D. G.Fantastic day out with a 6 & 4 yr old!
Staff were all lovely, no charge for children under 16 and only £5 per adult for all day entry.
Really good mixture of things to look at and also things to press/pull/pump for the little (and big) ones. Really lovely setup and I'm pleased that we were able to support them.
Cafe was excellent, very reasonably priced and the food was superb and all freshly made.
We will happily visit again!

I. H.An interesting museum, especially on steam days when the engines are working. There are a few interactive exhibits to play with. Most of the museum is accessible to people with mobility issues although the ground outside is uneven. The only downside was the catering. There's a small cafe that serves drinks and light refreshments. The filled rolls and cakes were ok, but the coffee was awful.

G. N.Went to a "in steam" day. Great to see so many engines fired up. Plenty to read as you walk round the exhibit. Plenty of staff and a small outside area for kids to play.
P. R.There was an extensive collection of working steam engines. Told the story of drinking water a real eye opener. Indoor and out door displays. I particularly liked the largeThree Cylinder engine. Would recommend for adults and children alike.

N. C.A fantastic day out for the family. Wonderful stream pumping engines going a great little play park for the young scientists and a frog to find in various rooms for the younger visitors.

L. D.Delightfully interesting if one likes old machinery especially when in steam. In July a Gala Day takes place with a display of Classic cars, machines in steam and local band playing. A parade of cars moved off through Hereford to collect the Mayor.

Een prachtige collectie antieke stationaire motoren, stoommachines en pompen. Mooi gepresenteerd. Hulde aan de vrijwilligers die de machines draaiend maakten en onderhouden. Interessant voor elke techniek liefhebber. Mooie thema speeltuin voor de jongere bezoekers.
