I am so excited to finally be able to stay at this amazing hotel. I have heard great things from friends who have stayed here in the past. My partner and I will be celebrating our 7th wedding anniversary and I know it'll be special. Cant wait to till we land! So close to the British Museum.

Clean, central and modern. Loved having my Nespresso in the room for decent morning coffee. Check in was easy and friendly. Room had bottled water each day too. Bed and pillows very comfy.

Kenworth Radisson Blu Hotel is one of the best Hotel in central London provide all facilities and have kindness helpers and staff mostly General Manager Damish which has nice behaviour and ethics with anyone which I had spend 25 days more and it's continue...

Lowlights
We were moved from this hotel to the bloomsbury street one to reduce staff across both. The rooms were really quite small and not upto 4 star quality. Our bathroom door did not shut due to the hinges and the door is barely wide enough to fit through, bathrooms are very small and the room is small too. Limited natural light and very small windows without any kind of view. Apparently this room was upgraded too so wouldn't like to see the original.
Highlights
Staff are really friendly, rooms were clean and price isn't really expensive.

Loved my stay here. Beautiful place ideal for overnight theatre trip.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. I was particularly impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff were. Our room was really nice, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was great. There was also a spacious desk that I was able to use for my laptop. The buffet breakfast had plenty of options including bacon, eggs, sausages, pastries, cereal, fruit and much more. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, good service, friendly staff.

The location was great, the reception was beautifully clean and tidy with the most amazing ambiance and smell of incense. The staff were smartly dressed and very welcoming. Comfortable beds, and large spacious bathroom. …
M. G.
The rooms are small but the staff is friendly. Location is a bit too noisy. The breakfast was very basic and nothing too fancy. Complimentary wifi was a good touch. Overall a pleasant stay but I have stayed in better hotels in London.

Wife and her best friend stayed here so they could go to watch a show. The £199 room was sufficient but outside the window were huge fans that disturbed them all night. They also bought a bottle of wine (£25 +12.5% service charge that was ordered and collected at the bar what service was paid for?) and were given an opened bottle with a glass already gone...that was exchanged quickly without fuss to be fair but the barman automatically kept the change as tips which was very rude indeed. Breakfast was understaffed it was felt as the tea and coffee came with an empty milk jug and no tea spoons. The food was good quality. The beds and pillows were also good quality and the bathroom was well stocked with toiletries. Only one small bin in the bathroom. The service charge was not well earned this time around. London it seems can charge what they want and easily get away with it. There are plenty of other honest, value for money places to stay in London. Do your research.

The location of this hotel is excellent. You can get to many, many things just by walking. The food in the hotel is also very good, especially breakfast. On the flip side, I've found that the rooms are not well-insulated from noise in the hallways. This is particularly noticeable when the cleaning is ongoing on your floor. During my stay on the first floor, the rooms were cleaned at 8 am. Not exactly conducive for sleeping in. We stayed in a double room and the layout was pretty cramped. It's difficult to get into the room because the bed is very close to the door, and we didn't have a good place to put our second suitcase, so that ended up being in the way constantly. So overall, the hotel is nice, the staff are friendly, but our room was not ideal.

This could’ve had 5 stars. When we got there no rooms were available for us however that was explained prior to us arriving since we arrived there at like 9am. Ok so in the meantime we decided to get breakfast in the restaurant the Hostess asked for our room number we informed her that we were waiting on a room, she then tells us since we aren’t guests we would have to pay full price. Ridiculous however neither one of us had not the energy to even argue this ridiculousness!! The rooms are extremely small so if u have lots of luggage or ur stay is longer good luck! The bigger sized rooms were even small. Then at checkout we were charged $75 for making a local call in regards to a discrepancy we had there about being overcharged for something else. Got half the money back but still outrageous due to the fact that we weren’t informed there were charges for local calls. I can say that Christine was very nice and accommodating very good service!! Also the tall guy on nights was nice too!!

Wonderful experience. I was only able to stay one night, but they accommodated my schedule and allowed for early check-in. The service was excellent throughout. Very modern appointments in the rooms. We did not use the restaurant, but it also had a nice aesthetic. Love the easy access to the British Museum and the British Library.

Nice hotel that's a bit of a mix depending on the room you get. Once we ended up with an attic room (7th floor) where the hall had no carpeting and we were awake all night with carts rolling by and doors opening and closing. Then on another trip we got a corner room on a middle floor that had a gorgeous view (but there were roadworks and a busy corner below our window). Then more recently we had a choice between a tiny room on a quiet section or a larger room on the noisy 7th floor. So we squeezed ourselves into the quiet but tiny room with no view and slept well, at least. The location is great, and the staff are very friendly, so if you get a nice room, you'll have a great stay.

Had a lovely stay here. Great location, a stones throw from Oxford Street. Just so you don't need to carry all that shopping too far 😊. Our room was lovely and the Hotel bar great. Good service and polite friendly service and staff.
A. J.
Really nicely done out rooms, bathrooms are clean and smart. Rooms are tiny for the money, only really a problem for more than one night. The breakfast was great. A good spread including the usual full English items well done and smoked salmon, avocado, various yogharts and a menu of hot items avaliable for order for no extra charge. Would be very happy to return.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Checking in went smooth and swift. Rooms are clean and up to par. Only the shower is a tad too tiny.
Breakfast is fine but not too special. We were with quite a large group and we were being forced to take a specific seat, which felt a bit awkward.
D. N.
Great stay. The room was small but very neat and well designed. The staff was very helpful and kind.
L. A.
Beautiful hotel near everything! The staff is very polite and helpful. Loved the bar and restaurant. They really know how to mix cocktails. The room is super clean and nice. Can't wait to visit there again.

