My husband and I are from Taiwan, so we have higher standard for bubble tea and the drinks Bubbleology serves wasn’t really our type. We had their Plain Assam with Tapioca (£3.75) as an afternoon dessert. The drink was too sweet and we barely can taste the original flavor of tea. We also didn’t like how they cooked tapioca, which is too soft and sticky in our opinion.

This shop was an integral part of my study abroad experience in London. The shop was near my school, and it quickly became a welcome part of my routine. The staff was always friendly and the bubble tea was always amazing.

Just got my best rose milk tea here so far. A staple to get me through those tired days at work😋 five 🌟 Update: just visited 2 years later and not so great after corona and Boba is still good but the customer service not so much, they seemed very disengaged, and annoyed when I wanted milk and the item hot. This was compared to before, when I used to have a lovely chat with the franchise owner there. Oh well 🤷🏾‍♀️ 3 🌟

I haven't read any reviews about Bubbleology Bloomsbury but ordered the one closet to where I stay, fortunately it was the right decision. You cannot judge a place by reviews but it can be different when you have a personal experience. I have ordered twice at this place and got the best service from a staff called Ash. My order was running late (not due to the Bubbleology but the delivery provider) but Ash made a point to call personally and let me know about the status and gave suggestions to ensure the order is not delayed going forward. Ash checked before and after delivery to ensure I am not let down by the experience. One of the best services I have received. People like Ash increase the standard of a brand. I would recommend this place for people who love bubble tea and best customer experience.

We came and tried first time i got the lychee and pomegranate fizz was really nice and we got some waffles for the kids … its very busy but the staff member is very nice and helpful wil try again

May or may not have visited Bubbleology three times in two days. Very friendly staff and great drinks, though the menu seemed a bit limited at first.

Although nowhere local to us, our journey was worth every second & now I can see why it's rated the best! I loved how polite and engaging the owner was & the there was a clear difference in taste compared to the other ones we've been to. For the first time, we didn't feel rushed or pressured & it was lovely to have genuine recommendations for the 1st time ever. Clever marketing- I now have a new favourite! Definitely coming back whenever possible.

what a great taste..I had bubble tea from china town but I can’t compare the taste even for a bit..this people make the best in the city and great service..I went nearly closing time still they serve me with great passion and love..highly recommend waffle and gelato.will back for sure 👍🏽
