From start to finish Chris and team were a pleasure to deal with. From initial quote and assessment to the job itself and aftercare they were eminently professional, responsive and just really nice to deal with. Their costs were very reasonable. We used Lloyds Removals for a house clearance - they made something that had been hanging over us for a long time relatively easy and painless to solve, and dealt with everything in such a respectful way. Perfect from start to finish. Chris and the whole team were so professional I cannot recommend them enough. They were the fastest to respond. The communication process, email and otherwise, was flawless. Very nice, polite and friendly. We went with the packaging option for our removal. This removed a lot of the stress for us. On the day, I was a bit nervous about the process but the team was so swift and efficient. Honestly such a pleasure to deal with them especially when going through such a stressful few days. They made everything look easy – and I know it was not. Especially not our very chunky sofa! I cannot thank them enough.

This is the second time we have used these guys. I have no words other than absolutely outstanding! They moved us into our new home in December their service was prompt, polite, funny, careful and quick! Today they have emptied my husband's storage unit and brought the contents to our new house. We trusted them and so just gave them the code to the unit and didn't even have to be present for the collection. They were done within the hour and all the boxes (that we thought would be a nightmare!) are now stacked neatly in our utility room. Do not hesitate to get in touch with Lloyd removal for a quote. Thanks to Chris and his team, I was able to easily move which felt vague. Since the removal system is totally different from that of South Korea, I was a lot concerned about choosing removal company and thought a lot. when the house where I move into was decided. I've chosen Chris's Lloyd based on Google's ratings and comments for several moving companies. And I can say it was a really good choice now. I've got a quote from Chris about two weeks before the date of the moving out and in the process, I was able to talk about the moving out and in. Chris informed us of the parts we needed to pack and the parts we could leave unpacked, which made our packing process a lot easier. On the day of the move, Chris appeared at the promised time, starting from disassembling the furniture and the whole moving process went smoothly. Now, a month and a half has passed since I moved out and in but I can't forget the hard work and kindness of Chris and his team and especially their professionalism. I would definitely recommend Lloyd removals and Chris.

Used Lloyd's for our recent home move. We had been in our previous home over 20 years but Chris and the team made very short work of getting everything loaded up! They made a stressful day much less so! Unlike some removal companies you get a set quote so know exactly how much its going to be, most charge an hourly rate & if like us you dont get your keys till late this can be costly! From first contact to removal day the team were fantastic and i would highly recommend! If we ever did move again I would certainly use again!

Very helpful and professional service. Nothing was true much trouble. Due to delays with exchanging contracts the removal date had to me moved back, and remained in doubt up to a couple of days before the move, so I was really grateful for the degree of leeway and flexibility I was given. Lloyd Removals moved us locally during a lockdown and I couldn't be happier with the service. Chris came out to quote soon after we originally called, and the quote was in my inbox the same day. We had three people for each of the pack and move, and in both cases they all showed up exactly when they said they would and worked for hours getting everything sorted. They also did lots of fiddly jobs in the house like getting units off mounts, disconnecting all the electricals, all professionally and far better than we could have done! On unpacking everything is immaculately packed and protected, with the boxes clearly labelled so we knew exactly what the contents of each one was (and so we could unpack everything we needed for dinner first!). We moved from a terrace where it's impossible to park near the house, so they were carrying everything up and down the road, which they did happily and with good humour. Absolutely brilliant service all round, would definitely use them again.

Lloyds are not just a removal company, they are moving superheroes! After a lot of back and forth with solicitors, we found ourselves without a removal company three days before we were hoping to complete. A few panicked phone calls later and Chris swept in and saved the day. He arrived an hour later to do a quote for us and was so friendly and reassuring that he even won over our two year old. He remained just as friendly throughout the whole process... even when we weren't able to confirm until 8pm the night before that the move was actually going to happen!