This place was good but once you left the lobby the luxury was over. A little dated but in a great area. And a great view...
We only stayed over night but it was ok. Just big over sized furniture in a small room so hard to move around with two big suitcases.
B. W.
Great location if you like it central and amongst all the traffic and noise. Was in a suite turret room, nicely spaced out, cosy feel to it and comfy sofa. Bathroom/shower room was good size, nice being able to turn shower area into steam room, pity there is no seat to actually sit down and relax. The 3* is because I couldn’t sleep properly, it’s paramount to be in a comfortable environment to sleep in a hotel, with the bed being too hard, more for back sleepers, I got sore arms when I tossed on my back, the pillow is oddly fat and small, the road noise, sirens and motorbikes late at night kept me up even with earplugs. The turret room has lots of windows With a thin plastic glass to stop windows being open, but would be great if the hotel invested in a better product of double glazed sound insulation panels for the comfort of the guests. The breakfast buffet was great, worth it and good quality, though eggs Benedict was over cooked.
T. F.
Hotel is in a great location how I was disappointed by the service. Arrived at hotel. A little early and room wasn't ready yet so we went to lunch and came back at 3pm and room still not ready. Said they were sorry but housekeeping had my started our room yet. Sooooo...we went shopping came back and they had given away our room. Ended up in room 111 looking at ugly vents...but on the plus side air conditioner worked great and candy in lobby was a nice touch.
T. H.
A nice place to stay in an excellent location with easy access to most places of interest. All of the West End is in easy walking distance. The hotel is comfortable and the staff are pleasant and helpful. The rooms are above average in size for central London. Situated in Great Russell Street it is quieter than expected. Excellent brealfast buffet breakfast is served in Scoff and Banter which is part of the establishment. Will definitely go back again for a short break or business meetings. Toweling animals seem to arrive in you room during the day which is a charming touch. Recommended.
D. R.
We were met at the taxi by concierge who took our luggage to our room, the check-in staff were most courteous and helpful.
Aaron in the restaurant was most helpful getting my meals as I am on a crutch.
Our room was serviced to a very good standard, and was a nice size as was the bathroom.
There was no view but that did not bother us as there was no traffic noise.
When we left concierge took our luggage from the room to the taxi.
Overall we had a most pleasant stay, thanks to the staff.
c.
Nice rooms for business travel. Breakfast is more expensive than an evening meal, surprisingly. Ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was good as well. Service from the front desk and in the restaurant was excellent.
M. T.
The hotel itself was good. Great location. Easy to walk places and get around. Only
Complaint is our room was tiny - it was in the corner of the building and had an awkward layout. If our room had been better this would be worth 5 stars
J. E.
Pleasant stay at central London boutique hotel. Held business meeting there in their conference space, good job maintaining water and snacks. Breakfast, lunch and dinner all superb. Room rates were extremely reasonable, but room was on the small size. Perfect for one adult traveling on business though.
S. B.
Enjoyed my stay here. I only had a single room though the bed was more like a single and a half. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. Decent sized TV and nice and clean.
Breakfast was also decent.
The only issue I had was that the bathroom was so small that sitting on the toilet my shoulder was bashing against the sink!
I. R.
Room small but comfortable. Nice and quiet. Good range of breakfast options presented well. Staff at breakfast a bit eager to clear tables despite not being that busy.
B.
This was my first visit to this hotel, and I'd be very happy to return if I get the chance. The staff were very friendly and helpful (a special shout-out to Guest Relations Manager Thomas Bones for putting up with our rowdy group in the lobby!) Breakfast was delicious and there was a very large and varied choice. My 5 star rating is definitely for the staff. However, I'd have to give a 4 star rating for the lift and bathroom! The lift is tiny, so you can end up waiting a long time if you need to travel several floors with luggage. Also, having to use the room key to operate the lift was confusing the first couple of times I tried. But the concierge came to rescue me on my first evening, and it was obvious that I was just "doing it wrong" lol. Re the bathroom....I would like to see more hand rails in the bath, and possibly better grip for the bottom of the bath, as I felt very nervous that I was going to slip getting out of the shower. It won't change my overall rating, though, as I consider these the risks of staying in a hotel!

