My wife came across BoxMyStuff in a social media platform. We planned to use this service in our move in late December as we want to help reduce cardboard box waste. Yet, a few weeks before the move, I noticed that our future house is just out of their service areas. I left BoxMyStuff a WhatsApp message and James replied that they could sort this out for me. Glad that we could use BoxMyStuff. We ordered 40 crates. They were delivered punctually. James explained to me how to lock the lids and stack empty/loaded crates. Cable ties and nicely designed labels were provided. Our removers loved the way we packed stuffs with crates. We found that it's not just about reducing cardboard waste but enhancing the overall moving experience. The crates were clean and sturdy. It was very easy to rearrange them in a limited space for packing/repacking/unpacking. No more playing with packing tapes. No more deformed cardboard boxes. Highly recommend BoxMyStuff. It's a must go if you're planning a move.

I cannot fault the amazing service provided by James at BoxMyStuff. What a fantastic idea - hire moving boxes meaning you don't need to buy cardboard boxes, find a way of disposing of them afterwards....so brilliant. James is an example of what true customer service is. Immediate response to all communication (even at the weekend and bank holiday), flexible, really understanding of my needs, nothing too much trouble. So professional and polite and rightly proud of the incredible service he provides. Packing, moving and unpacking was a breeze. The cost was clearly laid out and I feel incredibly reasonable. Lots of optional extras that I wouldn't have though of but were really helpful. Do not ever buy packing boxes again. BoxMyStuff will revolutionise your moving experience.

I've used plastic moving crates many times for office moves so went looking for the same for a home move. Like other reviews note, most of the companies offering these seem to have reasonable rates but after you spend time putting things into the checkout you discover there is a delivery charge of £200+ !! Started looking locally on the South coast and found BoxMyStuff... very flexible options, transparent and honest pricing and very easy to deal with. We ordered 50 crates for moving a 3 bed and it made things much easier... a couple of obvious benefits: the plastic crates are super strong so you can confidently put more fragile things in them... they're a good size so chunky/irregular items go in well... once packed your can open them back up easily (vs. having to use tape)... they stack, which really helped as we were able to put packed crates in one room... they're easy to handle... identify cards on the side make it easy to know what's inside... once unpacked they nest so don't take up much room. In short, I would definitely use these again vs. the old approach of cardboard boxes. I would definitely use - and recommend - BoxMyStuff to get them from. Fast and convenient delivery and great communication.

Absolutely incredible service from start to finish. I wanted a super easy, efficient and flexible packing system for a house move. James was so so helpful to deal with. Answered every question super quickly and nothing was ever a problem. Even coming back 3 or 4 times to different locations to collect the boxes. I couldn’t rate and recommend BoxMyStuff more and would 100% use again. Boxes were delivered immaculately clean (like new) and we kept them far longer than we booked for which was no problem at all for James. Perfect size boxes that were easy to stack and carry and saved loads of times not having to make up cardboard boxes and tape them up. An absolute must if you’re moving!

We used boxmystuff for moving house. There were a lot of companies offering similar services but they were one of the few companies to provide a clear indication of the price upfront without hidden and substantial delivery fees added at the end. Being a local firm this also felt like a plus for us. The booking was easy and the service provided by them after was impeccable and James was helpful and friendly every time we spoke to arrange delivery and collection. Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. We ordered 50 boxes and a dolly. They were delivered right at the agreed time. Pick up was arranged and we were called a few days before to see if we were ready. Throughout the whole process, communication has been good. Booked a 4-bed package (75 boxes) for a removal a couple of weeks ago. The service was great and personal, boxes were delivered and picked up at the arranged times. They were really good to use and easily to pick up and stack. Only issue is that we didn't have enough but that was our fault as we have so much stuff! Great, environmentally friendly service. We were drawn by the idea of using reusable boxes rather than generating cardboard waste. The service was brilliant; delivery was spot on and we ended up taking longer to unpack the boxes in the new house. James was very accommodating in allowing us to hold on to the boxes until we managed to completely unpack. This service made the whole moving house experience a little less stressful. Both the boxes and company were amazing, we’re always trying to find way to be a bit more eco friendly and this seemed like a no brainier, not only that but it also means we now don’t have to deal with a load of cardboard boxes! The capacity of the boxes is great and the fact they were so stackable made fitting everything in the moving van so much easier. Extremely efficient service and very accommodating as to the time the boxes were delivered. The slots advertised did not fit in with my working hours and so James made an extra effort to deliver the boxes when I could confirm I would be home. Very flexible in the handing back of the boxes. I recently used Box My Stuff for my move and the whole experience was superb from start to finish. The concept is great and very convenient. Delivery of the boxes and packaging was as at a time that suited me I had a last minute panic that I hadn't ordered quite enough boxes, but having called James the day before my move he delivered more boxes and packaging in the evening. Collection was also very easy and even though I was a couple of days late I wasn't charged any extra and it was at a time that suited me. Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Box My Stuff.

We hired boxes for 2 weeks whilst we moved house, James kept us updated the entire time and delivered the boxes on the date/time arrived, they were really sturdy and the perfect fit for us. They stacked excellently in the van and made the whole process a lot easier. We ordered 25 which was enough for our small house, but James ensured us that if we needed more (or less) he’d be happy to add or collect any. We finished with them a day early and James came to collect them, they made the move SO much easier and if we ever move house again we’ll definitely be using James again, very reasonable pricing too. We used Box My Stuff for a house move in June 2021. We hired 50 crates, blankets and purchased some mattress protectors. The service and communication was excellent, my first WhatsApp was sent at 9:30pm on a Friday and I got a prompt response. It was a particularly stressful move and despite planning to have a removal company pack for us, we ended up packing and moving ourselves. The boxes were a godsend. The universal size meant they were easy to stack both empty and full. They were easy to carry and sturdy enough to prevent breakages. They were delivered and collected all as part of the service which meant we didn’t have hundreds of boxes to buy / borrow and then recycle / bin. They were better for the environment and made for a far easier move. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service provided by BoxMyStuff Really like the sustainable aspect over cardboard boxes which would only get used a couple of times then head to waste. Communication was great and James was very accommodating to our ever changing move dates, with delivery and collection of the boxes fitted around our busy schedule. Really good service and value. Boxes delivered and collected straight to/from door. Absolutely worth the price. Our move was made much easier because of the light but sturdy boxes, our moving company really appreciated it. No splitting cardboard, or lack of grips. Really good service couldn't fault it from start to finish, ordered online which was really easy, they get in contact and arrange a convenient delivery time of the boxes for you, they were delivered on time and the boxes themselves worked great nice and sturdy easy to stack you get little cards to label them up which rooms they go in which made life so much easier on moving day, once your term comes to an end I received an email and he came and collected them the next day, they also said if you do need them for an extra couple of days its not an issue, really can't fault the boxes themselves or the service received.
