M. k.booked this as a birthday surprise for my daughter. She loved it and has already to go back. She’s just turned 6 and this is a great age to go. There is 4 areas you go through but you only get 45 minutes in each zone and I personally don’t think it was enough time.
I couldn’t pick a best zone however if you have kids under 3 they won’t really like or engage in the final section it was a workshop to make slime and bubbles. There is also a slime play section which kept him busy while his sister did the workshop.
Will 100% go again, perfect if you want something to do on a rainy day.
There is little cafes in the first 2 sections but they are the ones the kids can have the most fun so I would recommend not getting food for the kids as they will loose valuable playing time.
S. H.I visited here after a recommendation from a friend. You have to book online and can’t just turn up. When you arrive, you have to stand outside until the very second of your booked time, at which time someone will open the door - so make sure to take a brolly if it’s predicted rain. There are some great things to do, but some things either didn’t work, or were quite run down. What was very annoying was the lady running the slime making workshop - it was a small room, yet she insisted on shouting though a headset connected to a microphone. My daughter really enjoyed herself though.
S.Amazing experience around a 25 minute drive from where we are - we did the toddler friday session (first time we have been) The price was worth it - Was such a good experiance my 3yo loved it. Different areas to explore not to busy or over crowded - given enough time within each area to play. The interactive sessions with the staff were fab! They were all positive happy to help with any questions and good with the little ones. I would reccomend lovely day out and lots to keep little ones interested.

They really loved the snow show and obviously slime &bath bombs making. We will definatelly be back 😊 Great staff
G.A great fun experience for the kids. We spent 3 hours at Imagine That, which flew by. The areas were really entertaining and the kids loved everything.
D. S.Brilliant place for the kids. Different set up to other similar places in Birmingham and Wrexham, but I think it works better. All based on the ground floor and with groups of people moving through different sections one after another, you get enough time in each. Decent food selection too, available at stage 1 and 2. Staff very attentive to the kids. Great few hours out
O. S.A fabulous place for children. During the pandemic they have split the zones so you have a fixed time of 45 minutes each in the imagination village, art area (including outdoor play) and science area before a "science show" at the end where children make bathbombs and slime. My 2 and 5 year old enjoyed all the zones and could happily have stayed longer in every zone. The timings did feel a little rushed, particularly when we wanted to squeeze in lunch but it was a fantastic day and I was pleased to see new exhibits and developments despite the pandemic. The staff are also fabulous, friendly and helpful and great with the kids. The cafe had fairly good selection of sandwiches, drinks and snacks though a little on the expensive side.
R. M.I visited today with my 5 year old son. We had an absolutely fantastic time! Everything is well set up, all the toys/play areas in great condition, do much for kids to do.
We loved the 4 different areas, all so interesting and well thought out. Really fun and educational, and the team are fantastic.

H. B.We visited for a school trip for two classes of year 1 children in November 2022 and had the most amazing time. The whole day was organised for us, set up so well and made our lives so easy. The children absolutely loved all of the areas - particularly the science investigation space (we could have spent double the time in there!) The staff were all really helpful and made the rules really clear to the children. Special shoutout to Holly who ran our snow making workshop, she was so enthusiastic and bubbly with the children and it made their experience even better! Thank you so much Imagine That!