Very enjoyable. Excellent central location so ideal for theatre, museum trips etc. Friendly helpful staff As with most hotels in central London rooms are a tad on the small size, but clean, comfortable. Excellent shower.lots of toiletries and big fluffy towels. Will be back 🙂
T. M.
As a good will gesture the hotel upgraded our room and gave us complimentary breakfast which was totally unexpected. The attached restaurant serves an excellent English Breakfast buffet. I was upgraded from a single to a double free of charge. Put a bit of a downer on a very nice weekend.
A. S.
Good service clean room. Pillow could have been a tad firmer but this is due to a condition I have so not the fault of the hotel. Rooms have TV wifi fridge safe nespresso and complimentary can of coke kit kat and pringles. Will stay again
T. G.
Had a wonderful stay, the staff were friendly. The room was wonderful although a few small things would have made it even better like plug sockets closer to the bed and a hairdryer that you don't have to hold the power button down constantly, but they are both minor. Hotel is in a very convenient location for the theatres, we went to The Lion King.
c. t.
Great location, right next to the British museum. 5 minute walk to Soho. 10 minute walk to Trafalgar Square. 15 minute walk to Buckingham palace. We were on the 7th floor, so not much noise from the road. Fantastic breakfast and very helpful staff. Only downside for us was the wood flooring in the passageway, meaning everyone who went by, sounded like they were stamping their feet.
J. H.
Reasonably priced for such a central location. Our friends room was tiny and managed to swap. Our room was fine and just about what I was expecting. Air conditioning wasn't great so it got quite warm due to the time of year but otherwise a good stay. Would stay here again
K. K.
Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is beautiful and the smaller size makes the service very personal. Attentive staff, especially in the dining room. I'll book my next stay here if they'll have me!
T. M.
Very helpful in sorting out queries with our sightseeing tours, organising pickups etc. The water didn't drain but was fixed immediately when I alerted staff. The breakfast is the best in town. Breakfast was adequate. I had too service which was OK a club sandwich took about half an hour but was nice and not stupidly priced.
d. b.
Lovely hotel and ideally located for the theatres and a touch of shopping and sightseeing.
Room was very nice and staff very attentive.
We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was exceptional.
Couple of very minor issues, on our stay one of the lifts was out of action which was a bit of a hindrance but totally out of the hotels control and pretty sure they were dealing with it immediately. If I had to have a whinge and you asked me to find a fault with something that wasn't out of their control, it would have to be with the temperature of the breakfast tea. Not sure if it was just us but we stayed a couple of nights and on both mornings the bloody tea pot was just luke warm rather than HOT and I had to ask to have it changed both mornings (they must've thought me a right moany ol git) lol.
Overall experience was very good and I would have no hesitation in recommending and returning to this quality hotel.
K. L.
The room was comfortable but exceptionally small, even by the standard of most London hotels I've stayed in on business.
The key cards, which are required to operate the lift seemed to be a bit of an issue and we ended up with 3 in the end. Even the staff struggled to get these to work.
The breakfast buffet was fairly nice but the eggs Benedict I ordered (and which my wife reminded the waiting staff about) simply never turned up, which was poor. The hotel is ok but I think there is better available for the same money close by.
R. V.
It is quite close to Central London with great connectivity. The rooms are a bit small for the price but it is probably the case with most rooms in London. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty decent as well. The staff are very warm and quite helpful.
B. M.
We had a wonderful experience.
The location is great, very close to Tottenham underground station, Covent Garden and soho.
The staff is amazing and took good care on us.
The room was perfect (cleans &quite).
The breakfast was great and very rich.
P. R.
The hotel was very nice and staff welcoming. We checked in online to save time and upon arriving were in our room within 5 minutes. The rooms were clean and spacious enough whilst also being warm and inviting. Enjoyed our stay and would use again.
T. M.
I was pleased that I paid a little extra to have the breakfast before my course as there was a good variety. Bathroom was ok and the shower was oddly huge. Ali did a marvelous job of explaining the hotel and how to get to the in between floor room.
D. S.
The Radisson was excellent and went beyond the call of duty. The staff, room, reception and overall courtesy were all beyond our expectations.
We had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
M. G.
Stayed for one night, nice pleasant room, comfortable bed, clean accommodation. Found difficulty turning the cold tap off which resulted in drip drip all night long. Tried to get ice from machine but found it turned off. Had a drink in bar and encountered rude bar staff who clearly don't understand customer service ( the guy with no socks). However all other staff very pleasant and helpful.
A. N.
Excellent hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are on the small side but furnished very tastefully and very clean. Couldn't have been happier during the week I stayed there.
M.
The tiniest room I've ever had!
Staff is very nice and professional but I don't get how this hôtel got 4 stars. The restaurant is okay (tasty steak, the rest was too oily), cocktails are average.
l. r.
Lovely hotel with great staff and atmosphere. Only gripe was no baby changing facility available. Not even a table in the toilets. Quite surprised at this in this day and age! Obviously if you're an overnight guest you can probably do this in your room but otherwise very difficult.
P. S.
Lovely hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Not noisy. Stayed during our wedding anniversary and after returning from a day out we were given a card and complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Nice touch.
C. S.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Raddison Blu Edwardian Bloomsbury this weekend. Staff are fantastic and great ambassadors to the company. The room was to a high standard, very clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast I would also highly recommend!! We will definitely return next time we visit the West End.
D. T.
Comfortable and very convenient to the British museum. Family room is a bit cozy, but with the king bed and sofabed it was sufficient for sleeping 4 people. The desk had all the major types of electrical outlets, which was helpful charging several devices at once.
A. S.
Solid rooms but sometimes a bit noisy depending on which site of the hotel you are staying. The staff is super gentle, helpful and really nice. Awesome breakfast and definitely worth a try. Nice place to stay in London!
F. B.
Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is located in a nice old building. The staff is very friendly and check-in was smooth. The twin room I was staying in, was OK. The breakfast was great. Location in the city is perfect, with tube stations nearby!
O. O.
Big, nice and functional hotel.
Had a relaxed stay with full complement of professional staff, complimentary breakfast, well stocked room in a quite memorable ambience.
Looking to lodging there again.
I. G.
Superb location, short walking distance to Oxford street, west end theaters and other major attractions, and good transport connections. The room had many USB connections for gadget charging - great! Otherwise though, not a brilliant use of space with furniture and design, so it feels much smaller than it actually is.
T. W.
Polite service and very convenient location in central London... nice walking distance to theatres, Trafalgar Square, etc.
Good sized room on the club level, more spacious for less money than Manhattan or San Francisco.
Room had a desk, sofa and large bed that was comfortable.
Every thing was clean, but some wear evident.
All in all it was a good deal.
T. B.
Convienatly located just off of Shaftesbury Avenue which makes it easy to get to. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful.
The room I had was adequate for my stay although not very big however I didn't consider it a problem. Traffic noise can be heard but again wasn't a major issue.
The food in the restaurant was fantastic, service was great and you couldn't fault it.
J. T.
Location is great, but rooms are a bit smaller than other hotels of the same price range in the area. Bathrooms in most rooms were particularly tight. Overall it is clean and neat with a friendly & helpful staff
B. T.
Stayed here for a week while traveling on business from the U.S.. The staff was friendly, efficient, and ready to help. The room was a little larger then i was expecting with a desk that had plenty power outlets, even a standard U.S. 120 outlet. The welcome bowl of fruit and mid-week sweet treat was a nice touch. I always choose one of the Radisson Blu hotels when i am in London.
C. J.
This hotel is fine by London standards but nothing special. At the price point I believe there are better places to stay.
I find the rooms small, aircon noisy and location means that opening a window gets you the traffic noise from outside. Some rooms I've had on the past have smelled of smoke despite this being a non-smoking hotel nowadays.
The breakfast buffet is good.
K. T.
Nice Radisson Blu hotel with excellent breakfast! A bit weird with perfume that stinks in the lobby though. Great option to go eco friendly and not have your room cleaned each day. Ice machines available on each floors. The restaurant serves lobsters and steaks, you might need to book a table. Bar closes at midnight already.

