Shame about the masses of broken glass that some moronic c*cksnot smashes, all under the eye of the cttv cameras. Apart from that it's a good place to let my dogs off the leads

I always enjoy a nice walk through the rally. Work is being done in there and they removed the steps a lot of people used to sit at the top of the stairs, you can see a lot of the rally from the top. which is sad but still a lovely place to go.

It is ok for an open space. It has swings, slide, climbing frame. It is near the river/ canal so you can feed the ducks and swans ( my favourite thing to do). The swans often walk in the park. There is a little platform next to the river/ canal you can walk down on to get closer to the ducks and swans. There is a BMX track, a load of outside gym equipment, a playing/ picnic field. There is a place called Woodgate Adventure Play ground & Nursery which has an entrance in the park. The Rally also has an access way to the Castle Mead Academy School. There is also a bridge that crosses the water to the new housing estate being built. The Rally has many entrances and exits. The place could really do with toilet facilities and drinking water, hand washing facilities because there is nowhere close to go to the loo which is very annoying.

Its a nice slice of nature in another densely city based area, but it's clearly aged and old industrial, upkeep is fairly frequent but broken bottles and a few other nasty supprises litter the area. Good for a brief stroll and the area has history but their are nicer places.

Great place to walk the dog locally and very assessable if walking, not really somewhere to drive to and park up. There is something for the kids, but the bike track could use some work. The historical railway track seems lost at one of the entrances.

Can be an immidating place to walk there alone at dark due to some news stories from the Leicester Mercury on stabbings etc but I find it to be okay - there is a huge amount of dog walkers etc on there espically at weekends. Some amazing graffiti is being shown there at the moment

Nice park with playground, bikecross and outoor gym. Very close to Leicester city center and new build watwrside developement.

It is a small park near the city centre. I use the cycle paths in the park almost every day on my way to work or town. I used to take my kids there when they were quite young. Families take the kids to utilise the play area, relax in the grass. There is a play area for bicycles and some fitness equipment on the other side. It is a nice little park. It serves its purpose. 👌👌👌

A lovely place to visit, which sits at the junction of some very helpful cycle routes. There's a small BMX track here. There is also a piece of the old Great Central Railway, the route along which one of the paths through the park runs.

A huge Park along famous Tudor Road established as a memorial for the Old Railway station,following the Chanel's on the North side a memorial Museum of Friars Meal which is also a Hotel for People travelling across the country on houseboat

A fairly basic city park but its next the the river/canal so nice to be by the wayer and feed the animals (please don't feed swans and ducks bread its not good for them) and watch the river traffic.

The Rally also has 2 cycle footpath routes running through the area as part of a route. It can be dangerous at night so you need to be very aware of your surroundings. Broken glass is often found on the paths where groups drinking alcohol smash the glass. During the daytime I have observed large groups of people(including familys with kids) not observing the lockdown rules. They are not helping the reputation of their asian community and are causing a possible danger of spreading covid 19. Play area swings were full of parents and children. It is however a handy off road cycle route heading from South Leicester towards the North New Parks Groby rd heading for Groby and Anstey via Beaumont Leys which then is on the doorstep of Bradgate Park. Littering on the riverside and in the waterways is a vast issue due to careless lazy humans that leave their remains from takeaways and drinks cans and bottles. Scrap metal is left lying on the towpaths from the magnet fishing which has been lifted from the waterways. When are people going to learn that they are harming their environment. Its all ages doing the littering. Too busy getting off their heads and having a good time.

The play park is not great and there is often broken glass around. My older boys injoy the bike track. The walk along the river is rather nice.

Love the rally! Nice big open space used by many, good cut through to town and elsewhere. Can be quite full of rubbish at the playpark at times but generally well maintained

The park itself is big, good place for a walk or biking. Although due to the amout of people passing is quite dirty, playground needs cleaning and little more care from Council. Maybe more lights as it's quite scarry to walk there when dark. Definatelly needs CC TV for police be albe to see acts of vandalism there :-S

I use it as a walk through to work. Paths could do with updating as it can get very wet and muddy down there and sometimes impossible to dodge the puddles that sometimes take up the width of the path in various places enroute.

This park is ok. It needs a lot of tidying up as it has the feel of being run down and occasionally there is some anti social hoodlums drinking and smoking but that's the area!!!
