Some good points about this Hotel are, its quite close to the theatre area, easily just 15 min walk to the Lyceum etc. So very good for that, its close to main shops. Plenty of Cafe`s and bars close by, avoid Munchkins at all costs. The room was large and warm, well stocked with tea/coffee, and a kettle. Very clean and tidy. Check in was a little odd as after going to the hotel front and meeting the staff member I was taken further up the road to number 40 building, as my room was in this building. You have to return to the main hotel building for breakfast which is downstairs, Breakfast was very dissapointing, a small chipolata sausage, half a small tomato some scrambled egg, mushrooms, and some stone cold baked beans. It arrives on a small plate to make it appear larger, but it is very small and not great at all. For the price paid for one night you would expect a decent breakfast even in London the food prices cant be that much higher that you have to serve tiny amounts like that.

Room smaller than on the photos, air conditioning did not work. The shower could have been cleaner especially at this time, I found long dark hairs on the wall of the shower not good. Breakfast was not the best, as luck would have it I only ate toast there was no marmalade or jam only honey or syrup. On our second night other guests were banging doors, and making alot of noise late on. Yes I understand you get what you pay for but we will not be booking this hotel again. I would rather pay more and stay somewhere better than this.

It was on a busy road right by museum and tube. Very quiet inside, great breakfast lots of stairs definitely would go back and stay its abit tried but a good night sleep in a comfy bed and hot water and it was very clean

You get what you pay for. Lots of little things that could be easily fixed, mostly cosmetic. Although the freezing temp in our room seemed to improve slightly after I spoke to reception. Supposed to be a daily maid. We stayed 2 nights and the bin wasn't emptied, tea station not re-stocked and towels not changed after the first night. Disappointing.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the room was not huge, but as we only went for 1 night so that we could go to the theatre that was all we needed. Adrian on reception was lovely, he was polite and helpful and he also served us at breakfast and again was lovely we would go there again.

We stayed at the Morgan after seeing a show. We were at the top- the penthouse- as I jokingly said to my husband! The hotel is centrally situated and surrounded by lots of restaurants. The room, although small, had everything you would expect from any large hotel chain. There was a TV, AC, tea making facilities with everyone's fave lotus biscuits in the room and products in the bathroom. Breakfast starts at 7.30 and we both had to leave too early for work to taste, so can't comment. Would recommend for a solid base while visiting the city

The best thing of this hotel is the location. Backyard of the hotel is next to British Museum. So it is the perfect hotel if you want to visit British Museum.

I really loved my time here! The room was spacious and very well planned out. Even with the temperatures in the 90s (Fahrenheit), the hotel provided us with a fan and a way to cool down. It was not hard to find and very convenient to the Tube/Underground. We also loved the free breakfast every morning.

Our room was spacious and clean. We were in room 215 which was 5 flights of stairs up from reception with no lift! This was a bit of a struggle with our suitcase. Breakfast was small but was lovely! Location was perfect. Would recommend

Very happy with our two night stay here. Reception was very nice and helpful. The room size was great for three adults (one double bed, two singles in two separate rooms) and great bathroom facility with toilet room separate from shower room so we didnt have share when getting ready. Nice little kitchenette. Only complaint would be squeaky floors and low shower pressure, but really not something we couldn't live with for two nights. Hair dryer, safe, TV, fans, and some kitchen dishes, etc available.

Nice and simple 3 stars hotel. Not for romantic couples, but just to get a nice sleep. The bed is not that comfy so if you’re sensitive about it, you would have bad nights here. The staff are very friendly and helpful! Breakfast is served and being cooked on the spot, full and simple English breakfast. Location is great, and if you’re on a business trip, that’s a very good choice.

A cheap and plain B&B that will do well for a quick overnight stay. Rooms are clean but by no means luxurious, and both water pressure and heat leave something to be desired. But location is faultless and staff are efficient, breakfast a small buffet of yoghurt and cereal and your standard cooked breakfast menu. No cooked veggie/vegan options from what I could see.

Great location, rooms small but clean and well furnished. Breakfasts good and friendly staff! Only negative comment would be that the wifi was a little spotty in my room.

Nice staff. Good rooms, lots of space in the apartment rooms. The stairs are a bit narrow. Quiet room, a bit of floor creaking from the apartment above. The Morgan Hotel's location couldn't be better for a tourist, literally around the corner from the British Museum. We thought the price was good, and the room had almost all the amenities you expect from a larger hotel. A particular boon was air conditioning, which is increasingly important in London in the summertime. My only complaints are that the room was truly small, so there was no desk; and the tap in the bathroom had a sign that said, "Not drinking water." We were given a large bottle of water to drink, but this just seems odd and rather undesirable--I have no idea where we were supposed to refill it. I'm guessing that the pipes are still the original Victorian lead ones. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was full English, but not special in any way.

Stayed 2 nights. Small room but clean and quiet. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom/shower. Breakfast was just right. Cereal already in bowls, yoghurt etc and nice sized cooked breakfast. Would stay again. Handy for theatres and sight seeing.

The rooms are functional but comfy, the rates are the cheapest I could find in the West End without going to a hostel and they include WiFi and Breakfast. Staffed 24 hour and has 24 hour access to the building via your room key. Exceptional location for london theatres, museums and clubs with a very conveniant and nice 24 hour eaterie around the corner in Great Russell Street. Only thing missing is parking, like alot of hotels in London, I had to buy my parking separately. Overall very happy and I would use again...

Calling this place a hotel is almost misleading (at least in my case). I had a full apartment: bathroom, separate restroom, bedroom, living room, kitchen. The place was huge, especially comparing it to other hotels in the vicinity. However, three of the most important aspects were only mediocre (at best): heating (it was quite cold, in May!), shower (very low water pressure) and internet (worked about half the time).

Very clean and organized! Be aware for the lack of a lift! You may end up with bruises while trying to bring your luggages up or down like I did!

The hotel is extremely well situated in Covent Garden , and looks lovely from the outside. Once inside it is clean and well maintained if a little dated. Our room was relatively small but very very clean , shower was excellent perfect pressure and no heat drop at all . The room is a little dated inside and could do with brightening up a little , but I cannot complain about the cleanliness . Breakfast was good with a full English available. Overall all a very pleasant stay at the Morgan and we would certainly return.

Wasserspühlbecken sehr klein .Wasserkocher kann nicht befüllt werden und muss über die Duschbrause befühlt werden. Mein Zimmer befand sich nicht im gleichen Gebäudetrakt wie die Reception. Was auch sehr speziell ist. Spezielles: WLAN unterbrach ständig. War etwas mühsam. Frühes Frühstück gibts leider erst um 07.30. Für mich, der auf einem Businesstrip war, etwas spät.
