After nearly 51 years in our house we were moving. We obtained two quotes and chose UK Atlantis Wrexham. From the very first contact the service was impeccable. Joy, the receptionist, was incredibly friendly, understanding and helpful, as our removal date kept changing. She sorted out all the details and arranged for packing boxes to be delivered promptly. The removal itself was spread over two days. The team arrived promptly and were polite, friendly and extremely competent. They were not daunted by our mountain of fragile items for packing and meticulously wrapped and packed all our valuables. Everything arrived in perfect condition. They couldn’t have been more helpful. On the moving day they worked tirelessly to clear the house. At our new home they followed our instructions to the letter, carefully unpacking everything exactly as requested. Their cheerful and understanding attitude really did help to ease the pain of leaving and remove any potential stress. They quickly helped to make our new home as hospitable as possible, despite the mammoth task of unpacking. We are immensely grateful and would not hesitate to highly recommend them.

We cannot fault the UK Atlantis team. We received timely quote that was exceptionally good value to move a very large house over 5 days. The team led by Josh and Jon were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was carefully wrapped and because we lived in an area where the largest van would struggle to reach us, the team used multiple vehicles. Whole process was very easy from start to finish - cannot recommend these guys more highly.

Over the years we have used a number of removal companies. UK Atlantis have been the best and most responsive we have used. Our move was a UK move of 130 miles from a large property. From the start the office staff were knowledgable and responsive, helping with all our queries and worries during lockdown. The removal men were poltie, helpful and very efficient. Always very helpful there, they've been looking after my possessions for quite a while now. It's by appointment only and you have to make it a week in advance if you want access to it. And it's completely COVID-19 safe, if you care about that sort of thing.