This has bern my personal hotel of choice in central London for 8 years. I have stayed here many times any have always been content. Great location. Good value. Rooms are smaller than I would like but that is the price you pay for this location. You can walk to all the attractions and shows.
S. W.
The very friendly receptionist staff member Anna switched our room from the Bloomsbury hotel across the street which I had booked in error. I told her that the Kenilworth was my preferred hotel because I had stayed there as a student 50 years ago. When my husband related that this was our 50th anniversary, she arranged for us to have a mini suite and a bottle of bubbly in our room plus free breakfast!!! Great service and good breakfast too.
N. W.
Lovely hotel with rooms that match the hotel perfectly. Rather than a glossy exterior and drab interior. The hotel was a pleasure to stay at. The only aspect of the hotel which was disappointing, the Gym, 5 machines and a few weights in the basement is not what I would call a gym, but better than nothing. Over all I would highly recommend this hotel.
M. W.
Wow never expected such high quality rooms in the centre of London. There's a bathtub in the bedroom for goodness sake, talk about luxury. The shower is a place I would not want to leave either, the head of the shower is huge and it's like being under a waterfall or just being rained on, it's the best. The communal room or living room area is like from one of the mob boss movies, a glass table at the back overlooking the rest of the room, of course this is designed for work but I felt like a king pin, just missing the white cat!
The views sadly were not the best but this is close to Tottenham court road so you don't need views when you can go for a walk.
Staff were friendly and welcoming too.
r. r.
Looks the part but doesn't deliver. Nice rooms with everything you need iron/ironing board etc. The pillows are too deep to get a good night's sleep which is a key requirement in my book. We both woke up with stiff necks. The tea & coffee supplied was of under average quality. Very awkward access to getting into bath to have a shower with limited space between bath & toilet & glass shower door to negotiate. High towel rail good job hubby is significantly taller than me. Quite noisy from internal corridor & lift noise
L. S.
Had a one night stay on a Saturday and I was welcomed by reception.
The hotel has an system where they send you messages so if you have any questions you can text this 'Edward' which is a nice feature.
Overall I had a really nice and pleasant stay.
A. C.
Our drivers drop off/pickup passengers at this hotel on their airport, cruise port and day trip transfers. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Hand gel available at the reception (drivers meet passengers at the reception) and they follow covid safety measures.
A. B.
I've been here a few times. Rooms are quite small, but comfortable beds and a bit quieter than the Bloomsbury next door. The staff are polite, check in & out are less fuss than in some places, and the breakfast is nice.
B.
Great electronic concierge, which helped check-in and picking a room via the internet from the comfort of our home. All we did when we arrived was answer a couple of security questions and then we were given the room key card. Our room was on the 4th floor. When we we got out of the lift and walked to our room there was a damp/stale smell - similar to urine! The hallways looked nice though:-) We got into our room promptly and then we almost rushed to open the window as the room smelt of stale cigarettes! The room we picked wasn't that big either, not much choice left with the electronic concierge. However it was well decorated, had a few slight knocks here and there. The wife found the mirror located at the little desk impractical as it was just a 25cm high strip that was set in the wall too high for the chair. So she resorted to wheeling the chair around the bed to the mirrored wardrobes and use the bed as her dressing table. The restaurant in the lobby was really busy and had a good buzz to it. We stopped for a drink in the bar and the staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast in the restaurant was basically £20 per person! We headed around the corner to a decent cafe and we got 2 breakfasts and teas for £17. Nice place, average, ok for the money.
J. S.
We really enjoyed our few nights in London and at we were close to everything is was nice to stroll around the local area. I have to mention the best burger I have had in my life was in Scoff & Banter which is part of the hotel. We will definitely stay here again.
R. W.
Had a 1 day conference here, food throughout was excellent although queues for coffee were always a bit lengthy but that's a minor complaint.
Conference room itself was fine although pillars along one side made it hard to see party of the stage and I sat in the back half of the audience and couldn't see the bottom third of the screen which was annoying. How much was down to the venue and how much was the organisers is hard to know.
E. M.
Really good service and clean comfortable rooms. The gym is just room with running machines. So don't expect great workout. But good enough to keep you in the shape.
C. P.
This is probably my favorite hotel in central London so far, but that might be because we upgraded to a junior suite. We had a spacious (and drafty) room on the top floor that had such a wonderful view. Not impressive enough for a postcard, but charming enough for me to take copious amounts of pictures of it/out it every day that we were there. The bathroom was large, had a bathtub big enough for giants, and a steamer in the shower - so delicious. Room service was quick and cheerfully served. I recommend any of the late-night sandwiches they call 'toasties.' Service at the hotel was impressive, from the concierge to housekeeping, everyone seemed genuinely concerned about our well-being and satisfaction. The WiFi was spotty by the windows, but if you moved to the middle of the bed it was fine. The in-room Nespresso machine was appreciated and tea kettle was key! We all appreciated how great the continental breakfast was - great selection of pastries, fresh juice, decent coffee. Last but not least, the hotel was clean-clean-clean. Greatly appreciate the attention to detail here.
Location-wise, it's great. Close to Oxford Street and Charing Cross Road shopping, lots of good eats, close to the tube and the British Museum a block away. Close to many landmarks in Central London for those who like to walk and wander.
A. M.
My room was rather small, I didn't expect it, given the price and the photos. The floor in the room and in the corridors is not level, and the mattress was a bit old.
On the other hand the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing.
E. J. F.
Enjoying my stay. Comfortable, clean rooms, that are a decent size. The breakfast was good. Location was perfect for me. Friendly staff. I'd stay here again.
T. M.
In general the hotel is not that expensive given London prices. We had a road facing room with balcony. The staff speak French and Ger*** and were quite helpful. Didn't have the wow factor but has the comforts you need for a business hotel Not sure what else to say.
韦.
Room is very small. I was so disappointed went open the door. A bed, two bedside table, a writing desk, they all close to each other in the room with only standing room left. Bathroom is tiny too.
I'm not sure if it's typical small room in center of London or Radisson Blu style. It's the smallest 4 star hotel room I ever stayed. But the location is perfect. British Museum is 30m away!
T. W.
Overall experience was pleasant. However, the room we first arrived at had a faint smell of sewers. They didn't have any other equivalent rooms available, so we had to move to a smaller room for one night.
A. H.
Nice hotel with very clean rooms and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast and food. 4 stars as the rooms are a little small but I would definitely stay again.
K. P.
Good location, nice staff and amazing breakfasts. As for raddison some rooms could be a bit bigger (adopted building so they differ in size) and there are only two tiny lifts for whole hotel (first hotel in which i saw queue to the lift) which can be the issue if you dont like to use stairs for some reason.
S. U.
The room was tiny yet clean and comfortable.. Breakfast has variety but taste-wise don't expect too much! And whatever you do, do not have New Year's Eve dinner...
j. c.
Staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant. However, the condition of the room was a bit tired and not the standard you'd expect from them.
G. H.
Great night's sleep, very quiet, good bed and excellent staff. Breakfast was great and included some specially made dishes like Eggs Benedict and French Toast. Complimentary voucher for the bar was very welcome as drinks prices were expensive (London). Situated close to Leicester Square, you can get to China Town etc via a short walk. Would stay again
T. M.
Great hotel in great location but check which room you are allocated. I chose something right in the heart of the city as apposed to something a bit cheaper further out of the city. The reason is the excellent service we received when we checked in and throughout our stay.
E. J.
Nice hotel, service and furniture is 4 star, the room is small but enough for 2 persons.. the location is good as underground is close and the main market street is about 10-15min walking... recommended place for tourist
m. x.
Great staff! Food is good as well, mild. Service is great and so is the organisation here, but it is a bit expensive and the gym is relatively small; however my experience here overall was great! Would definitely recommend and come again if possible
N. C.
Nice staff, pretty standard stuff here. Small-ish rooms, and the gym is not amazing. Great location! Service in the restaurant is not great. Clean rooms.
C. D.
I was there for a work Christmas party. The hotel itself seemed to be nice enough, but I did only see the function rooms and bar.
The food at the event was mass catering for 200 people - I had low expectations and my expectations were not surpassed. How much of the food's mediocrity was the hotel kitchen and how much was the event company is something I can't say, but I don't believe it reflected the quality of food in the hotel restaurant.
T. M.
We enjoyed our day and came back to check in and examine the room. Wardrobe door battled with room door and could not be opened full way. The windows are single glazed (which I'm sure given the age of the building can't easily be changed) which meant that it was really noisy as my room overlooked a busy road.

