A unplanned visit was a real treat on a sunny Saturday. The house is real Tardis inside and very eccentric. Fascinating history and two impressive art collections. Tour guides live in the house, all work for the family trust and are hugely knowledgeable. Well worth a visit.

What a gem of a place to visit. Still a privately owned family house with a fascinating history to it. I really do recommend the guided tours, do check their website though, as they do not open daily. The same family also own another property that I have visited in Herefordshire, called Hellen's Manor.
