A lovely walk up a lane brings you to the church with a small graveyard. The church, although now in ruins and a shadow of it's former self, provides a lovely visit, with a peaceful and calmness about the place. A lovely place to shoot a few photos.

Not the easiest place to find (especially so if using Google maps) but I asked a local who knew where it was. The cemetery was littered badly, but pleasantly surprised with how many graves there were. Its a little gem hidden in Ely!

Cool place to check out, on a nice day the views would be great too, just be careful as there can be rubbish left behind by some less than reputable folk - I drove to a street nearby as the access is walking only once you get close enough, maps didn't quite get me there with driving directions, screen shot of where I parked included. Please note - This is a residential area so wouldn't recommend leaving valuables in the car if you intend to drive and not suitable for lots of vehicles as this would likely upset the people living there.

Walking around the church was very therapeutic.
Though the grass has grown ,it's very bushy at present.
But remains a good tourist place to visit.

Historical site of a stone age meeting area. Later a iron age hill fort. Such a shame there is a lot of litter in the area and fly tipping near the entrance to the locked barrier road/footpath.

High above Cardiff, exposed to the elements and just next to an iron age hill fort, this ruined church feels dramatic in its isolation, despite being just a few minutes' walk from the local housing estate.

Relic or a church on a hill, the view is beautiful but the church isn't much to look at
