M. S.Much thanks to Andy & Andy! Very easy and straightforward to book the space and get access. The units themselves are clean and secure. A big bonus for us is 7 days a week access up until 10 pm, so we can get stuff moved in/out at times that are convenient for us.
D. O.I haven't used a storage facility for many years, but the Worthing store was easy to get to grips with. The id checks were well laid out and easy to complete, and the manager was helpful and showed me around the building and it's facilities. I was particularly impressed as having a disability he took his time to show me the easiest way to access my unit and move around the building.

J. D.Initially the process with RSS wasn't super transparent, but once it was in the hands of this branch everything went much more smoothly. Andy and the rest of the team made sure I had the right contract for my needs, didn't upsell me and checking in etc was great.

On arrival was greeted by Gareth and Andy, who quickly acknowledged me and greeted me well. unit was very well secure and covid19 guidelines were followed by both Gareth and Andy which made you feel safe. The facility was very clean and well presented. I found no issues and could not fault the staff or the facility, felt safe with my belongings keeping stored there.

T. M.I am moving from London to Worthing and as I am staying in between places at the moment, I needed to store some of my stuff for 2 weeks.
It was super easy to reserve my unit online - my preferred size wasn’t available but the GM send me an offer for the next available size for almost the same price. As I only need the storage for 2 weeks I asked how it would work with the 2 weeks notice - without further question they put the 2 weeks notice for me automatically when I moved in - the unit itself is very clean and modern - you can get a pin to gain access 24/7 if you need to. Maria in particular is super friendly and helpful, if I ever have to store again I will definitely come here. Definitely recommend!

I dealt with Anthony first who was great on the phone and reserved me 2 units to be extra safe. He gave me lots of helpful advice as well. Then on the day of moving stuff in, Andy was fantastic, he couldn't have been more helpful and even arranged an extra unit late in the day when I realised I needed it. They were such a lifeline at such a stressful time and I couldn't rate the company and the people that work there highly enough. Maria is also really helpful. On the day of the move to storage Andy at the Worthing branch ,which is located very conveniently, couldn’t do enough to help out particularly as I had under estimated the the amount of storage space required! S. K.The whole process of moving between units was smooth and hassle free from start to finish. Andy and Maria were on hand throughout and are both lovely people to deal with. RSS Worthing are definitely the 'go to' for my storage requirements.
L. B.Maria was really helpful during a time that I can only describe as 'stressful. She made the whole moving process easy, was highly efficient and bent over backwards to find me additional storage when the agent let me down on the property I was due to move in to. Always cheerful and nothing is a problem for the staff here. The unit itself has easy access and and is air conditioned. Only issue is getting large objects onto the upper level, due to the space available coming out of the lift. You really need your brains to work that out, otherwise keep to the lower level for large items.
P. N.I made an online enquiry and got an unexpected call from Anthony at the head office who could not have been more helpful. I don't usually react positively to getting sales calls but he very professionally helped me find a tremendous deal which was just a little bit further away than my first choice store. The professionalism and helpful attitude extended to the Worthing store where the assistance provided by Gareth could not have been better. The store itself is new and the facilities provide everything I need. I am delighted with every aspect of Ready Steady Store and can highly recommend using them.

M. d. B.Overall service is good. Great customer service and they always answer the phone quickly. Unfortunately, my lock up wasn't on the ground floor. It was a last minute request by me and they had no availability on the ground floor, so trying to get my sofa etc into the lift was a bit of a pain, but we did it.
Great discount for the first 8 wks. Although dreading the bill when it's full priced as not going to be able to clear it out until after this COVID-19 lock down is over. Would be really good if they could keep it at this rate for the remainder of the lock down.
Another positive is the lock up is very local and access 24/7 and it was very clean.