We upgraded to a suite and walked into a nice size room with a king size bed, a full sofa and a full bathroom with a tub and standing shower. Some of my dissapointments were: breakfast was not included in this upgrade, even though it was one of the highest upgrade options.... the matress was awfully firm to the point that we could not fall asleep easily for our 3 night stay. When we asked what can be done, they gave us an extra duvet and told us to sleep on one.... that made absolutely no difference what so ever. I even asked him to send two duvets, but we only recieved one... also, when housekeeping brought it to the room, it was all scrunched in a ball and she just threw it on the bed. Next, our TV didn't work. Again, we called for help but no one showed up..... lastly, we had constant issues with our room key card... each time we got back to our room, our key card would not work. We would have to keep going back downstairs to ask for new ones... it was very annoying.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Great location with Soho, Oxford Street and Leicester Square within walking distance. Be warned the rooms are incredibly tiny and the hotel will try to give you poor accommodation unless you book a suite. The room(
R. M.
The experience will depend a lot on your room type... it is directly linked to the rate you'll pay.
Staff is very friendly, they did all they can to change my room to non smoking one (careful to precise this when booking!)
A. M.
It is a great hotel, the staff are really professional friendly and helpful. The concierge is always willing to give a hand with your bags or with recommendations on what to do. The rooms are very clean, the bed is extraordinary.
O. F. d. M. L.
Good location. Good room. I thought it would be bigger, but the size is OK, though if it's a room for a couple it should have available two luggage support. Service seems to be fine too.
N. C.
Excellent, asked for an early check-in after a 20 hour journey, which I got, asked for a particular room, which I got, asked for a late check-out prior to another 20 hour journey which I got, all without fuss. The staff were outstanding. Thank you.
A. H.
I paid £544 for two days in a small functional noisy drafty room. The cramped conditions and line up of plugins on the narrow desk (where there is no room to sit) may suit people on business, but destroyed the old building charm, which resulted in the noise and draftiness. I came to meet friends who were staying at the hotel. There are much better options close by and if doing this again I would choose them.
W. L.
It’s well placed and well outfitted, but some rooms are more closets than rooms. The modern world has progressed beyond. Being so close to the British Museum raises the rating a notch.
C. S.
Hotel is pretty well located close to museum and five mins walk from Tottenham Crt Rd tube station. I was disappointed to get a twin room rather than double (a twin is to me a very expensive single bed) but staff where pleasant and room was just ok. There is a poor selection of TV channels and the remote for the TV is just a pain to use. Good iron and board in the room always a must for travellers but there was no place to put my case other than on the spare bed. Bathroom generally clean although sealant around shower base had black spots. In general just ok for the price. You can find cheaper near by if you just want a room of similar grade. I didn't use bar as it was empty or have breakfast.
D. F.
This is a mid market Hotel in London which is convenient to the sites and train stations. It is clean and the staff are really nice. Good breakfast option. Corner rooms (x16) are the choice to go for!

