K. V.Good location. Fairly easy to park. Great views. Lots of park space for picnics etc.
Playground is fantastic for little kids.

Sit in your car and take in the view any weather .
Great play ground with climbing equipment for kids, or older kids can go to skate park.
Very dog friendly can even get a drink for them at cafe.
Cafe has a good selection of food, drink and delicious ice cream 🍦
There is a clean restroom in the cafe.
Plenty of out side picnic area's or sit on grass.
Always lots to see kites on windy days, or there are other fun things if you have spare cash for the kids, an adventure park.

S. L.Great walk along the river mersey. You can walk along the wide promenade for miles. Good parking and decent cafe.
