Great service from the initial phone call to the day of the move. Arrived early Fully emptied the property in around 50 minutes flat got to the new property in great time before us and waited. Soon unloaded the van and allowed us to settle in. Would certainly recommend and use them again thank you gents.

Fantastic service ☺️ I had to leave my partner to manage everything as I was working and they made it so stress free for her! When I got back, they were in the swing of things and fab banter. They were super quick and efficient and even plumbed our washing machine in! Great price too - we were quoted £700 to move our piano alone with another company 😳 focus were half the price for an entire house move. Would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future - thank you guys for making our move so much easier ❤️

What a brilliant team. I almost never write reviews but Focus deserve every good review going. They packed and moved me in such a pleasant and efficient way - and the cost was very reasonable. I can't fault them. From the time Pete and Ryan came to give me a quote, to Sean and Cai who packed everything up (with surprising kindness) to Nathan, Ryan and Dyllan who did a great job of loading everything into the van. They know their craft and have to be some of the nicest lads in North Wales. Thanks so much to you all.

Ryan, Nathan and Corey worked tirelessly, professionally and with great care to get us completely moved in - erecting furniture, managing the difficult staircase and not leaving until they were happy they’d completed the job to our satisfaction. What a great company to deal with. I wish I could give them 10 stars! From the very first meeting with Pete, they were really helpful. My move wasn't the easiest in terms of not getting keys to new house until late, but Shaun and Steve were so polite and nothing too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this company. Fantastic.

Amazing service. I haven't got enough good things to say about Focus, from my first contact to moving day. Nathan came round to assess how much stuff we had to move (a lot) and to advise us of how many vans (2) and how many men (3 or 4). Shaun in the office was very helpful whenever I had cause to ring. Moving day was rainy (typical) and Ryan and Nathan worked so hard to get everything loaded with the minimum of fuss and even managed to squeeze everything from our storage unit into the van despite my husband being convinced there was no way it would fit! The guys were fun, polite and it was a pleasure to have them do our move for us, nothing was too much trouble and even at 10pm when they had been out since the crack of dawn they were offering to move things around in the house if we needed them to. They got told to go home (in the nicest possible way). They were utterly delightful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Focus and if you get Ryan and Nathan then you have struck gold.

Thank you to Focus Removals for an excellent service on my Mums recent move from N Wales to Sussex. The company were very obliging, agreed to do two drop-offs at our final destination without extra charge and I even got a lift back in the lorry! Moved me from Chester to Northop Hall yesterday. What can I say about these guys. Showed up on time. Proper nice lads and worked hard getting the van loaded and my old place emptied really efficiently. Was impressed how they kept making sure and discussing how best to load the van to make it secure. We were in our new place in no time and they even carried my stupid massive sofa up a side lane to get it in through back door. Really great job by Nathan and Rich and can't recommend them enough. We couldn’t have asked for a better service, it has been said that moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do, but the service we received from focus made things a lot easier.