I've been traveling with my partner on his business trips quite a bit. His company tends to place him in this hotel because its extremely near his office.
1. The rooms are pretty spacious (for London standards) & the toilets are also a decent size. For two people, it's pretty comfortable to sleep in, but definitely not a hotel you'd want to spend most of your time inside. We've had a few rooms each time we were placed here. They were always decent rooms, the only recent one we had was a handicap friendly room (room 2025) which was weirdly laid out. If you prefer more space, perhaps this rooms would be great for you, however we found the layout a little weird and uncomfortable so we asked for a switch which the hotel was more than happy to do so.
2. Service: Without a doubt, this hotel has one of the best services we had. We could have always asked for a different hotel, but this hotel has always attended to our needs so it's been our preference.
3. Breakfast spread: I wouldn't pay £20+ per pax for breakfast unless it involves alcohol. So if it comes with the room, go for it. They have a decent spread, not great but it's not bad. There is the basic meat section (bacon, ham, sasuages), you don't get to choose how you like your eggs (it comes scrambled), there's a good selection of cereals and assorted milk + yoghurt. Croissant and a variety of breads. Some cheese to pair with. I would pack a few of those jam and honey bottles if I were you. You can also choose any type of coffee, they usually serve black Americano on the table. Just ask them for your coffee of preference, they should prepare those for you.
The hotel is not cheap, primarily because its right smack in the heart of London. Very central and extremely close to Tottenham Court Road stations, bus stations and walking distance towards Soho + Covent Garden. It is an extremely strategic location. However it doesn't offer extra amenities like the gym, spas or pool. There is a bar service and a restaurant that also caters to room service.
However if you're a foreigner visiting London, I'd reckon you take a stroll and go explore the food scene around the area. There's a few good selection :)
C. A.
A decent hotel. Very close to Tottenham Court Road station, staff and breakfast were great. The rooms and bathroom were very, very small for the price you are paying for the room. I wouldn’t stay here again based on that.
I. D.
Excellent hotel very friendly and helpful staff
J. R.
Great location. Great rooms Good service ( except didn't mention we had £15 credit until after checkout) Rooms werent very soundproofed Overall positive.
D. P.
Rooms are well maintained, with a sense of finesse. However, they're small. But I guess since most rooms in London hotels are small, hence I'd easily give it 3 🌟 s.
E. W.
Visited the hotel to enjoy the Fawlty Towers Dining Experience. Had an absolutely brilliant day that was full of laughter. Definitely recommend it to anyone who is remotely interested in the TV show. The hotel merely hosts the event, but nevertheless did a great job and seemed like an upstanding place.
l. h.
We did my Daughters sweet 15th at the hotel on Saturday 23rd. it was amazing everyone was extra special with us and my guests the food was fabulous and specially the fish all my guest can't stop talking about how nice the fish was and the entire experience was incredible. thank you guys and special thanks to celeste who made this a very special evening for me and my family. very highly recommended 6 star rating you guys where magnificent. Thank you.
J. C.
The hotel is in a superb section of London, and is very easy to get to, being around 5 minutes walking distance from Tottenham Court Road tube. Interior is gorgeous, and very well done. Conference facilities were good for what was required, and the staff were very helpful.
T. M.
The breakfast with fresh fruit strawberries raspberries blueberries melon and yoqhurt was just great and if you were up for it the sausage bacon eggs and toast gave a good start to the day. I had breakfast in the hotel and was happy to see a large spread with lots of food options. A good and price worthy choice in London.
A. B.
very nice room. not super large but probably the nicest I've had in london. super comfortable bedding, very nice bathroom with rainforest-type shower and really, really good waterpressure on the handpiece.
Would definitely stay here again.
J. N. K.
Really good location - British Museum, shops, in the center of all London "must see" attractions. Quiet place, very helpfull staff. Clean. Very tasty breakfast. Don't expect large rooms, but in old hotel buildings in London it's standard :)
T. D.
Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Only complaint is the way the shower is set up with a half glass wall, water runs onto the floor no matter how careful you are. Otherwise good place to stay.
A. H.
We went to visit our friends who were staying there. We saw their room and it was lovely. The staff were helpful and gave us extra water as it was a hot day. Very good location right next to the British Museum.
A. B.
Note I've only used this place as someone who has dined at a banquet here, it does not not intended to comment on any other services the hotel offers.
The Banqueting rooms are modern, smart, clean and roomy (for the stated capacity. They're well staffed and the staff are efficient and helpful.
The food is interesting, well cooked and form a decent range of options.
Portion and style wise, wise, it is much more "nouvelle cuisine". Go elsewhere nearby and you'll get more food, but poorer quality for about the same price.
Beware drinking at the bars before or after. The wine is expensive, even the house red, the lager seems even more expensive (trying to compare apples with pears).
Don't order any ale or bitter, unless you want a low-quality, bottled beer, badly poured, at the wrong temperature, into chalk-stained glass. The only good thing about the beer here is you'll be able to impress your friends for years to come, with tales of the vastly inflated, truly incredible price they charged you for it here. If you want good better, find a local pub (there are some) where you'll around 1/3rd as much for a full pint of a much better product, properly served.
But none of the above is atypical of this kind of establishment in this part of town.
A. R.
Bar staff were good, room was large and everything you'd expect from a business / deluxe room. Nice location, only downside was room service food was pretty basic.
A. C.
Small rooms but adequate for overnight buisness stays. Room had Ethernet, free wi-fi, and a AV interface to plug a laptop / audio device into the tv screen. There's a couple of small issues, like the non-functioning sink plug and extremely expensive mini bar. But if you are staying for one night, then these won't be too much of a problem.
A. r.
Very nice hotel, I got a king-size room because a double bed room wasn't available for the same price. Has a nice street view. Breakfast is incredible.
O.
Good stay here the reception area was beautiful and restaurant very nice, room could do with a revamp. Comfortable beds and staff all very friendly and helpful.
L. M.
Amazing room on the top floor facing 7 dials. But sad about the lack of Life of the newly designed lobby lounge. The previous style with the gold sheep's and high chair was more unique and luxurious
L. W.
Room was nice and clean, not a fan of the hair dryer being in a drawer with no mirror, restaurant food good and breakfast excellent, drinking in the bar would be more enjoyable if there were some nibbles available even free ir even to purchase
S. C.
Situated a stone's throw from the British Museum and the West End theatres. Hotel was clean and comfortable if a little tight for space, (American tourists must think this is either "quaint" or they've accidentally strayed into a doll's house).
We couldn't figure out how access the pay tv, free access which was one of the complimentary elements of our stay.
Room service menu very good.
Friendly staff.
A.
Check in staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel of a very good standard and virtual concierge very cool. Only minus was TV system which was not at all intuitive and kept swapping to BBC1 at high volume!
D. S.
Very near from Tottenham Court Road subway station, well located for someone who wants to stay in the center of London. Rooms are small (very small) just like beds but it's clean...For 1 or 2 nights, it's good...for more, look for another one. I expected something better regarding price of the rooms
A. E.
Nice room, if a little cosy. I guess if you want to stay in this part of London you're going to have to pay bigger money for more space. It served our purpose perfectly, i.e. somewhere to shower & sleep.
Brilliant location for theatres & Oxford Street area. Incredibly courteous & friendly staff.
L. O.
The radisson at bloomsbury is phenomenally located. Where it falls down is its personality. Staff are friendly when interracted with, but I always feel that I am staying over, and never like I'm a guest. I have been twice in the past 2 weeks, and on both occasions something has been broken in the room (fridge the first time and air con the second). It is not a make-or-break for me in a hotel, but when mentioned to the front desk and assured it would be dealt with, ot was subsequently not sorted, with no followup from the hotel. On the face it should be 4 or 5 stars. I just think there needs to be more effort.
P. C.
The hotel was great and the location was fantastic! Facilities were nice too. I give 4 stars as opposed to 5 just because the rooms were small.
N. M.
Great food, people, and rooms.
T. M.
Great location in London and comes with a london price tag. Good for business and transport hubs in London. I must mention Annie and Lukas on reception and Keith in the restaurant particularly for their outstanding service. The couple next …
D. R.
Standard Radisson blu, small room, well maintained. Reasonably good sized, clean bathroom. Creaky, slightly soft bed TV very hit and miss - internet TV, often froze Good, attentive staff Good value, will stay again
B. P.
An ideal pied a terre in central London for a visit to the theatre or some retail therapy. This is a slick, well thought out hotel that can be booked surprisingly reasonably if you plan ahead. Our room was quiet and comfortable and breakfast was more than adequate. It's far less stressful to spend a night here than to take in a show and have to sprint for the last train...
C. N.
Great hotel, location, service.
Pillow gave me a sore neck and single room was tiny. Next time would prefer to be a little bit further out of city for a bigger, more cost-for-value room.
C. J.
Great location to underground and theatre. Staff are pleasant. Got disturbed a few times by cleaning staff 3 hours before check out which got annoying but a lovely comfy bed and pretty deco
C. W.
Had a beautiful meal with outstanding servicefrom the Manager Rafael everything was amazing but the service in the dining room is the creme of la creme. For an night to remember this is the place due to the high standard from Rafael that is the wow factor our group loved it.
m. d.
Attended a one day conference and this hotel is amazing. Close to tube extremely well presented and well staffed. Both the food and support through the day was exemplary.
T. M.
The location was great because it was a short walk from Euston and right on the doorstep for ***y of Londons great theatres. Didn't experience the restaurant or bar because we had too much to do. Recently modernised and well sized for the price and location. Thanks Radisson Blu for a great weekend.
M. V. W.
