A. T.I visited the Camden Image Gallery on two different occasions in the past few months and had a great experience each time. The gallery owner Elena is extremely professional and very welcoming, and there are always lots of different exhibitions on display. The space is well located right in the heart of Camden, and very suitable for different artists looking to exhibit their work. Looking forward to my next visit there!

Elena was a fantastic host and the gallery is a beautiful space right in the centre of Camden and so close to public transport. We felt so welcomed and really enjoyed our day at the gallery. a. a.Camden Image Gallery is a great gallery to exhibit as an artist! It's in the heart of Camden in London, accessibility of public transport. Elena Chimonas is the owner of the gallery, she's a lovely person, always a great relationship with her when it comes to exhibit, install and promote your work as an artist. I already had two personal exhibitions between 2017-2020, lovely services, promotions was done lovely and smoothly through the internet channels like Facebook, Instagram , Twitter and Tumbler. I do recommend if you are an emerging or established artist, to exhibit your work in this lovely gallery. The space it's beautiful and well compartmented in three rooms. The Gallery will provide hanging system if you have photographs and paintings to be exhibited. Everything goes smoothly and the installation is done in a professional manner by the personnel of the Gallery. If you're looking for a hip place to exhibit and showcase your work, this is the perfect one for you! Some pics from my last solo exhibition done in January 2020 and from 2017. Great value and accessible price for hiring the gallery.
N. R.I came here last week for the first time and had an amazing time. The owner Elena was there to greet us and tell us some information about the exhibition which was beautiful. There was hand sanitisers available and a place to pop bags and coats if needed. I drove from Hertfordshire because it was a horrible rainy day and was so pleased to find that the was lots of spaces to pay and park near the gallery, and Camden Road station was just opposite. I can't wait to return to and see another exhibition.

N. B.This is such a wonderful gem of a find. Easily accessible with public transport. There are many varied exhibitions on display. I most recently visited the "in the mix" exhibition a couple of weeks ago and the art really was a delightful, interesting "mix". The gallery is run in a very professional way by Elena Chimonas who seems to have an amazing, supportive relationship with all the artists. Keep an eye out on the website and social media channels for upcoming exhibitions. I will definitely be back!
A. L.One of my favourite art spaces in London. They have quite a few different exhibitions every year and I love how eclectic the medium and how varied the artists are. My favourites are the paintings but sometimes they show artists creating sculpture or photography. A great hidden gem in Camden and I try not to miss a show.

The team definitely work hard to look after both the artists and art-lovers that come to the gallery.

The gallery is located less than a minute from Camden Station, surrounded by good restaurants, coffee shops and pubs. Lovely owner, very helpful and professional. As well as varied exhibitions week on week, the gallery has also held events in aid of charity, and is conveniently open 7 days a week during exhibition dates so you can pretty much guarantee to be able to walk in whenever you wish to visit. Their website seems very informative should you wish you check out any upcoming exhibitions before visiting.
R. K.A newly discovered gem, located in the heart of Camden and easily accessible via tube/overground. I have been returning ever since to enjoy the variety of artists and themes explored. From the superb commemorative exhibition of Tasaduq Sohail (seven of his works were recently acquired by Tate Modern), to The Silent Witness, curated by Stefania Carrozzini, the Gallery is committed to showcase the best of international art. Elena, the gallery owner, is knowledgeable and always very welcoming. The gallery remains open 7 days/week from 11 am to 6pm during exhibitions, so check the website and get yourself to the gallery if you're around Camden!

The gallery is open 11am - 6pm every day when hosting exhibitions which gives visitors plenty of options to see great work. Google can be a little confusing as it states they’re open 365 days a year when in fact this isn’t true.
Staff are very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The gallery is bright, clean space - you can see a lot of maintenance goes into this. Between exhibitions when getting set up for new shows the gallery is usually closed for a couple days . I usually check their website to know what exhibitions are on and when they’ll be open (rather than just the times google shows here).

I have run my art collection for eleven years and I know now having worked with spaces all over london that there are certain features critical to a show: a gallery manager who is organised, precise and knows their own space inside out; an amenable attitude from the gallery as to different exhibiting gallerist designs and curatorial perspectives; a working space with no surprise issues like leaks or rubbish internet. Elena is nothing but professional in all these aspects and provides a space that is welcoming to all my clients that arrive. I couldn’t recommend elena and her gallery more highly. I will return again and again. As a gallerist and a customer.
