This is 2nd time we've used Abacus. Nick and his crew are absolutely tremendous. So relaxed and easy going which takes a lot of the stress off your shoulders. No damaged or lost items, which we have had with a much larger international company. Would highly recommend Abacus.

Abacus did our removals early in January this year. It has taken me so long to be able to do the review as I have been waiting to be connected to the internet...That is another story! I cannot praise this company enough. They took all the stress from moving, and made it s pleasant an experience as a move could ever be. We did our own packing. Boxes and paper were dropped off to us in good time, communication was excellent. Not only did the Guys do the job very well, they were extremely kind. My Husband has a disability, and they made sure that a chair was left for him to sit on, and that a chair was put out first for him at the other end. I had a huge flat pack wardrobe to be put up, one of the men went on ahead, and he took care of that. As soon as we were ready Nick came and took away all the packing materials, he even got rid of some carpet off cuts for us as we have no vehicle. I would recommend Abacus to anyone wanting a pleasant and stress free move. Thank You Guys, keep up the good work!!

Nick and his team have been excellent . We had very tricky timings due to the lockdown and Nick was flexible on dates. On the day the move went very smoothly with no fuss and the guys were very efficient and careful with all of our gear . The team moved our stuff from our house and from a storage unit across town in two separate moves . Great service . Thanks again.

This company started off really well, positive attitude and competitive quote . Packing went well but I did have misgivings that some pictures, mirrors and furniture were not protected and towards the end it seemed a case of just fitting things in anywhere to get them on the lorry. My misgivings were correct, a mirror was broken, several items damaged, packing boxes not collected as promised , I still have one or two small items missing ( non of value) and the money to pay for my broken mirror which was offered has never materialised. Disappointing experience .

Brilliant, friendly and efficient. Nick was helpful at all stages, dropping off packing equipment in advance and always easy to get hold of if we had questions. The men who did all the removals on the day were great.

I cannot speak highly enough of Abacus Removals and storage and would highly recommend to anyone . I've had some items in storage with them since 2014 and have been today to collect the last of it . Every item I have had their is in the same condition as the day it went in , nothing is scratched , mouldy or damaged in any way . I have twice asked for items out of my containers and they couldn't have been more helpful and obliging, the storage costs with them are really good . Andrea
