What a fantastic service from Matt and his team! Professional, friendly, hard working and competitive. They moved our belongings from London to storage in York. I was so impressed how upbeat the whole team were, considering it would have been a very long day for them. They left their base near York to drive down to London at the crack of dawn. By early afternoon they had loaded the whole contents of our house with care and efficiency into two vans, setting off for York once again. They went the extra mile indeed, by still being able to transfer everything into storage by the same evening, even though we said we were more than happy if they left it until the next day. We will definitely be using them again for the next move and be recommending them to anyone who needs a removal company that provide great communication and loyalty throughout the entire process.

They were on time and all through the moving process, the team were very professional and courteous. The team handled all my belongings with care so that they were not damaged. I cannot recommend Matt and his team highly enough. I first enquirer months ahead of the move and he came to my flat to properly assess the extent of the packing and moving. I found other sites who asked me to estimate numbers of boxes myself which I found hard to gauge so Matt’s approach was excellent. He was comfortable with the ambiguous dates and responded quickly when we were able to lock in a date for the move. They came the day before the move to pack my belongings, this service was exceptional and methodical and they took great care of my items, before returning the following day to move me out (of a third floor flat) and into storage. Even with some problems at that storage (caused by me!), Matt was still patient, polite and good-humoured, even though moving house can bring out the worst in people normally! I am absolutely delighted with the service he and his lovely team provided and have already booked him to move my belongings from storage to Glasgow when my flat is ready later in the year.

Really great service from the start. Excellent communication and prompt replies to messages and emails. Matt and his team are very professional, arrived promptly, and did a super job moving endless boxes down from our second floor without any complaints. The service from Nextmove was exemplary. The quote was competitive, and when our requirements changed somewhat Matt was very responsive and very clear about the new conditions. The team of three spent a full 12 hours doing our job and remained cheerful throughout, even when a sofa had to be carried up several flights of stairs. We and our possessions felt in good hands.

The customer service we have received from Matthew has been superb. He came to our property to quote for the job and was happy to take into account that some of our belongings were in storage. The quote came through really quickly and was very reasonable. Our moving date was moved quite a few times before the move fell through, but Matthew was accomdating each time, and when we let him know the chain had collapsed, he refunded the deposit each day. We will definitely be using Matthew and Nextmove Removals when we do move.

Matt and his team of Mark and Raff made the whole experience of moving home seem such an easy affair.They worked themselves to the bone and when problems occurred they dealt with them in a caring and calming way. If there had been 6 or 10 stars I would have awarded them the maximum. They listened to my instructions and carried it all through seamlessly and with happy faces. Matt showed such patience with me, taking time to explain every part of the process. Initially I thought his price was too high, but after researching other companies, I decided he wasn't and am so happy I decided to settle with him and Nextmove.....a gem. The guys from next move were fantastic, made my move with my two budgies, so easy, can't praise them enough .I was supposed too travel in the van with them, but Matt arranged for one of the guys to bring his car so I could travel with him. So impressed can't rate them enough.

Matt and team are really perfect. They were really nice to deal right from the first phone call, done an initial review and provided a detailed quote and answered numerous phone calls and I never seen any displeasure. On the day arrived promptly on time, packed everything perfectly and completed on time. I had a few last minute changes and they happily accommodated without any issues. I am also going use them again for my next move. The good thing is they have association and full access to Mc Carthys storage in York, which is really helpful if you are using storage like me.