Nice hotel, good location for walking around. Clean room, a little noisy at night but not awful. Would stay again if I needed to be on that side of London.
R. H.
Loved it. Brilliant location for where we were visiting. Rooms are quite snug but modern. Staff were friendly and helpful.
T. L.
Great location close to Tottenham court road. Staff are helpful and accomodating. Not all meeting rooms have windows as some are underground on the basement level, although are a little more secluded.
D. A.
I loved the hotet and it was one of the best hotels ever stayed in London.
The locstion was great, new oxford street is near to the hotel, the British Museum is next to it a round the corner, Covent garden is close mostly 10 minutes by walking, and soho also.
It is a very clean hotel with comfort beds. The Lobby is beautiful and large. And the Breakfast was so tasty.
I've been to the hotel in holidays time and decorations was so beautiful. It was a great experience
G. M.
Great location. Well kept rooms. Excellent breakfast. Very efficient check in and front desk staff.
D. S.
Rooms are good. And I appreciate the hotel's efforts of being environment friendly.
Check-in staff was helpful and quick. Breakfast was nice.
C. R.
Great location, lovely atmosphere with good sized rooms and nice bathrooms. We got an upgrade which was very nice and the breakfast in the restaurant was a great end t9 the weekend.
V. D.
Cozy hotel with helpful and nice staff. Very tasty breakfasts! Room was very small, I barely could fit into the shower-toilet
O. T.
Lovely location, upper market hotel in an affluent part of London. The event room was as expected. To give you an idea of the class of hotel: even the toilets in the lobby used flannels instead of disposable towels
K. P.
It was clean. The rooms are very small, but guess it's normal for London City. My room was very cold the first night but they fixed it for the second night. Breakfast was very good.
S. M.
Really specious rooms unlike most London hotels. Access to more TV channels than I’ve seen anywhere else. Perfect hotel for families right next to British Museum.
建.
Great experience, Perfect Location near the British museum and City center, the hotel staffs are very nice and helpful, they give the deep impression to us, the room size is not large, but it has completed modern amenities, e.g USB plug for charging, anyway, we have a great stay here, I think we will come again.
D. B.
Excellent. We had a slight issue with the room, but staff rallied round and moved us to an outstanding room with complimentary bits and bobs for our inconvenience. Recommended.
J. P.
Brilliant staff. Lovely rooms. Breakfast was not great but that is a personal choice. Lovely touch with personalised text messages to say good morning and such.
G. P.
We visited for the Fawlty Towers dining experience. Food was ok. Toilets are great. Venue wasn't the best for a theatre experience because of the pillars.
K. s.
Upgraded room given on arrival. Nice clean hotel and polite staff. Massive choice for breakfast and would recommend for an overnight stay.
L.
Staff is nice, In-room Dining and Breakfast tastes really good and its central location near Covent garden and Tottenham crt. make it perfect for getting around the city. (It's also right next to the British Museum)
D. H.
Helpful staff, great room, nice bar and conference areas. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good. Only negative was the view.
N. A.
Nice and helptful staff, seems like a decent 4-star hotel to me, with tasty breakfast. Can't comment on the value-for-money part but hey, this is a (very) central London location and that comes with a price tag.
r. r.
Great location for west end. Friendly helpful staff. Nice rooms & fantastic breakfast with lots of heathy options besides the tasty traditional breakfast items
N. G.
Stayed in the deluxe king rooms which where lovely and very wuitewe also had a meal at the scoff & banter for dinner which was expensive but very nice. The breakfast was wonderful and a good start to our day. I would love to stay there again.
A. C.
It's not very modern, overpriced like everything in London, the breakfast is not very rich. However, the staff was very nice, the bed comfortable, and the location excellent.
E. R.
Great central location. Good vibe to it. Great breakfast. Only downside is the very small rooms which were advertised as superior
A. “. K.
The hotel is beautiful and perfectly positioned for jaunts all over the West End.
The service from the staff is friendly and impeccable.
The rooms however are tiny. Barely enough room for the bed.
s. c.
Staff were great, this hotel is ideal if you plan on visiting the west end and covent Garden all easily walkable. Good breakfast but expensive some great cafe's nearby
m. c.
Great location, perfect sleep and very valuable breakfast. Personnel is very nice and professional. Lacking serious collective space (just the restaurant).
F. E.
Nice hotel, but I think the smallest room I have ever seen. Free standing area was about half a square meter :D
R. P.
Convenient location, lovely rooms with good space and nice amenities. Staff is always friendly and engaging. Lots of restaurants, bars and shopping nearby. Close proximity to several transit stations.
N. S.
Amazing hotel, very close to Oxford Street. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Rooms really clean. Breakfast selection was excellent and cooked any specific requests fresh.
K. M.
It's a quite nice hotel but the rooms are really small. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant, Scoff and Banter was really delicious and the service was good.
M. F.
Friendly staff.Great location, Terrific breakfast,Made to feel very welcome, could not fault stay.
J. H.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff, nice hotel bar and OK rooms. The bed and pillow was uncomfortable (hard) and the A.C. was quite noisy. Overall a good stay. Would visit again.
L. W.
Very nice hotel. Staff were so friendly. Highly recommend eating in there restaurant, the steak and lobster. Nice location.
D. G.
Situated in central London a stone throw away from the British museum. A decent place for business travelers, really nice breakfast. Some rooms need an upgrade.
E. P.
Very convenient location. The rooms are a bit on the smaller size however comfortable. The bar area and restaurant are nice to lounge .
S. M.
In London, hotels don't come any better than this...
Actually, they do... I just can't afford them.
Seriously though, this hotel is literally across the road from the British Museum, and within a half hour's walk (or a 10 Minute Uber) to pretty much anywhere in Central London. It's scrupulously clean, with spacious rooms (by Central London standards), and unwaveringly friendly, helpful staff.
If you're planning to stay anywhere in this neighborhood, I heartily recommend this place.
Pro-Tip: Don't be fooled by the fact that the Radisson Kenilworth is just across the road from the Bloomsbury. Held side-by-side, the Kenilworth is inferior to the Bloomsbury in almost every way. If you're comparing the two, there's only one natural choice.
M. S. P.
Great breakfast, rooms were a bit outdated (no eu-charger), bed was very comfortable however (except the really big pillows!)
K. K.
The Fawlty Towers was replayed here live by some brilliant actors and actresses. It is hilarious and well worthwhile to visit.
E. A.
I didn't stay here, buy went to the Faulty Towers Dining Experience which is well worth it. Great location for a hotel though. I might consider staying here next time in London.
J. W.
Amazing hotel in a great location. Loved the view ftom 6th floor and impressed with attention to detail in the room. No complaints!
S. G.
We went to Steak and Lobster and had drinks at the bar. Great cocktail menu, lots of seating whether at the bar or restaurant. Good menu and attentive staff.
D. B.
Great staying here, friendly staff and great restaurant, very efficient reception and concierge, central location just near the British Museum, 10 minutes walking and you'll be everywhere in central London, great value, rooms a little bit small however London standard!
M. D.
Well, a typical London Hotel. Small rooms, small beds. At least clean and the bath looks rather new. Friendly concierge and reception staff. Close to Tottenham Ct Road and British Muesum.
C. H.
Excellent service and great room, lots of nice touches, all toiletries, loads of charger points and sockets on desk. Very impressed.
p. p.
Nice location, only a few minutes from the British Museum.
I love the breakfast buffet! It's healthy and good taste. Also, nice service!
P. M.
Great Service and breakfast. Rooms tidy but very very small (superior single room was tiny) which is normal to London but worth knowing
N. T.
Lovely hotel. Really looked after by one member of staff who helped me with my soya milk needs. Very clean and tidy as expected from a radisson.
M. D.
Great service, friendly and professional staff. Nice and clean room (a bit small) and great bed. TV didn't really work as expected.
A. A.
Very small room. Nice but cramped. Fire alarm meant we were out on the street where we all stood for over half an hour with no announcements. Nothing. Apologetic at check out though.
M. T.
Great location, good service, one of the best breakfast in hotels at this price range, but rooms are a bit tired though.
A. T.
Good location. Clean, but small rooms. Surprisingly good breakfast. Friendly staff
Z. G.
Didn't stay here, but Ed at the concierge desk was still extremely helpful in searching for places to store my bags for the day. I'm sure guests are treated with just as much if not more care.
R. R.
Very nice location, good breakfast, employees were helpful. Bed are confortable. That was a great staying
C. U.
Room is not too big, but the bed is nice. It was bloody hot in the morning, but I turned off the air-conditioning at night. Service is great ☺️
n. A.
Everything comfortable In this hotel (Staff.room.breakfast.location)we love it
Sure will be back soon.
U. A.
Really nice hotel, modern and good standard - literally next to the British Museum. Great breakfast, friendly staff.
R. S.
Conveniently located. Good restaurants in walking distance. Spacious rooms. Well-working showers (unusual in London). Friendly staff, even in early morning hours.
N. K.
The Room is quite small, and the view from the Window is not so great
But the food provided here is great, they even provide halal food by request
The people here is so nice, they are so polite and willing to help
D. M. W.
Lovely hotel. Great location, near Tottenham Court Road Underground station. Comfortable room. Will definitely stay here again.
K. G.
I attended a demystifying wine class here. It was fairly informative and the wines were delicious. However I felt she took too much time asking us to guess things, she wouldn't move on from a point until someone said the correct answer, even when the question was obscure and technical. The location and space were great
M. S.
Good place to stay in london
Great hospitality and support from all the team
But for Muslims there are very little variety of options in dinner and lunch
Rooms are very small but this is usual in London
W. C.
Nice hotel, rooms are a bit small and the food is a bit expensive, but good quality, great location. Really helpful staff
J. S.
Great location for British museum, Convent Garden, Soho, Chinatown, all within walking distance. Very comfortable beds but rather old-fashioned furniture.
S. W.
Great place. Easy access to central London and theatre district. Only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
D. M.
A superb hotel with wonderful staff in an excellent location, couldn't fault it,10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend it & will stay here again.

