I rent an office at another Big Padlock site that the Wrexham Manager (Jayne Francis) oversees and she is an absolute credit to the company and worthy of respect in my view. The "other" Big Padlock site has had a lot of staffing problems over the last year and lots of other related issues but Jayne has always done her best to respond quickly to my concerns and she has dealt with all problems promptly and professionally. She has even gone above and beyond my expectations today and provided advice with Self Employment-Covid19 issues that I've been struggling with for several weeks now so I think she deserves the credit she is due as it's rare these days to find staff like Jayne. My overall experience with Big Padlock so far has been very positive and the storage facilities/sites are excellent.
