too big for these guys! Despite a longer wait for the keys than we had hoped (definitely worth paying the key waiver!) the team turned up at our new home full of congratulations and a sense of sharing in our excitement. Once again, the speed at which the team worked was impressive. Great communication as they brought in the boxes has meant that unpacking our items has been less stressful as they are all in logical places/rooms. They reassembled our items and before long we were in! Warren and his team are extremely friendly and professional. They really seem to enjoy what they do and as a result the whole process was stress-free and dare I say it… fun! We honestly can’t recommend Warren’s enough! They were outstanding from quotation to final move in. On the move out day nothing was too much trouble even when we realised all our clothes had been packed. Even our teenagers commented on how friendly the team were - and if you have teenagers you’ll know for them to comment on anything is a real compliment! Our belongings went into storage over Xmas and New Year, only for our car to break down. We couldn’t get a new one until we had a piece of paper from the storage facility. Warren went over on New Year’s Eve to look for it - now that really is going above and beyond! Move in day was just as relaxing as the move out. Not only did the team carry our belongings up 4 flights of stairs, but they also carried up a delivery of heavy furniture that arrived. The fact Warren’s deconstruct beds and unplumbed the washing machine, then assembled them in situ and plumb in the washing machine is fantastic and a real life saver on the day. Anyone moving house should book Warren’s Removal’s without hesitation. I have to be honest, I received my initial quote I thought the service sounded expensive, however having experienced the service I felt as though I should be paying more! They are that good. On reflection we should have taken them up on their packing service as for us that was the most stressful part, we opted to pack ourselves and with work commitments, children and lockdown it wasn’t easy. To summarise, George called us promptly as arranged to give us a virtual quote.Esther followed up the quote with an email and telephone call. Luke delivered all the boxes, tape, tissue paper and bubble wrap, 10 days prior to the move. On the day Warren and the team arrived bang on 8am, they listened to our requirements, carpet runners down and house fully cleared in 3 hours. They even impressed us with their choice of radio station kisstory! 😂 We received our keys at 3pm and the lads moved everything to where we wanted it, including kitchen white goods. They left by 5:30pm. All the lads on the day were brilliant, professional, always happy to help, great banter. Just a first class service all round. Right from our initial conversation, Warren came across as competent and pleasant to deal with. To Warren and your highly professional team thank you. You made our move remarkably stress free. Your attention to detail and impressive preparation for our complicated move was in our opinion second to none. Our move took place over three days. Warren assessed our job with his colleague Luke and they suppled us with all the necessary boxes and packing materials for our mammoth job which included a day of preparation and wrapping and three days of very organised moving coordinated by Dan which included our home, business, workshops, store and garden. Several vehicles were in constant use and a team of up to ten very skilled staff who worked swiftly and were always very friendly and accommodating with our challenging job.
