Went to see the Royal Iris.used to sail the mersey.famous for diesel motor and Gerry pacemakers ferry across Mersey. Few small outlets hand craft items and cafe.area around old battery factory historic area next to Thames barrier well worth visit

Been on the intro welding course. Had a great time. Perfect facility for this sort of thing for amateurs and artists. Great if you want to have a go for the first Time. Also, very cool location by the the Thames barrière.

Well-run, affordable studios that are actually affordable. There's a friendly and professional community of artists and makers here with great facilities in hand including a fully-equipped print studio with full size screen printing beds, a proper darkroom and a photo studio available at really good rates. There's even an indoor climbing place on site for when your work drives you up the wall....

Fantastic gem of a print room. Key holder, membership or courses all available. I've been on the offset litho, linocut, etching and photo etching courses but there is screen printing too. All facilities well-maintained with excellent technicians/tutors.

Thames-side print studio is the perfect place for any printmaker willing to develop his personal projects and editions.We also provide the cheapest open-access sessions in London 3 times a week and organize courses on a range of printmaking techniques welcoming all levels. Amazing professional equipment for screen-prints/textile/etching/woodcut/lithoplate. Cheap and top quality digital printing service. I love to work here and produce my own editions, the studio is huge, lot of space to let your inspiration flow...and we have a beautiful view on the river. I made three prints that were editioned here when it was Thames Barrier Print Studio and that were published by Paul Stolper of the Paul Stolper Gallery. My experience of it was so good that I went back under it's new name of Thames-Side Print Studio to independently take a lino cut course that was really informative and productive and the good thing was it was still with the same friendly, knowledgeable and great staff. I've been there both sides of the fence and loved it.

Professional staff, brilliant screen printing course. Very kind and welcoming. I've used them many times for various print jobs but this is the first course I have taken. Barton Hargreaves is very knowledgeable and is a very good teacher. I learned a lot today and what I absorbed will be taken directly into my work. Carolyn is kind and warm. She even brought us a delicious lunch when she could have been at home on a Sunday. Highly recommended for any print job or printing course.