Nice hotel and great location and friendly staff
J. A.
Fantastic location so close to the Bitish Museam, Breakfast was Amazing, and the staff so friendly and helpful. Room was tiny, but thats what you usually get in heritage buildings.
A. A.
Very tastefully decorated hotel, with more than enough space for our corporate event and the lunch was delightful! Will be returning soon I'm sure
R. W.
Nice clean hotel and very central. Rooms on the small side. Great breakfast.
D. Y.
Good hotel with large modern rooms. Very good location. Staff helpful and nice.
C. H.
The best home away from home thanks to the great team at the hotel.
S. B.
Great location in Bloomsbury and handy for Tottenham Court Road and Holborn. Decent enough rooms and breakfast is fine too with plenty of cooked and fresh options.
M. G.
Tge hotel is with very good location and the breakfast is very nice. Small rooms and mine was on the first floor and was very noisy
M. M.
Service very nice. Room quite small, views from the room not so awesome. Breakfast ok (nothing special). Overall ok.
K. G.
Very clean hotel, the personnel is always at your disposition and ready to help, the breakfast is simple amazing.
M. V.
Generally the hotel is good, rooms are clean, staff is nice and location is perfect...the only problem is the size of the rooms. )
G. K.
Online check in system didn't work which caused confusion when checking in. Didn't find staff to be the most friendly. Room was basic - very small but shower was large. Breakfast was good. Overpriced but expected for location.
A. M.
Very pleasant hotel. Nice and equipted rooms. Very good service. Great breakfasts. Good location
M. M.
A smart 4 start hotel within very near Covent Garden and walking distance of key parts of London. Room quite hot tho so air conditioning needs to be on throughout.
M. E.
Lovely hotel, good assorted breakfast, but fried food was cold which is why I rated 4 stars.
N. T.
Lovely hotel. Great location. Comfortable rooms. Very nice breakfast.
F. “. G.
Beautiful hotel. We were there for an awards dinner and the food was spectacular as we're the staff
C. T.
Very nice stay. Comfy clean room . Nice birthday surprise left by the housekeeping staff.
W. C.
Disappointing. Huge prices for extremely small rooms. Good service but will never come back. Waste of money
R. B.
Exceptional hotel in a great district. The hotel bar is open to patrons past the usual midnight last call in London. 10 minute walk to Soho
K. N.
Great location, exceptional amenities in rooms, decent sized room but a bit outdated, average staff, average breakfast.
H. S.
Lovely staff and hotel. Rooms were small and quite ugly but the restaurant and bar saved it!
e. t.
I went there for the faulty towers dining experience and had an amazing time. The actors were super funny, I had a lovely time and a delicious 70's british dinner
A. C. 2.
Very friendly staff as well the building itself, but need some improvement on the maintenance side.
H. D.
Clean, very professional service. Food was good quality but nothing outstanding.
R. M.
The staff are polite and attentive. The rooms well presented. Location perfect for the city.
C. D.
An ideal location for London attractions. Very friendly reception staff. Modern decoration comfortable hotel, reasonable priced for a London hotel.
L. K.
Good hotel but wouldn't advice to get room close to the ground floor due to the noise from the restaurant area it's hard to get asleep.
j. h. f. t. k.
From the moment ypu step foot in the door, the staff are friendly, professional and couldn't be more helpful.rooms are faultless, definitely my new go to hotel chain.
E. B.
I went here for a work meeting with dinner and drinks afterwards. The food was high quality, and the drinks we served quickly. It is a good place to go for a work event.
S. K.
Excellent value
Pros:
Large rims for price in London
Large bathroom
Very clean and contemporary
Good location
Cons:
Surrounded by noisy roads, windows are sound proof, but there is only so much sound you can keep out
"Contemporary" bathroom means unintuitive faucets and sharing rink time floor when wet
D. B.
Lovely hotel, attending for a daytime work event. Dinner provided was great and staff seemed very helpful
J. V.
Good location, walkable distance to everything. Gummy bears in the lobby. Front desk people are very friendly.
A. C.
Very comfortable with very obliging staff that helped with our booking problems. Verry good breakfast included in the price.
C. S.
Excellent hotel for the price. Quiet rooms and cozy. I'm really glad I stayed here
S. G.
Regular guest here, it's my goto in central London. Good service, good food, and reasonable priced rooms for the location.
J. D.
Good place. However standard rooms are expensive and not Very comfortable. The bed is too small.
N. W.
No bins 😠 But lovely staff, and lovely steak and lobster restaurant! Towels in the toilets, lovely decor, and air conditioning that works. Oh, and endless sweets in reception!
A. M. T.

Lovely place but the bed was uncomfortable and we had toasties at 11pm and they were burnt and very expensive for what you got

Shocking not worth the money the room we stayed in was small and also the bath/shower was awkward to get into because it was right next to the toilet, reception area was the best bit as they give you free sweets

Hotel is fantastic, staff helpful and friendly, unfortunately they gave us the smallest room I have ever stayed in with a terrible view and a minibar that would not open, would highly recommend checking what room you are in when booking, if it was not for the small room I would have given it a four

Friendly staff and clean rooms. The ventilation in my room kept me awake most nights. The windows don't close properly and I could hear everything from outside although I was on the 5th floor.
