Drew is amazing! Wonderful, family run business. Went above and beyond and it was all super efficient took a lot less time than previous removal companies we have used. Highly recommend if you want a stress free move. Couldn't be happier with the service! Thank you so much!

I'd like to make a warm recommendation for Hooks Removals. They moved us recently: not far door to door, but there were various complicating factors. Narrow access for loading. Four floors' worth of stuff in one house to carry down and out, pack, and unload into three floors - umpteen stairs! Delay getting access to the new place, and time therefore short; complicated layouts. Not to mention Covid restrictions. They were courteous and unflappable throughout. They just kept on going and made light of any difficulties. Moving is never easy, but Hooks Removals made the mechanics of it all as simple as they could have been. Many thanks

Hooks removals did a house move for us this week. The two guys were great, very helpful and professional, worked really hard and quickly (in 28 degree heat!) whilst always being polite and friendly. They took loads of stress out of the day by their calm and helpful approach. Very good at getting furniture up stairs and round corners without leaving a single mark. Was recommended by a friend and we booked Hooks removals for our house move. From start to finish they were absolutely brilliant. Communication when booking and reaching a moving date was excellent and always prompt when replying to emails. Even flexible on a last minute (the day before the move) change of timings. On the day of the move they were brilliant. Friendly guys who just got on with the job with no complaints at all! Could not fault them at all and certainly would recommend to anyone moving house!! Made moving day enjoyable rather than stressful!!

We had quite a complicated move - two households into one and some old stuff to clear, plus some to go to storage, and we kept having delays with our house completion as well. Hooks were really helpful and easy to deal with throughout all of this, and remained good-humoured, professional and efficient throughout. They managed to pick up and move things and squeeze them through tight doorways that we wouldn't have thought possible! Definitely recommend Hooks.

I moved last week after a lot of uncertainty about dates because of a non communicating estate agent. John Hook was very understanding, and happy to change the removal date three times. The date of 21st January finally arrived. They turned up on time and were polite, efficient and careful at both ends. I have nothing but praise for John, Andy and Pete. The lads cleared out the storage unti for me, loaded what I wanted to keep onto my trailer and took the rest (the vast majority) away to be donated to charity shops or disposed off, as appropriate. A really good service moving some of my old Mum's furniture from a Care Home near Epsom, Surrey, to another in Pocklington, East Yorks, and other stuff to my place in Elloughton. An excellent two man team, arrived promptly, did everything that was needed, really helpful, very polite and professional. I have no hesitation recommending them to others needing a removal service.
